Since the start of the Pandemic, this place has only seemed to have gotten busier. Yet somehow, Chick-fil-A seems to have gotten better at streamlining its service. I haven't really done the drivethrough as I always pre-order, so the experience may be different as they have separate lines for mobile order and drive through. Chick-fil-A has worked through to make sure that its service has not faltered. In all my time at Chick-fil-A, I've never had any issues, I really cant say that about any other fast food establishment. On to the food. I don't visit Chick-fil-A often anymore as I try to support local establishments but the quality of their chicken especially their Deluxe spicy has been hard to come by in any other chain. If I could buy a pressure cooker deep fryer, I would be making these myself on a daily basis. Thankfully my heart doesnt have to deal with the artery clogging goodness on a daily basis. There isnt much competition out there from the other fast food chains. Now I know many of you will see this and bring up Popeyes and I will say you are wrong. The Spicy Deluxe which includes cheese, lettuce, and tomato reigns supreme. I know you all enjoy your bread and chicken patty but add some veggies in there you animals! Best chicken Sandwich I have ever had! Tasty chicken that is never dry. When people mention chicken sandwiches, I think of Chick Fil A! The house sauce is the best ever. This place specializes in chicken, and it is evident in the quality of the food. The chicken is never dry and always tender. I have my go to, which is the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. I am never disappointed. The variety of meals my family and I purchase consist of grilled chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, and chicken noodle soup. I have also enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from this place and the food is consistent. If you like milkshakes, check them out, they are so tasty, and their waffle cut fries are a go to. Customer service is usually really good and they check up on you whenever they are out wiping up tables. Bathrooms are typically clean as well. I like this place! I'm the guy that is often totally oblivious to trends. When Drake started trending in 2009, I didn't recognize his greatness until 2013. After that, "Nothing Was The Same (Drake fans know what I'm referring to)." On a slightly different accord, I recently had a similar experience with my recent "discovery" of Chick-fil-A. While house hunting, our Realtor Mrs. Courtney Ellison (review of her services coming soon) suggested that we give Chick-fil-A a shot. She suggested that we try their infamous chicken nuggets. My initial thought was, "who could possibly make better chicken nuggets than McDonalds?" When we walked in we were greeted by a line that almost lead out of the door. In most cases I would have chalked it up as a loss and headed for the Golden Arches. However, I noticed something that is a rarity in a lot of fast food establishments...efficient employees! These employees weren't just efficient either. They actually looked like they were thankful to be at work. Incredulously, the long line dissipated in less than ten minutes and we were quickly in position to order. My son ordered their chicken nuggets, my wife ordered the Spicy Deluxe sandwich, and I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich (all with crisscut fries). Ten minutes later our orders were being delivered to our table. My wife and I were both amazed at how fresh and well-textured the chicken on our sandwiches were. Unlike most fast food sandwiches, neither sandwiches suffered from the dryness associated with being cheated out of sufficient sauce. If you were to do a blind folded taste test, one would think that these sandwiches were made in an actual restaurant (not to take anything away from Chick-fil-A). My son thoroughly enjoyed his nuggets. Because he is stingy like me (we're all works in progress right?), he wouldn't allow me to try one of his nuggets. Therefore, I had to refer to Plan B... take one while he wasn't looking. After having one, I understand why he chose not to share...they are delicious! The best thing about our new discovery was that we didn't feel sickly full, nor felt like we had completely disrespected our diets. Everything down to the crisscut fries seemed like healthier alternatives (keyword alternatives) to what you would typically have at Carl's Jr. (or similar restaurants). The Halloween spirit was definitely in the house when I visited this Chic -fil -a today. Eva and Yareli did a switch a -roo and had In and Out Aprons On! I loved it! The energy they brought was nothing less the always great outstanding customer service at this location. I ordered a double -double with no onions. I mobile ordered and the pick up process for this location was horrible. They have an area for you to drive up to. Someone came out to ask my name and was supposed to be right out. Instead they gave multiple people behind us their orders. The other cars had to squeeze by us. Someone else finally came out and asked my name again, then told me to park. This whole process was very unorganized. When we finally got our food it was cold, but still good. This location needs to get the same pick up set up as Delta Shores and Arden. Honestly really impressed with this place. I don't frequent chick Fil a that often, but wound up here with my brother. We went inside as opposed to the drive thru because it's insane, yet controlled. They've got two people out there taking orders to speed up the process which seemed to help a lot. They had four cashiers which was amazing! Talk about speeding up the process. They even had two runners! I mean the customer service at this place was solid. We went up to order and were greeted by a friendly young man. He was polite, asked the correct questions and smiled. I just found it impressive that to avoid traffic they had someone running the food! Even for the takeout orders they had people running the food. Chick-fil-A has customer service like no other restaurant. Their employees are always so happy and delighted to help you. Despite the freezing temps they are experiencing standing outside in the winter at the drive-thru, their amazing customer service never seems to fail. I never ate Chick-fil-A before, but now my boyfriend has gotten me hooked onto it! I've tried their nuggets, which tastes and looks like real meat, their spicy chicken sandwich (THIS HAS A REAL KICK!), and regular chicken sandwich. All that I have been absolutely satisfied