We have a trailer on our truck, so we have to take up 6 spots in the parking lot near a Mobile Order Pickup spot. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuits in the drive thru. Received bacon and biscuits no egg or cheese. When I went into the store to remedy the situation I saw a customer bring back a sausage sandwich that should have been spicy chicken. He showed the cashier and she said keep it and I will get you the correct one. The manager Marisa came over and took the sandwich from him and handed back to the cook and said rewrap this. I interrupted and asked her if she was going to give that to another customer? She said she was allowed if she didn't see the customer touch it. I saw him touch it the cashier saw him handle it but was too afraid to speak up. I did argue with the manager and she continued to politely stand her ground saying I didn't see him touch the food. I told her that was disgusting and I wanted my money back if that is how they serve food. I don't know what ultimately happened to the sandwich. Finally made it to a Chick-fil-A. Been hearing how the chicken is crack. it is very good but probably wouldn't call it crack. Got the strips which are plump pieces of moist chicken with crunchy skin and it's not greasy. Nothing is greasy here, which was a nice surprise. Also got a deluxe chicken sandwich which again had plump pieces of moist chicken with the all fixins. We liked the fries, plain but good. The milkshake was excellent. If you're on the road this is a good choice to stop. Better than some of the other gains with limited menu. read more

This particular Chik Fil A is un-accommodating to persons with disabilities. I have a child with Autism who has food aversions and only wants to eat Chik Fil A breading crumbs. If you have someone in your life who has severe food intolerances, you know how stressful it is to feed them. I bought 2 Coke Zeros but this locations kitchen manager wouldn't allow us to have the crumbs that other locations gladly give us. My son didn't understand why they let everyone else eat but not him. It's as though Chick Fil A fell out of the sky just for me! After driving 6.5 hours on my road trip I was salivating and lo and behold there was chick fil a. The perfect pick me up for the trail end of my trip. There were three or four attendees at the counter who all greeted me with a cheerful hello. It was a nightmare, when we turned the corner coming from target we were stuck there. The line was super long, workers were coming up to us from near their front doors. There was a car behind us so we could not back out and the parking lot was full so we could not park and do any kind of maneuver to get out so we had to wait in line. The lady took our order, I had a coupon for a free brownie but she said they were out so said she could do a cookie... well she came back and told us that she charged us for the cookie so she had to refund us but told us that we had to talk to someone else. She found someone because we been waiting in line a while. That person said that they were out of cookies so they had to redo the whole transaction and charge us a again but they took off my reward points and did not care to add it back or discount it or offer anything else because they don't care about customer service and just want you to move down the line. We informed the lady at the window but she did not care either and wanted us to move along. This place needs to get better customer service and move to a better location where customers are not trap. Fast food chicken sandwiches. Was our first time at one as in the past, the ones we've encountered have been so busy and we were usually short on time. We timed the visit here just right.....before the big crowd. I and the regular meal and found the sandwich moist and tender. My wife got the spicy sandwich meal which met her approval as well. I have yet to be disappointed by a Chick-fil-A, and that is why I keep going back. This one was particularly amazing. They were quick to grab our order, the staff was very pleasant, and the food was delicious; as always. The manager (or at least one of them) brought our food out to us, noticed we didn't grab any napkins, and instantly said he would get them for us. Dropping them off, he made sure that we were good to go before heading back to help his employees. Later on we were checked on by another (believe she was also a manager) who was walking around making sure that everyone had what they needed. Employees were keeping things clean, clearing away trash and trays from tables that still had customers at them, and just being above-and-beyond. Very poor service. I placed an order for 6 meals in the drive thru. I was told to pull forward because they needed to cook more fries; and my order would be ready in 3 minutes. The drive thru was poorly lite and full of snow and ice. As we were waiting another car pulled behind us. I assumed for the same reason. A few minutes later their order was brought out; they pulled out nearly side swiping my car. Several other cars hit their food and exited as well. After 10 minutes of waiting, my husband and I exit our vehicle to see what the hold up was. The entryway had not been cleared of snow and I nearly fell. My husband asked the cashier what the hold up was and he was informed they were waiting for the chicken nuggets, apologized and gave him a couple of cards for a breakfast item. I told her that was unacceptable and asked to speak with the manager. The manager comes out, very rude and asked what was the problem. At this point I was very angry; I'd spent about 30 minutes there. I explained what happened and asked that we be compensated for the poor service and inconvenience. The food is always great and I've never had bad service. We eat here a couple times a month and it is always good. The only complaint I have is that parking is an issue. There isn't enough parking because it's a popular spot. The staff do an amazing job of getting the drive thru cars out efficiently so it doesn't hold up traffic but sometimes we've had to do the drive thru when we wanted to dine in. read more

10/13 I ordered a small strawberry shakes and Southwest grilled chicken salad. The shake came out right away but I was asked to pull forward to wait for the salad. The shake was very good. It did not have an overwhelming fake strawberry taste and it came with whipped cream and a cherry. The salad took about 5 minutes but was very well made and the chicken was obviously very fresh. The staff was kind and apologized for the delay. Even though the salad took longer than expected, it was very good so the wait didn't matter as much. read more

I have never experienced poor service at any Chic-Fil-A in my life... except for this one. EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up my order. I usually order an egg white grill for breakfast before heading up to Snowbowl and they have forgotten my order or given me the wrong item nearly every time. The most recent time I came here (Wednesday morning) I ordered an egg white grill and they told me to pull forward. I had a feeling they would forget about me as soon my car was out of view, and I was correct. I sat waiting for my food (AFTER PAYING) for nearly 20 minutes. Every single car behind me got their food handed to them as soon as they drove up to the window. At least 6 cars behind me got their food before I did. From the time I pulled into the drive through line, to the time I got my food, nearly 45 minutes had passed. I left my house at 9am and I did not leave Chic-Fil-A until 9:37. This is completely unacceptable. Horrible service. It is just too chaotic and the young people who work inside cannot manage the stress. The manager is not the nicest either. Some locations provide a survey link on their receipts but unfortunately this restaurant does not. They should really consider doing this so they can learn from their feedback and improve. I am very disappointed. I hate to say it, but I really dislike this Chic-Fil-A. P.S. I have done Doordash orders at this location and there have been more than one occasion where the "system" does not receive the order and I have spent at least 30 minutes waiting for an order.
