My best advice is to avoid going into the restaurant to order at the counter or to eat in the restaurant. There is no room to wait for your order to be prepared. The self serve beverage station and the order kiosks are right in the middle of where people wait for their order to be done. So it is continually "Excuse me..Excuse me..Sorry, I'm in your way." The restaurant was fully staffed and the workers were very nice. The ambiance of the eating area is poor. The booths have padding on the back but there is no padding on the seat. So you are sitting on a hard slap of formica. And of course if it is crowded, you may experience the overflow of people waiting for their counter order just hanging around your table. That is why I advise doing drive-through. I liked the food enough to try a different location. Getting and eating at a fast food place should not be this difficult.

I was in this Chick fil a yesterday 2/2/16 around 1:15 and what I saw was appalling. The manager along with 5 other employees were standing around behind the counter laughing, joking and goofing off. All the meanwhile there was a wonderful woman named Donna who apparently is the only one who actually does any physical work there was cleaning and checking on all the guests in the dining room. Then at one point two of the other employees who were part of the group goofing off, come out into the dining and start joking around over their head sets in front of the customer which was totally inappropriate. Then the manager, who is totally useless come out to the dining room to check Donna's work and tells her what she needs to clean, what she should have done is put one of her minions she was goofing off with behind the counter to work. I think you need to hire more employees like Donna and fire the rest of them, because they are totally incompetent. read more

Every time I go to this Chic Fil A location the people in the drive thru aren't that nice as other locations of been. I was here just this week and I placed a very simple order, when I was ordering the kid taking my order kept giggling when I finally pulled up to the window I see that there are four boys just standing around and laughing. I drove all the way home and they forgot to put my sandwich in so I had to call and drive all the way back. I absolutely love this place. I've been to this place 3 three times and loved it every single time. At first I wasn't sure what Chick-Fill-A was so at first I wasn't completely sure if I was going to like it but I did. I have at least tried to get most things on the menu even though the menu isn't that wide with variety but that's fine for me. Right then and there I loved it. I also like the service.