with. I also forgot to mention, they have many delicious sauces but their best one yet is their "Chick-fil-A sauce"! The quality of the food and service has somehow gone downhill while prices have skyrocketed. Today I ordered through Uber eats and it was taking an extra 30 mins. My kind Uber driver called and told me he was so sorry it was taking long. I told him not to reorder to just leave. My daughter didn't get her food, we got her something different. I hardly ever come here so I was unfamiliar on how things worked and surprisingly they bring your food to you for dine in and I wasn't aware until my so told me after I stood for awhile waiting to be called. However the food was so good my baby and I had our taste buds extremely watery which in result we coughed a little (excellent) . I like the food at this restaurant chain and as a chain I would rate it at about a 4.5/5. Really solid food. However, there are a couple things holding it back, mostly related to its hard-line culture. The first issue I have is with returns. There was an incident at this Chic-fil-a that involved an order that was paid for, but the management said they were unable to fulfill. At that point, my feeling is that another similar order should be made for free, or at least one that is equivalent to the original order, ceding about 25% in value to the customer's wish. However, the store demanded a formal refund take place, which would take days. I absolutely hate it when a corporation takes my money and lets me know the refund will be processed and returned within 5 to 10 business days. This is like some sort of confiscation or fraud. What we have is a time-sensitive exchange, not a mortgage. If Chic-fil-a needed a loan, you have to let me run a credit check on you first! That's my policy, I also require your store manager to write a written request in the form of 5 pages on the symbolism in a piece of classic literature, relating it to the issue at hand. For this case I choose Moby Dick. If I like your application of literary themes to this exchange, then I will process your loan request. Joking aside, these people just kept the money from my first order and I had to order again, pay again. I almost walked out because of their sarcasm and tone. I've also noticed that by and large, most the female managers I have met will die before they budge on any policy, even an inch. It's like they're fighting the Germans over Stalingrad. No one steps back! To these true believers I say, most generally, remember your tone is everything, if you don't understand your tone as a leader, you are the problem person and you must learn how to control it. This is professionalism. Just compensate people normally. A food service policy is not a matter of state security. Just say you can't, flatly, and shrug. Try to make it up in some way. You made the mistake, not me. Second, it's really annoying this company insists on the soda fountain facing to the cashier, not the customer. I have to stand there and wait for refills. It's a practice that is so darn petty it grinds my insides as I wait, trying to catch someone's attention back there. I feel kind of angry about it. Look at me! Yes! Refill! I feel like Oliver Twist. Maybe that's the book I should assign them, so they are reminded of that poor boy with his hand out, "please sir, may I have another?" The reason this store isn't rated lower is because the management obviously understands enough about internal problems that the store is staffed decently well, which is more than most places now. This allows for a slightly better experience and this is the saving grace most times for the soda-cashier issue, some shift leader will walk out and start hammering out refills every 5 mins. Hallelujah! Overall the food quality is what saves this for me and why I keep coming back. As an observer I think this store treats it's employees well enough, but seems to have a third-world culture that I find frustrating and upsetting. It's like a stroll into a communist dictatorship, perhaps because the employees are paid well enough to see this as a potential career and thus will defend the company policies with a feverish resolve, arguing the moral precepts of their practices like true bolsheviks. Had he the brave men and women of Chic-fil-a, Joseph Stalin could have marched from war torn East Berlin to Normady like a hot knife through butter. Let's be glad these people are running a chicken shop and not out conquering governments. read more

The spicy chicken is one of my favorites with the accompanying honey mustard dip available at the sauce bar. The chicken meat actually tastes like real chicken meat and not processed like most fast food joints! The lettuce is always crunchy indicating how fresh it is as well as the tomato! Yes, this place is a bit pricier but you're definitely paying for the quality and exemplary service you will get! Top-notch fast food restaurant! I definitely don't come here enough, but that's because it's not the most convenient location for me. Service is great, inside is clean, and food is good! I love their chicken nuggets. I've tried their chicken sandwich before also. It beats a McChicken any day. My favorite item here has to be the crisscut fries. Pair that with one of their many sauce options and you're off to a great day. Speaking of sauces, my favorites have to be the Chick-fil-A house sauce and Polynesian. Honey mustard is also delicious! They also have ranch, buffalo, BBQ, and honey BBQ. The lady who brought us our food did not hesitate to give us all of the sauces to sample, which was really kind of her! And finally, the milkshakes. They only have chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, or cookies and cream. Standard flavors but I heard Chick-fil-A is pretty well-known for their milkshakes. I tried their cookies and cream shake today, it was delicious! And you can upgrade your meal drink to a milkshake for a couple dollars! This place is slowly turning in to my go to post gym snack. The consistency and overall good food and good service is what really keeps me coming back. The staff at this particular location is always pleasant and willing to do whatever they can to make sure your visit at Chick-fil-A is pleasant. The one thing I would change in comparison to other locations is, I really miss the freedom of getting sauces on my own from a open counter. At this location you have to ask an employee for additional sauces, which at times is tasking when lines are long and as we all know this location services several people during prime time eating hours.
