Drum roll Please! For my 99th review, I am writing about the ever so loved: B A N K of Chick-fil-A Get this. My co-worker and I traveled up to our offices headquarters which is in Fairfax circle. We cruised down 50 and found it there, in the distance, what appeared to be a HUGE new bank. We're talkin' columns, brick, the whole 9. But, as we got closer - what did we see? (Sound Effects Please - You know the ones, were you have that AHHHHHHHH moment...) Chick-fil-A. Now, another co-worker who works in the Fairfax office in the Home Depot parking lot just behind this glorious monument to chicken told me that they opened a Chick-fil-A nearby, but she never said that it was so utterly over the top! We waited in route 50 rush hour stop and go traffic to go through the surprisingly not busy drive through at 8am on a Tuesday morning. We ordered up or breakfast combo meals and admired the landscaping and brick facade. (Did they really need to over the top this place so much?) I mean, Chick-fil-A is kind of like the Field of Dreams - if you build it they will come, sorta thing. But anyways - we got our food in quick time and were thanked by the ever so wonderful "My pleasure" from the cheerful morning person in the drive through window. They gave ample napkins, splenda, and creamer for my coffee fix. Our biscuits and chicken were tasty, hot, and fresh. Moral of the story, don't be intimidated by the super fancy facade of the BANK of Chick-fil-A, but do make a dash to the drive through to get yourself a speedy hot and fresh chicken biscuit to help ease your morning commute. Came here today for Lunch with the Family. My Wife and I enjoyed our Lunches while my Daughter barely touched her's because she is sick today, but she had managed to drink some of her Chocolate Shake! LOL! Anyway, the food was pretty good here, and fresh! The chicken was very good, not like what you would get at some of the other fast food places. It was juicy and delicious. Have to come back here again soon. Can't afford to eat here all the time! LOL! read more

It's the pickle thats the difference. Look, what can you say about the fil-a that aint been said yet? Embarrassed you hit this place a couple times a week? Some fast food junkies do Mac'ds every day so don't sweat it. The buisness model is what impresses me.... fast service, super friendly staff, free refills...bla bla bla. When a super helper swings by my table and dumps my tray and refills my lemonade.... well damn any form of execise to hell in this place. Shoulda got the deluxe sandwhich. First of all, I'd like to say that even though the chain is closed on Sundays, David Wilson eats Chick-fil-A on Sundays. That being said, this store is a class act. I've stopped in here before - gone out of my way, even - just to eat some delicious Chick-fil-A. This morning was no different. I was in the area and had a hankerin' for some chicken biscuit breakfasty goodness, so I pulled in and went inside. The amazing thing for me, considering it's more or less of a fast food restaurant, is their willingness to accommodate your order even if it is not standard from the menu. For instance, on the breakfast menu they have a chicken biscuit and a chicken and egg bagel. I want chicken and egg, but I don't want a bagel when I could have a tasty Chick-fil-A biscuit. So, I asked them if I could get a SPICY chicken and egg biscuit meal. No problem! I sat down and they brought my food out to me. How's that for (fast food) service? To be fair, they did deliver me a spicy chicken and egg on a bagel rather than a biscuit as I had requested, but they quickly fixed the error when I told them about it. Then, it was heaven from there. Spicy chicken and egg on a biscuit + mini hash brown bites + rot-your-teeth lemonade = drool. To top it all off, one of the employees stopped me on my way out to ask if I would like to have my drink refreshed before I left, free of charge. Again. Last time I was there she asked me that, also. Fantastic. More sugary deliciousness for me! But yeah, Chick-fil-A is awesome anyway because of the quality of food they put out, but this particular store has great customer service and is squeaky clean. I ordered on Ubereats for lunch at 10:57am, I wait for over 1 hour and a half until 12:30 and the order still wasn't ready so the driver cancelled it. Don't have Ubereats as an option when you can't even make the food. read more

Kind of crazy that I'm actually writing a review for Chick-fil-A but I must for this Fairfax location. The staff is always super friendly, the facilities are clean, and they're quick with orders! The drive-thru is sometimes backed up but moves fairly quickly and no matter how busy the employees are, they always have smiles on their faces and are happy to accommodate requests. Oh, there's even a play-gym for those with children and hand sanitizer is at the entrance so you can clean up before and after playing! The parking lot isn't large so don't be surprised to find zero parking spaces during peak hours. Luckily since this is a fast-food joint, turnover is high. And there's outdoor seating, too! Looking forward to my next Spicy Chick-fil-A biscuit/sandwich with the cute little hash browns/waffle fries with Chick-fil-A dipping sauce! read more

I have been to this Chick-Fil-A a couple times. It is always packed and the parking lot is a little bit of a nightmare!

One of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I have ever been to. I go here nearly every week. All the restaurants in this chain sell chicken sandwiches and they all taste pretty good. What sets this place apart is the friendliness. The attitude of the crew members and the service they provide. If you haven't been to Chick-fil-A much you learn they bring your order to you. They go and get refills for you and take your trash from the table. This place does it with a smile. Two employees stand out. There is Toni the marketing person. She always says hello and chats a bit with her London accent. She's always walking around the dining room. She took a picture of me in my cow costume on Cow Appreciation Day. And the other outstanding person is an older guy always wearing a different Chick-fil-A shirt every time I see him. I think he is the Father of the owner or other family member. Great attitude, friendly, and always very helpful. The parking lot is small but the place is great. I don't have kids but they have an indoor play area. The kids I saw in there were having a really good time. read more

Terrible dine in service, took 45 minutes just to get a 4 count of chicken strips. Reminded the cashiers twice because they kept forgetting. When I finally got my food they forgot the fries, just said forget it and walked out. read more

