On top of that, they are always short staffed, and the staff that they do have is not helpful...not friendly.. Just a big NOT anymore. I haven't been to the Hartford or New Haven locations recently, but as far as Windsor is concerned, it will not be going back anytime soon. I don't mind paying the premium prices for quality food and service, but you are no longer premium. Please figure this out. So, decided to go to Red Robin since it was near by. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile. Then seated promptly. Our waiter was very nice Took our order and we went back to our conversation. Our waiter then reminded us of our order. It wasn't a big order. But, did take a long time. Told us that he went and checked it and it will be out shortly. Another 15 or 20 minutes passed and he came back and apologized again. He came back a third time to apologize for our order not being out yet. By this time it's been over an hour that we've been waiting for our food. I'm not faulting the waiter. He's been kind and kept us updated. The food was ok. The service from the kitchen was ok. But out feels like they lost that drive and love that they used to put into their food. I'm hoping things gets better with the way they are running things. Sorry for not having many pictures. I was too hungry by the time the food came. Pictures wasn't even in my mind.
