Me and my grandma went in, very quiet, workers were very polite and the food was great.

Usually don't have problems with my orders but today the drive thru staff waffle fries upside down in my bag, dumping the whole thing into the bag leaving me to dig around in my bag to eat my fries. On top of that I asked for regular mustard but received honey mustard. Told the employee in hopes that she'd take my bag and place my food correctly. Now all I have is a mess in my bag. We drove thru Flagstaff and stopped here for dinner. The food was fast and good. Very friendly and they also have a playground for the kids.

Went to this restaurant twice during a 4 day family trip to Flagstaff, in both instances, were made to wait in queue at the drive through because food wasn't ready. No special orders just lack of planning. On the 2nd and final visit to this store, I ordered an item for a child that was not included in the order. The kid missed it. He did not read the order back and I was provided no receipt with order/store info. Just a tag on the bag, which is how I know item was omitted. This store needs major help. read more

Original chicken sandwich done mildly well. Other than that exceptional service from a young lady in drive thru. I believe she is probably the only strawberry blonde ms there. Have been to this Chick-fil-A several times with great service. Stopped today and HOLEY MOLEY...what a zoo. Parking was a nightmare as the drive thru cars "locked up" the parking lot. Once inside...I have never seen so many kids. We waited an extra long time for our food but the ladies kept checking that we were doing ok. Food was excellent again but getting out of parking lot was impossible, again due to drive thru. They MUST fix this issue. read more

Went through the drive through this morning (Christmas Eve). Just as we were having our order read back to us, the power went out for the entire store. As we pulled up to the window, we were met by the friendly manager & staff. They gave us our food for free and were extremely friendly and apologetic. Was passing through Flagstaff and needed to grab a bite so I stopped at Chick-fil-A. The food was exactly as expected, tasty and filling, but it was the service that was remarkable during this visit. I placed my order and went to my wallet to pull out the charge card only to find it it was not there. I looked at the cashier, Ashleigh, in semi terror wondering where my card was. I left the counter and ran to the car to begin my search. Moments later, Ashleigh came to my car and presented my lunch, telling me that she was sorry that I had lost my card and lunch was "on us". Ultimately, I found my card and reentered to pay... They would have none of that and told me that it was taken care of. As a business traveler, I eat out often. The friendliest people on the planet work at this Chik-Fil-A. The food was fresh and yummy. They offer salads, fingers and different types of sandwiches. They also offer breakfast, which are delicious flaky biscuits with chicken and honey. Yes, it is mostly high calorie, the menu board is kind enough to let you see how much you can surpass your recommended calorie count for the entire day. I am not at Chik-Fil-A to get a salad! I want a carb fest. This chain does not have a location in Vegas, so we can only get a taste of that delicious bird when we travel to neighboring states. My sweetie and I ordered the same exact thing: spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Coke Zero. There are several sauce packet choices, including Polynesian, honey BBQ, Chik sauce and ranch. Hello happiness, I mixed up my own sauce using 3 of the choices provided. A staff member came up to our table and said, " Good evening folks, may I refresh your beverage for you?" At long last I have experience the Chik-fil-a. Living in the dearth of Las Vegas, I have not had a change to eat the almighty chicken sandwich that is served. My husband and I ate here after a long trip to the Grand Canyon and then down to Flagstaff to stay for the night. Not wanting to take the time to sit down somewhere we decided on Chik-fil-a. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. It comes with waffle fries, which was like, WHOA waffle fries, and I was quite amused and I dipped them in Ranch dressing cuz I am a classy broad. Onto the sandwich, not nearly spicy enough for my liking. It was just slathered with a sauce. I picked out the wilted lettuce and the icky tomato. I left the pickles, which were, um like pickles. Like Chick-fil-A ok -- food is decent, and the service there is friendly, but you gotta watch out for their parking lot. My husband got booted because we were meeting for lunch, and he "stepped off the premises" to meet me on the sidewalk (by the way, I'm 7 months pregnant). Less than 5 minutes passed before we returned to go to the restaurant, and he was already booted, and the company who booted him refused to remove it unless we paid $180.00. We even explained that we were going to lunch, and he was just meeting me on the sidewalk, but their logic of "he left the premises" and "could have been gone for hours" meant they weren't budging. We even ate there, and had receipts and everything, but no rational behavior from this company. So while I have no problem with the chick-fil-a itself, I'm not returning to this establishment again. It's a shame too because it was a go-to lunch place-- but it's not worth the potential "extra expense" for meeting someone up for lunch. read more

World class customer service! They know how to pick and train employees to be nice and polite. The restaurants are always clean, the employees will bring your food to you! The spicy chicken sandwich is my staple with that bomb a¥¥ lemonade. I've tried other things and have not been disappointed as of this review. Only concern with this location is the small parking lot and the sheer number of fellow patrons via for their moment in the drive thru, helping us all learn and practice patience. read more

There are many things to like about this place. The one item that stands out above the rest is the breakfast biscuit, but you'll have to get there before 10:30am to get your hands on one because it's a breakfast only item. The early bird gets the worm, but the early human gets the bird on a breakfast biscuit. If you're too late for the biscuit, the next best thing is the egg bun. I substitute the egg bun on every order because the other bun is too dry and grainy. I would avoid this location between noon and 2pm, especially the drive through, because it can get very crowded and parking has been a problem since the place opened. For some reason, someone thought it would be okay to open four food businesses next to the busiest road in town with a parking lot that holds less than 40 cars. One complaint I have is that whenever I order the grilled chicken nuggets I feel like they are making me justify my reasons for ordering them. They always ask, "is that for health reasons or personal preference" in an almost accusatory tone. Don't hassle me when I just want to order your food. What business is it of yours why I'm ordering? Just take my money and give me my order without the interrogation. read more

Honestly I LOVE chickfila, and come almost 3 times a week. I came through the drive through yesterday evening like I always do, and got the usual "Chick-fil-A sandwich no pickles and a Mac N cheese. I got home, and there were pickles in my sandwich (and I'm very allergic) and the Mac n cheese was really cold. Very disappointed on my order and threw everything away. Love me some Chick-fil-A but tonight was annoying. Both drive thru lanes open, I chose the one on the right. No one was at the one on the left. I was told to wait. By the time I ordered, two cars from the left lane completed their orders in front of me. I waited about five minutes to order. Order this on door dash all the time and also go through the drive through all the time. Have great food but they ALWAYS forget extra avocado lime ranch even though we ask for it right in front of the person taking the order, they always say NO PROBLEM! and then once we get to the window the extra packet is NEVER in the bag and we always have to ask for it a second time. This time when we ordered doordash we asked again for an extra but this time they sent none and we had to drive there anyway to ask for sauce... pretty annoying. read more

Long line to order but it moved quickly - very well organized due to COVID. The reason it moved so quickly is that all of the sandwiches were made ahead of time and microwaved as ordered. My husband ordered a deluxe with no tomato - got the correct sandwich. But the lettuce was warm, black, and wilted. I had a basic sandwich - hot pickles, mushy bun, and no moisture. This is our second experience at Chick-Fill-A - two different states - and neither one was good. Now we know. Won't try again. read more
