Always a pleasure visiting chick fil a this particular location had a few employees out side moving the drive through line a lot faster by offering menus and possibly taking orders before the costumers got to the order station. That helped a lot because it kept the cars moving. I went to dine in and the service was great the line moved fast and my order was out within minutes of me finding a seat. I enjoy the out for seating her nice and spacious and great parking space for the lunch crowd I had no trouble in that area. read more

I hate to give this rating to this Chic-fil-A because my wife and I eat at other locations that are just great but this one was so bad it leaves me little choice. Well first the drive thru itself is just confusing but they probably couldn't help it, but building it like a coiling snake is just weird. I will say the staff seemed friendly and have no problem with them but getting cold cheese sauce for our waffle fries was just horrible and my wife's sandwich, which was a grilled chicken sandwich, didn't have the sauce that was supposed to come with it and the bun on the sandwich tasted days old and she said it tasted like they tried to heat it up to hide how old it was so she basically just ate the chicken which she said was fine. On my sandwich the chicken was kind of tough and the portion size wasn't as generous as other locations and my veggies on my sandwich didn't taste fresh. So all in all it was pretty bad and won't go to this particular location again but rest assured we will visit your other locations on Mall Rd. and Ft. Wright on 17 without a doubt. read more

You always have those cult chik-fil-a fans and I can't claim to be one of those even though I do love the place but I have 2 stories to tell about this place. 1. One morning I got some chicken biscuits to go and it took a while to get them. So without even having to complain the manager just handed me a coupon for a free one. 2. They have free wifi and while I"m sitting there after lunch the guy comes by and fills up my lemonade as if he's waiting my table. It's weird because I almost feel like I should be entitled to being treated like a pile of crap because this place is fast food. Weird. Well done on the cusomer service front. Chick-fil-a is the BEST fast food restaurant! They're always sending out coupons for free food on their text message service. They have free kids meals on Tuesday nights. They have a breakfast club where every 6th breakfast you get is free. They send out coupons in the mail. Basically you get a crap load of free food. It's not like they even have to do that! Their chicken is delicious! The waffle fries are superb! And the lemonade is mouth-watering. The employees seem to love their job and make the whole meal experience seem very enjoyable. No matter what time you go in there will be a line. Wish there was a Chick-Fil-A still in the Florence Mall. But you know how greedy the Florence Mall rent is. The food court really sucks without Chick-Fil-A. I think that was a mistake for moving it Houston rd, oh well. The new restaurant is really nice. Interesting drive though, like going around a big circle. They do make the best fast food chicken sandwich fried or grilled. I love the red Polynesian sauce..mmmm yummy. There mayo is terrific. There waffle fries are to die for. Chick-fil-A - Yummy! - Fast Food Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

I love Florence's Chick-Fil-A, despite the drive-thru setup being a bit clunky and...loopy? Yes, it's a loop. You come in behind the building, and you can see the drive thru right away...but you can't enter from there. No, you have to drive all the way around the building, enter at the OTHER back corner, and then...you get to do ANOTHER loop of the building before you have your food. Quickest way to get confused, right there, and the only reason it's not a 5 star review. Shouldn't drive-thru windows be straightforward (literally)? However, if you manage to navigate around that, or if you sit down inside and eat (and actually, for this man using a wheelchair, this location is one of the easier ones I've been to!), you should expect fast service from a friendly staff. And the food? Chick-Fil-A says they are the home of the original chicken sandwich, and they are absolutely right! It is great. The nuggets are also very good. If you prefer spicy, then try the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. I however cannot handle a lot of spice in my food, so I opt for the original. One other drawback: It's not open until 6:30 AM. My mom and I found this out when we stopped to get food on the way to volunteer for the Cincinnati Half-Marathon on a Saturday. I realize most people aren't on the road before then, but for those of us who are, we'd like to have that option. Minor thing, and we did get it on the way back and ate at home, so I won't dock any stars there. Overall, 4 stars. If this drive thru wasn't so loopy, making me dizzy, it'd be five. read more

This is a great Chick-Fil-A location. It's always clean, the staff is polite and friendly and service is relatively fast. The food always tastes good, too. If you go during a busy drive-thru time they will have employees out working the line of cars. This seriously expedites the drive-thru process and is pretty genius. They definitely are faster when they do this than, say, if you went to another fast food restaurant that had an equally long line - even if it was McDonald's with their double line (which I just think congests things anyway). My favorite thing to order is the grilled chicken sandwich combo, with fries. Oh and about the fries - they're the only fast food place around here that serves waffle fries. Bonus! read more

Normally I love this Chick Fil A. Even though it can get quite crowded, they have great service. Today I went inside since they weren't too busy. I wanted to grab breakfast. Unfortunately, I stood in line for so long that by the time I reached the counter it was 10:31am and they were no longer serving breakfast. If I had gone through the drive thru I would have received breakfast without a problem. The staff recognized that I had been standing in line for a while and there was only one person left behind me. I should also mention that there were only 4 people in line in front of me when I came into the restaurant, so I didn't anticipate it taking long to reach the counter to place my order. Excellent like all Chick-Fil-A. Only downside is they need a second drive thru lane. Also the location is a bit tricky to get to.

The day that I visited, they several workers that were taking orders from had ipads as soon as you got in line. After you drove up a little bit, they would take your money. The line was long initially but I found that this was a great idea because it definitely sped up the process. I have always had a good experience with this restaurant. The line at this chick fil a is intense. Sometimes the line will wrap around the building twice, but that will not stop me from going here. They do have a really good system of making sure that people are placing their orders. You cannot do more than two orders in your car, so if you're going with co workers (which I do) you need to park at Meier and walk over because their parking lot is crazy! read more
