I was a manager in foodservice for 30 years and when you inconvenience a customer you make it right as much as possible. Little disappointed in this one. Stopped here on the way to Williams. Service was friendly, but a couple of things. 1. Forgot our order of fries. We noticed before we pulled away, so they corrected it, but still. 2. Said fries tasted literally like dirt. They were funky! 3. No napkins in the bag. 4. Hi there, the service was great. We did the drive-through so we got drive-through. However our server was very nice. I tried the seasonal pimento sandwich which was very good with a little bit of a kick.! I had thought it would have no kick because I thought I saw you have a spicy version and I am not a person that enjoys hot and spicy food so that last little kick kinda got me, but it was still OK for someone that's a weenie on the spice meter. Same Great Chick-fil-A Taste & Quality Food! Location: The good, not far from the interstate so I make sure to stop by when driving through to get my spicy chicken fix. The bad, can be a little difficult to pull in and out of depending on time of day/traffic you're coming by. It also has limited parking but you can find a spot at the adjacent parking lot so not bad. Service: Like all Chick-fil-A the people are so friendly, and patient with folks. Even those indecisive customers despite waiting in line to place their order? They do have younger folks that socialize while working but I don't think it really slows anything down. If anything it probably keeps the friendly atmosphere so I'm glad they speak with customers and each other - even when it's packed. That said, this location is not as efficient as others with getting cars through but not sure if it is the organization or location traffic slowing down flow by limiting the speed of exiting customers? Food: See the title. Cleanliness: Great, and never any worries with Chick-fil-A franchises keeping their places clean. Overall: Because of the wait each time I come, again it may not be their fault, I have to give it 4 out of 5 Stars. Chick-fil-A is located on the east side of Milton just north of Riordan road. After spending an entire afternoon at the Grand Canyon and heading back to Scottsdale is a long drive. I had a huge craving for my favorite chicken sandwich and when punching in Chick-fil-A into my GPS it found this Flagstaff location as being the nearest from the south ridge. Whether that's true or not it's a few minute north of of the I-40 and I-17 interchange along with a gazillion other choices for having a meal. The service here as just about every other location is the standard for top notch. Ordering is quick and friendly and so the time it takes for the food to be brought directly to the table. This location is incredibly convenient to I-17, I-40, and NAU. We had very, very little time to grab food, but this location had everything ready right away. We ordered breakfast food. I used the bathroom, which was clean and well-stocked. The food was ready to-go as soon as I came out. Everything we had, from biscuits to hash browns to chicken sandwich, was hot and good. We ordered and then got our food within 5 minutes. Very fast! Business def seemed good as the line never ended, but always different people. They had another area for those picking up on the side. Very family friendly environment and decently spaced out tables and booths. There was also a outside seating area as well. The flowers on the tables added a nice touch. There was a small area for kids to play in. Area was quite clean, women bathrooms were clean. Amusingly enough, the bathrooms were slightly kid friendly too - they had steps for the sink and also a diaper dispenser in the larger stall. I'm glad we came here to fulfill my Chick-fil-A cravings! I generally like Chick-fil-A, but this is consistently one of the worst locations that I have ever been to. My Yelp reviews are typically quite positive, but this location is always terribly slow. We always stop here on the way to snowbowl to grab breakfast, but I don't think I have the patience to do this anymore. it always takes twice as long to get your breakfast order here as other locations typically do, and there are frequent errors in the orders. Today the cashier was clearly new at his job, and he had no one looking over his shoulder to make sure that he was doing anything correctly. He asked me three times about every single item I ordered, which was frankly excessive. When training, new employees, they need supervision. it is frustrating when you clarify your order three times, and it is still delivered wrong and extremely slowly. Really love this place and the staff. They are always energetic and friendly. They accommodate gluten free needs thankfully, so I can enjoy the grilled chicken on a GF bun or wrapped in lettuce. Almost three stars, but I'll give them the bump up to four. Two visits in three days ... two orders they got wrong. I use the app to prevent this sort of thing. Had my first Chick-fil-A experience here today and was beyond impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the food! When I mentioned it was my first visit, Joseph was very helpful answering my questions, making suggestions, showing us all the sauce options and explaining how the app works to earn points for free food. He even gave us two complimentary chocolate chunk cookies as a welcome to Chick-fil A! So sweet! The receipt also has a survey to complete for a free chicken sandwich on your next visit! I've never been to a fast food I can recall that brings your food to you which was nice! We received our order in like 3 minutes, seriously! The restaurant was spotless, bathrooms clean, and all staff super friendly. One gentleman saw me taking photos of our meal and immediately asked if everything was ok. I told him not to worry, it looked delicious and I wanted to yelp it. :) And boy did it taste amazing. I've never had a grilled chicken sandwich of such quality at a fast food joint. Not even at The Habit. Larger piece of chicken than I anticipated, super moist and deliciously seasoned. The waffle fries were bomb and perfectly salted. All for a very reasonable price. Especially when you're driving across country and trying to save money without eating too poorly. Saving the cookies for a snack on the way to Baltimore. FOOD POISONING! We were visiting from out of town ended a mobile pick up at this location thinking it would be a quick and easy meal for our family. Multiple people ended up with severe food poisoning from eating here which ruined half of our vacation we had paid a significant amount of money for. I had a very nice chat with a worker named Kaylen (I hope I spelled that right) and she was just so nice and polite. I can't tell you have much I love chic fil a and how often I eat at chic fil a around the country. Visiting in Flagstaff and decided to of course get chic fil a for dinner since I have to limit my eating choices to due to my diet I'm currently on. When ordering I clearly asked for the 30 count Grilled nuggets to split with my friend and the small chicken noodle soup. Upon getting to my hotel I opened up the bag and instead got the 30 regular nuggets.
