Horrible customer service and they don't know how to cut bread properly. Definitely not recommending this.

Bought 2 sandwiches from their menu, nothing extra, total came to $30. I couldn't believe the lack of meat they gave me on my pastrami, there were literally like 3 slices only, see pics. Togo's or Mr. Pickles gives you way more meat. Literally all I could taste was the bread . I won't ever go back, so disappointed

Food, customer service, ambiance okay. Not bad just not great. I may go back and try another sandwich. Lots of menu selections, quick service. I ordered the Marley Sandwich: Hot roast beef, special sauce and cream cheese on Dutch Crunch roll. Prices on Yelp are outdated, prices in restaurant are easily a dollar more.

Sandwiches aren't really my first choice when it comes to deciding what to eat. But I'm happy that I got to try this place. First off, the Dutch crunch bread is so good. This particular sandwich "The Crazy 88" had some great sauce! It really went well with the chicken. We ordered thru door dash, and I will say that I wish they labeled the sandwiches because we kinda had a hard time telling the difference among all the sandwiches we ordered. But I do want to try more of their menu.

Someone got takeout from here for work so I'm not sure if I'm qualified to review. It tastes better than Subway that's for sure. I'm not sure what the price point is but I'd rather support a local business as it says it is family-owned and -operated. I can't really be impressed by a sandwich as it's just bread, meat, and veggies but it was good, decently sized, and they didn't skimp on the meat which is the most expensive part.

Located in between DSW and L&L. Consistently good sandwiches! My go to is The Yoda with dutch crunch- hits the spot every time.

We arrive and it was perfect weather to eat outside so we quickly order: x2 BMLT sandwiches, BBQ Tri-tip sandwich, and Urban fries, then waited til food arrives. The urban fries show up first (like an appetizer), then a 10-15 wait until the sandwiches are served. IMO our food should have arrived together or at least a few minutes apart not 10-15 minutes. The BMLT were nicely toasted and my girls enjoyed their food, while my Tri-tip sandwich was overall cold except for the Tri-tip (warm but not hot) which was a disappointment. The bun was cool and not toasted or warmed up on the grill top and the slice of cheese used was cold like it was just pulled from the refrigerator while the lettuce and tomato was more at room temp; so when eating the sandwich that warm, then cold in one bite confused my taste buds or was the kitchen just ready to go home? The best part of my meal was spending time with my family while eating the fries because it was warm and crispy, even though served earlier than expected.

If you've never ordered it that way, it's basically all the sandwich ingredients layered in a bowl -- fresh meats, toppings, and all the flavor without feeling heavy. It's a great option if you're eating lower carb or just want something lighter but still satisfying. Think all the good parts of a sandwich without the nap afterward. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The order came out quickly, which I always appreciate when I'm grabbing something between errands. The space itself was clean, organized, and had that upbeat, busy sandwich shop energy without feeling chaotic. Easy to pop in, order, and either sit for a few minutes or head out. It's one of those reliable spots where you know exactly what you're getting, and sometimes that consistency is exactly what you want.
