I love having the app and "earning" free food. Breakfast, lunch or snack...I'm there! Lakewood and Downey are my usually locations.

First off, let me say the cashier Angel was great. No problems or worried with him. Normally, I never had a problem with Chic-fil- a but today was different. I had 4 different orders on one ticket, and I needed them bagged separately because they were going to different places. I explain to Angel, he understood and made sure it was on the receipt. However, as my food was being bagged, some young lady in a black shirt( upper management) sarcastically stated, " oh, I just love these, don't you guys just love these?" That was rude af. Like come on now, it wasn't super busy, all order where basic. Just some advice for the young lady, be quiet sometimes, you don't know where those customers you're talking about are (I was right at the register in ear shot). If you don't want to come to a location that is busy and loud do not come to this one Regardless, I was already here there an online order had a bit of a tough time finding a table because a couple of them do not have numbers on them, but was able to sit right across from the online pick up table and one of the ladies told me the table number, which happened to be 13 Had my meal minding my business. Everything was good properly prepared, condiments necessary on the plate, but on my way out the same person who handed me my food and help me with the table also took my trash. This huge I know that I was not the only person that gets that type of treatment. I'm sure that it is an all-around thing and that is a big thing. I really appreciate it. This isn't a review for this specific Chik-fil-A, this is the one I go to mainly, but Chick-fil-A in general is just so much better than other fast food restaurants! I mean, their APP ALLOWS YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU PICKED THE WRONG LOCATION! I use so many restaurant apps and I've had issues with ordering food at the wrong location without being able to switch to the correct location in apps like Rubio's and Chipotle, but Chick-fil-A made it super easy! My friends and I came here for lunch after running a half marathon out at Dockweiler State Beach. It was a Thursday after Christmas and the place was packed! While I was parking the car, I noticed that the drive-thru line was long. I was lucky to have found a nearby parking space. I was also pretty lucky to have snagged an open table. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! A couple of times I've gone through the drive thru recently and something was always missing! I usually order salads - I have been missing salad dressings, given the wrong salad toppings for the salad that I ordered, etc. Because of this, I have been asking for my salad dressings and toppings be put in a separate bag so that I can easily check them. Today I drove through, had ordered the parfait, but received a fruit cup instead. REALLY?? How hard is it to double check the orders before given to the customer? What's worse is I had to park my car, go back into the restaurant (which defeats the purpose of using the drive thru). I stood inside for a minute waiting for the manager at the counter, who was helping another customer. A worker was walking by so I told him I just went through the drive thru and was given a fruit cup instead of the parfait that I had ordered. He looked at my receipt and told me he would get it for me. As he walked by the manager, the manager asked what was wrong. The worker told him and he just said OH. The manager didn't even bother to approach me to apologize to me. Pretty crappy. Here was an opportunity for the manager to try to make an unhappy customer feel a little better about the situation, but nope! When the worker handed me the parfait, he also didn't even apologize! Well I guess today just wasn't their day. As of today 11/13/21, I decided to leave a review. I had order 3 Cobb Salads, some chicken nuggets and tenders. I went to their drive-thru window and their buttons weren't working, specifically the number 2, for whatever reason they blew on my bank card like a nintendo game cartridge of the sort and were indirectly implying that it was my card that was the issue. The gentlemen said that all the buttons were working and I said everything works except the number 2 button. So they then decided it was best I go inside and pay. I went inside the business, paid for the meal and left. Keep in mind that it took me about an hour to get there and back. When I got home.. they only put 2 Cobb salads and they didn't include the 3rd one. I wish I can give no stars but as sad as it is, 1 star. I then decided to call the phone number about the issue but no one picks up their phone. I attempted to leave a voice-mail but their mailbox is full. This is by far the worst quality service I have ever dealt with. I'm still pending for an update from them or anything but no one has even gotten back to me. 6 times I called but no one is available to answer? Their business hours today are from 6:00am-11:50pm yet apparently they can't even take one phone call nor voice-mail. I ordered online this morning for my daughter's last day of camp. I went to pick up through the drive thru and I have been in line now for 30 minutes, I still have 5 cars ahead of me. 30 minutes!!! I get to the order station and tell them I have an online order to pick up, give them my name and they tell me they don't have an order with that name. She then just says pull up to the window and we will help you. I am not sure how they will help me when I get to the window for an order of 60 nuggets. No wonder this line is taking forever!!! It's been 40 minutes now, 2 cars ahead of me. I forgot to mention I had a crying 4 month old in the car for the first half of this wait. Seriously this is NOT worth it! She thinks because she is a manager she can mistreat clients. She leaves you talking very unusual for a manager to do. I stopped by here for a quick lunch while conducting business around town. There is nothing elaborate to say about Chick Fil A, other than it is a good choice for food. Their grilled chicken deluxe sandwiches are my favorite, sans the bacon. Their waffle fries are delish, and actually sit on in my stomach well. Their iced tea is actually good, and not an aspartame bomb like most other places. The customer service in this location was decent, much like the one in Torrance. The order processing time was standard, and the location is kept clean. My lunch stop here left me satisfied, and I was on my way to carry on my day.