This is a great little Chick-fil-A. They always get your order right; they are very, very courteous, and all the prices are very reasonable. Admittedly, this is true for nearly all Chick-fil-A's. Nevertheless, that means they *all* should get tons of praise for all the good they do for their customers. Nice place to get lunch! read more

Chick-fil-A has kicked it up a notch as a fast food restaurant with their service and and appearance. Food is what you know and expect. Now for the real purpose for this review... If you think you can drop by for lunch and grab something quick via drive-thru, you would be wrong. Park the car and get in. This Chick-Fil-A is our favorite even among Chick-Fil-A's. But we tried the Spicy Chicken sandwich yesterday, and were very disappointed. There is so much spice in the sandwich that you can hardly taste anything else. I love my spicy food, and add hot pepper oil to my chinese food and eat the peppers in my Kung Pao chicken, but this sandwich all you could taste was heat, there was no other flavor. They still have the best service and food of any Chick-Fil-A, but we won't order the spicy chicken sandwich again. The Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich may not be as fresh as the Chick-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich, but it has the right balance of flavor to spice. read more

I have ordered several times for my office and she has been a gem. From last minute orders, on time delivery personally by her and most importantly, her professional and exuberant personality. I love Chick-fil-A and go there weekly in Florida. I have been to many locations throughout the southeast USA when I travel and based on my past experiences my standards are really high for Chick-fil-A. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A and the messiest store I have ever been too. It wasn't dirty just the tables were not cleaned, trash needed to be emptied, and the floors really needed to be sweeped. The cashier was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there and The food runner wasn't very friendly or helpful. I had rated this Chick-Fil-A very highly before today's visit.... My order was messed up TWICE in a row! I was very polite since I wasn't in a rush, but I was given a meal when I CLEARLY said that I wanted the sandwich only, they gave me a refund, when I got to my car I noticed that the chicken sandwich had butter and pickles on it (I requested it to be without butter and pickles!). I think I was still overcharged but it's whatever, I don't eat fast food often anymore, I was hungry and drove past so I made a U-Turn and stopped in. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Bottom bun on one was mushy because they put pickles under the bun ??? Rest of the bun on that one and the other sandwich was semi-hard (from too much heat most likely), dry in some places and greasy in others. Breading on one of the breasts was chewy in some places. I just can't see how anyone would give any CFA location less than 5 stars. Every CFA makes you feel like you are a king. Those poor college students stand in the drive thru like Disney World attendants, making sure you have the most magical experience you've ever had with a chicken sandwich. The sauces flow like the Potomac. Every person smiles at you like you're God's gift to the world. There is nowhere I feel more loved and respected than I do at CFA. It was decided very last minute that we should provide food for a group of potential employees coming to visit our corporate headquarters. It had to be something quick, a tasty variety, and near by for delivery or pick-up. I called Chick-fil-A in Fairfax and explained my situation; I needed food for 18 people pronto. The young lady I spoke to said she would contact their catering director and then asked when I needed the food. My heart dropped and I just knew that was going to be the killer. "In about 45 minutes," I said. Without a hitch she said, "I'll get Tony to call you right away." Tony called, confirmed the head count, and asked what I wanted. I told her we had health conscious mouths to feed. At that point, she had thirty minutes to put it together, if she would/could. She did! And, so graciously. She put together a fantastic lunch consisting of a nugget platter, fruit plate, wraps, salad, and everybody's favorite, the cookie tray. Did I say health conscious? I arrived for pick-up about twenty minutes after I spoke to Tony. I was really sweating it. Tony met me, sat me down, told me not to worry, provided me a cool drink, and left me to watch the gleeful play of a children's play date taking part in the play zone. Did I mention that this was during the lunch hour rush every restaurant in the Fairfax area has during a weekday? In less than ten minutes, Tony rounded the corner and told me it was ready. She helped me carry out and load, quickly provided me future contact information, and let me skedaddle. The food was delicious, the customer service was superior, and the catering manager was the epitome of what you would want and would like to expect - concise, confidant, competent, and courteous. Go at an off hour. Lunchtime is almost impossible to either find a space to park in or wait in a huge line for the drive-thru. That being said, there is a reason for it to be so busy. Their fried chicken sandwiches are delicious and their shakes are to die for. Never had a problem here except for the long wait. If you go between traditional meal times, you will get in and out much quicker. read more

They forget items in the order whether it's in app delivery or in app drive thru pick up. Impossible to get refunds for drive thru order in app. They give a pathetic amount of hash browns. Lines too long. Sometimes I just go elsewhere because the wait time is a deterrent. read more

I love chick filet-a. I am from Georgia so it is in our blood, however this location has major issues. They just can't seem to get it together. It's fast and it's delicious. That's all you need to know. On this trip, I got a regular chik-fil-a sandwich. Just a delicious piece of chicken on a delicious bun with a couple of pickles. And don't forget the chik-fil-a sauce (aka the best sauce in the world)! My friend got a "market salad" and it actually looked really good (she liked it a lot too). Except for the fact that it's not open on Sundays, I love this location. Not only does it have a drive thru but plenty of seating inside. The service is always good and the restaurant is very clean. Don't be surprised if the drive thru line is so long it goes out of the entire parking lot. This location is big on families and has a great indoor playground for the kids. read more

Chick-fil-A's are usually amazing... this one is no exception. The staff is always very friendly and smiling from ear-to-ear. They are very attentive and come and clean up after you when you're sitting at your table. The food is amazing and such a guilty pleasure. The lemonade= phenomenal.
