The service is always good, and the food is always consistent. Today's bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was fresh and delicious.

This is how every chain restaurant should be. Chick-Fil-A is one of those chains that does everything right! This place is very consistent...and it's consistently good! I've had everything on the menu at least twice and I can honestly say that they do don't have a bad item of the menu. That's rare! My go-to choices are the grilled nuggets (if I'm trying to be health conscious) and the spicy chicken sandwich (which is also a lot healthier than a burger). Both are actually pretty ok nutritionally and very tasty. Their waffle fries are usually hot, salty, and fresh, but I've had a bad batch once or twice. The lemonade and sweet tea are great - together or separate. I mean it, you can pick from the menu with your eyes closed and feel confident knowing that you're going to enjoy what you chose. This location has a double drive thru and a kids playscape. Customer service is one of their strong points too. You say thank you and you'll always hear "my pleasure" as their response. Really comfortable place to be and it's a shame their closed on Sunday's - but they're a Christian establishment (brownie points) so I understand. Great place; I highly highly recommend. read more

Placed an order through the mobile app (before breakfast hours ended), headed to the restaurant and hopped in the drive-thru. No need to really say it - because almost every other review does - but this location is inexplicably slow. By the time I reach the customer speaker-post, 15 min. have already passed and the associate states that breakfast is 'over.' Thought it must've been a mix-up because I definitely ordered before breakfast hours ended (the app literally displays locks beside unavailable menu items when breakfast ends and I'd already placed my order successfully). Ask for the manager who, after another 5 min. wait at the speaker- post, still refused to come. So, I drive around to the pick-up window (no other choice with it being a no-exit drive thru). Manager states that it would be a "waste" to fulfill my order because it'd require making another batch of 'thirty.' Imagine telling a *paying* customer that it's a "waste" for you & your team to serve them, especially when the customer didn't make it to the pick-up window until 30 min. later on account of how painfully slow you & your team fill orders. Egregious. And, to boot, still got a mobile receipt / charged for an order that they refused to fulfill. My thoughts? If there's a manager that thinks of it as a "waste" to serve *any* customer at any given time, then she shouldn't be in a position to do so. Leadership team: this location needs a complete overhaul. Look into it - something is very wrong here. Start by assessing the notoriously slow order fulfillment / inefficiency / mismanagement of the staff (both pre- and post-COVID), then, build from there. read more

Food is amazing as always but after waiting in line for 20 minutes at six months pregnant I found myself having to pee almost immediately after receiving and sipping my strawberry lemonade. I was incredibly disappointed to be denied use of the restrooms especially when under Kelly's law it's illegal to deny me use of the bathroom unless there are only three employees. With visibly over three employees I figured I'd be fine stopping in even when the shops not open to the public, under Kelly's law that doesn't matter so being denied was a huge shock. I wish people especially employees were more educated on this law as denying me was a huge liability. Luckily I was able to make it to another shop to use the restroom but it would've been a major law suit had I not been able to hold it. Foods great but the lack of knowledge on this law is very upsetting! I highly suggest educating the employees on this law to refrain from future problems and avoiding law suits. read more

I have been in the United State for 7 years and this is so far the best chain restaurant I have ever been to. After the DMV visit today (everybody knows how frustrating that can be), my husband and I came here for a quick bite. I usually have great service here, but the day I went there it wasn't the same service I'm used to. They ran out of the sauce I wanted which is fine. The cashier got a little annoyed when I asked for a different sauce. Which is fine I get it, it was busy in there. Then when I got my sprite and it was out of syrup, I could only take 2 sips out of it then asked my friend if she tasted it. So I went up to the girl at the counter and told her just so you know the sprite taste disgusting. She said ok and turned away to continue her conversation. For some reason everytime I say no pickles I always get a piece of chicken in a bun with nothing else on it. There is a difference between no pickles and no pickles, lettuce, tomato, or anything else. It seems there is a delibarate miscommunication when ordering a specific change to a chicken sandwich. I travel a lot for work and I have to say this was the worst experience at a Chick-Fil-A ever. First my wife orders a chicken salad sandwich. We pay and someone comes over and says their out. So instead of crediting back my credit card they issue a cash refund and charge for the replacement meal. Okay I don't expect free food but they could have eaten the forty cent difference for the inconvenience. Then I use the men's room and it look like a poo bomb went off. The soap and sanitizer didn't work. The trash was overflowing onto the floor and that seamed to be a thing there as when I dumped my tray trash went all over the trash area and floor because that too was full. I was surprised how poor the service was from the owner and community and marketing represent ice who charged me $.40 for my inconvenience. read more

Okay so Chick-fil-A is fast food and it sort of seems silly to give it a review, but I am compelled to do so because the food and service at the Enfield, CT location is always excellent. I have eaten both breakfast and lunch at the fil-a and I have not been disappointed. Orders are taken and confirmed by a very friendly staff that go above and beyond (as is the Chick-fil-a model) to make your fast-food experience feel more like a restaurant experience. The food is on par with all the other locations I have tried- it is good, and they offer a range of choice to suit the dietary needs of both calorie counters and junk-food-junkies. My favorite menu items are the grilled nuggets over a side salad at lunch and their unsweetened iced coffee with a fruit yogurt cup for breakfast. I can manage to eat my fill and get out of there for less than 500 calories, which is pretty impressive for a fast food place! read more

We were passing through on the way home from the airport and were surprised at how unbelievably courteous the staff was. The person who took our drive through order said she'd be "glad to serve us at the window" and the guy who was at the window said "my pleasure" when we casually said thanks for the meal. Chick-Fil-A is a blessing to any community, whether you approve of the restaurant's deep Southern Baptist influences or not. The extremely family oriented restaurant has the same warm inviting lighting and color scheme to it, pale tiles, and complete with an even mix of booths, benches, and high seated tables. One conversation with a cashier will brighten your day. If the drive thru is more of your forte, you will encounter a friendly voice on the other side of the drive thru board. Depending on when you visit will influence how long it will take you to get your order. The line is often crowded at all times of the day. They have a world renowned customer service, especially among other fast food chains. Wendy's often times messes up my order, McDonald's workers take the fact that they simply do not want to be there by the way they treat you somes while on the other hand I have never met a more polite fast food worker than the one at Enfield's Chick-Fil-A. The restaurant's biggest possible downfall among the majority of Americans is that they do not support gay marriage and are very Christianity oriented. They don't force their workers and owners to be Christian but hope they base their businesses and daily operations around them. Some see it as being non inclusive and not fit to be in their towns (see the struggle to get the chicken joint in West Hartford, CT) while as others see it as standing up for what they believe in regardless of what others say. Do with it as you will and definitely feel free to research more into the controversy before you decide to spend your hard earned money or not on a meal there. The restaurant is known for its chicken breast sandwiches. The big ticket item, comes in for lunch and dinner time, is their traditional Chick-Fil-A sandwich with the option to have it spicy, deluxe, or deluxe spicy. They also offer healthier options such as the grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken club, grilled chicken cool wrap, or a chicken salad sandwich. If you're not in the mood for a sandwich, you can also fulfill your chicken craving with either chicken strips, or Chick-fil-A nuggets. Be sure to accompany these entrees with their wide variety of sauces including their signature Chick-Fil-A sauce which is a must with every meal.
