So I was driving along Elk Grove Boulevard and I saw that the new Chick-fil-A is open. They had several people standing in the Drive-Thru helping you order but of course I wanted to go in. I parked and there was ample parking. This is in the new shopping mall along Elk Grove Boulevard and this is the start of the bad traffic. There will be seven or eight restaurants in this mall and it's going to really impact the traffic. So I went in and there is actually people eating in the dining area the drive-thru had about eight cars but it looked like everything was flowing perfectly. I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in years so I just ordered the original chicken sandwich but I got the deluxe to get the lettuce and tomatoes added. My order came out really quickly and it was nice and yummy I loved it. Great flavor , crispy and juicy Right now if you search for their Yelp page it's kind of hidden so you have to search for it and then look on the map and you could find the dot and find their review page. Actually one of the managers help me out on this so even better customer service. Of course the places totally spotless and clean bad balloons outside and it's a great at it fast food restaurant to Elk grove. I will definitely come back and order some more.

My kids love Chick-fil-A, so we're happy this location is within walking distance from us. We stopped by during the grand opening but arrived later in the evening, and surprisingly it wasn't as busy as expected so maybe we missed the peak rush. They were running a promo where customers dressed like cows received a free entrée. We ordered ahead through the app since we weren't sure how crowded it would be, and I'd recommend doing that regardless because it's quick and convenient. I also appreciated the in-store monitor that shows the status of your order, which makes pickup easy. The location itself is nice, though I imagine the area will be busier once the rest of the plaza is fully open. No complaints from my kids--they enjoyed their meal.

Tried the newest Chick-Fil-A in town and I would say I'm impressed. Usually places need some time to get their footing when they first open, but my experience here was wonderful. Ordering thru the app was great, I got to order every meal with the modifications my family wanted. When you get to the restaurant, they clearly label the lanes so you know where to enter. The staff outside at very attentive and helpful. My food was ready once I got to the window/door. And they got the order totally correct, with all the adjustments and sauce/condiment choices. Food was fresh and packaged nicely. Every employee I encountered was very professional and kind. Great job Chick Fil A.

Grand opening! Beautiful new store. Service was top notch and the food was delicious. Waffle cut fries are delicious. The spicy deluxe sandwich was perfect. Smiles all around. A great addition to the community.

Ridiculous! Pay to "make it a large" and get the medium amount anyhow! Be sure to check before driving away.

Was doing my weekend grocery shopping and drove by Elk Grove Blvd and to my surprise, this new location was open! There was a long line for the drive-thru but surprisingly no line inside the place. Employees were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was able to redeem my rewards from my app here and order some delicious other goodies. Happy to see a new location opened!

Stopped by on opening day within the first hour even with the rain, everything was smooth and welcoming. No rush, just a calm and organized atmosphere. The employees were happy and attentive just like you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Food was fresh and the location looked great. Excited to have this one in the area!

We ordered with the cashier and then they brought out our food in about 15 mins. We got some sliders, tenders, and the tender salad. The chicken was good and juicy, and the signature sauce was also tasty. I also appreciated that they had the condiments and utensils out so we could grab what we needed without having to ask for it. Service was alright, nothing impressive but not terrible. Plenty of parking available since it's located in a plaza with different stores like Walmart. The restroom was clean but was out of toilet paper so we had to take it from the other restroom.

I was excited to see that Nash and Tenders expanded their locations to Elk Grove, but the quality was abysmal in comparison. Service was also ok. Not very friendly. Food took quite a while to come out -- the longest I've ever waited. I thought it would be a quick meal and we would get out of there quickly but was proven wrong. The seasoning on the chicken was minimal and not spread out evenly, even though I had gotten the hottest flavor (Call the Firefighters). It was not very hot. The chicken was also dry and the breading didn't feel the same either. The bread didn't taste very fresh either. The seasoning on the fries were also not spread out evenly. It was only on the top layer and the bottom half of the fries were unseasoned. The lemonade was not sour and tasted watered down. Really disappointing because I love Nash + Tender's lemonade. It always paired well with the food, but not this time. There was not really a good ambiance as well. The mood of the store was depressing. Lighting was bad and the place felt a little run down. I came here at night, for reference. Also, I had to wait five minutes in the front to request a togo container before someone came by even though two employees (chef and other worker) were directly across the way and saw me waiting. They were chatting away and didn't even bother to say they would be right there. The chef I understand not coming to help, but the other girl was just chatting with the chef, playing around with plastic bags and not even really doing anything. I had to wait for another worker to finish cleaning up in the back to come help me and give me a togo container. It seemed like that employee was the only one really doing anything around the restaurant. They definitely run a tighter management in Lodi and Stockton. The vibe was just completely different here. I quite honestly regretted getting my entire meal and hated my experience. I would not come back to this location. It does not compare to the original two locations at all.

But when I got there the gentleman who was working the to go pick asked me to please give him a minute but it turned into several minutes, but he was trying to pack more orders and probably assumed my food hadn't been made yet. So I had to wait 5 minutes before I asked the cashier if he could help me grab my food. I already saw it on the shelf waiting. The food was good, for those who have not been here before , this was my first time too. A slider isn't really small like most ppl would assume, it's a full sized chicken Sando. So a #2 meal with maybe another side is more than enough to fill up 2 ppl. If you like spicy chicken Sando this is a great spot to eat. Price is fair for a spot that specializes in the spicy chicken Sando compared to other fast food chains that serve a bunch of other items and happen to have spicy chicken sandwiches. We had a pleasant cucumber salad in place of kimchi this time. It was a refreshing mix of onions, scallions, and Korean red chili powder yet not spicy. It was great to balance the spicy tteokbokki! The delicious yet fiery tteokbokki had nice chewy rice cakes, flat fish cakes, and a couple of seaweed wrapped japchae bundles. The scallions, onions in hot pepper sauce, and melty mozzarella cheese were delightful Seating was nice and open and the simple wood tables and chairs were nice and felt homely too. The worst part was when I got home. Sweet potatoes fries were super soggy so I had to air fry it. What's unforgivable was that on my Po boy, they gave me a tiny strip of burnt chicken!!! It was super dry too The tartar sauce on the sandwich was good so I give them that, and Country fried steak was decent... but when you mess up the one thing you should be good at and you make guest wait 30+ minutes for burnt food, that's something you can't overlook.
