Always friendly and fast service. The customer service is the best. I have never had a bad meal or bad service. Out of all the fast food chains I this is one of the best.

We came here to grab a quick bite. The food was food. I definitely loved the seasonal peach milkshake! The staff was friendly and they even gave us a refill of a fauntain drink we were finishing up. The location had fresh flowers in every table that definitely gave it a touch.

The food tasted great as usual. But service was LACKING here today. There was a huge line of people waiting inside to order. And only one cashier open. So out of probably 25-30 people working at the time ... only one was taking all done in and carry out orders. We are also out of town on vacation and from Pittsburgh. The food is more expensive here. Glad gas is cheaper! I decided to pull out my Chick-fil-A app which I was going to scan and instead placed a mobile order. Placed the order, got it and left and still would have had five people waiting in front of me had I stayed in line. This Chick-fil-A location clearly shows who they care most about. The digital customer. Not the one standing in front of you. It's unfortunate that's how some places have become. Again, food fine but service and care lacking.

It had been a while since I've eaten at this or any other Chick-Fil-A so it was high time we returned. This was the Florence location so naturally it waa very busy. That being said their staff is very well trained and the line went quite fast. Also the restaurant was clean and the folks were relatively friendly so yay for that. Chick-Fil-A has a smallish menu that focuses on quality over quantity. I went with a simple Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries meal. Their chicken sandwiches don't come with any sauces (that I've ever seen) and comes with pickles. They do provide sauces on their condiment stand however and I got some Texas Pete Hot Sauce for my sandwich. The chicken filet had tremendous flavour in the breading and although it wasn't all that spicy had a decent kick and great flavour. I prefer not having pickles on my chicken sandwiches personally but most people do so there's that. Their waffle fries were excellent for sure. All in all this was an excellent and inexpensive lunch. Thumbs up.

His place only does drive thru right now because of shortage of workers. God bless the ones working taking orders outside in the cold. They are organized efficient and always happy. Of course the chicken sandwich with extra pickles is amazing

I come here a lot and never have issues and understand how busy it can be. But this cheese placement had me severely depressed I mean cmon now it takes 1 second to lay it centered. This is is McDonald's cheese placement. I'll still come back tho

I do not visit this location often. If is usually our go to spot if picking up food on the way to the airport. Between being in a hurry and excited for whatever trip we are about to embark on, I always forget to review. Everything is usually correct. My last visit was not quite up to Chick-fil-A standards. My sandwich was only warm. It was if they had all the components already cooked and waiting, then stacked them together. Food was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Hash browns were crisp. Encountered two employees on my visit. Neither said their famous "my pleasure," when I thanked them. At the time of this review, inside seating was not open. Inside was only open for the picking up and placing of takeout orders. They seemed to be using the indoor seating area as a staging area for catering orders. Outdoor seating is open. Though that is at limited compacity.

Could this place get any better? NO! As a Michigander we still do not have a Chick-fil-A store front that is its entirely own store, instead they are in malls, airport or Oakland University. So the full experience is never the same. We stopped here when driving to TN and it was a few miles or so off the freeway. The staff is so friendly, clean, and delish. Lemonade is amazing especially! The sandwiches, fries, and chick-fil-A sauce is on point. A busy store based on the stores surrounding the area and slightly off the freeway, but it was a great experience!

Best Chick-Fil-A I've eaten at, and easily my favorite fast food spot in the area. Favorite fast food spot to grab breakfast, the fries are great, the grilled nuggets are delicious for a low-cal dish, and who doesn't love the occasional helping of Chick-Fil-A dipping sauce? This is amazing! Being from Michigan and on a trip, its super good! I love the chicken sandwich, and the waffle fries! The waffle fries weren't cold, warm, and fresh! And not to salty but just a perfect amount of salt! The chicken sandwich was warm and fresh! Would recommend to go here for some food! Its busy, but the line inside goes around fast. And there multiple people who work outside to get more orders done. 5 Stars! read more

I love this place. The food is always hot and tasty and fast. If there is a problem the management is quick to address it and they do all they can to rectify the problem(s) Sign up for the text service as you get free stuff quite often. So here's the thing, I've been traveling with two 7 year olds for 3 hours and they were ready to explode with energy! As any 7 year old would. So we stopped at Chick-fila, ordered and let them loose. I can tell you without of a shadow of a doubt these people are kid friendly! Love this place! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they even checked on the kids in the play area! Did I mention it was SUPER clean?! As a mom this is very important! Food was piping hot and delicious, I'd say this is a definite stop for parents with kids! Thanks Chick Fila for making an exceptional end to 3 hours of travel read more

The employees are always so friendly at this location. I just tried Chick Fil A this year and obviously became hooked on it. The location is convenient, but expect a line for the drive through. No matter what time of day it is, I always seem to be in the line. But it's never a bother for me. Love this place! read more

Chick-fil-a's reputation proceeds them. They have good, quick service with some great chicken. It's not exactly the healthiest, but it's fast food so you shouldn't expect healthy. However, it is very delicious. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite fast food item out of any fast food restaurant. It's not exactly the cleanest, but once again, it's a fast food place so you shouldn't expect more. Overall its a great place to grab a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. read more

Chick-fil-A is and has always been the golden standard of service in the fast food segment or the industry. This location upholds this standard more so than possibly any other Chick-fil-A location I have ever visited. Florence is a very high traffic area, and this location definitely is impacted by this. They handle this with grace and ease! Many times I have pulled into the drive through and it has been completely full, back to the entrance; and every time I have gotten through In 7 minutes or less, as opposed to a McDonald's in the same position where I have waited upwards of 20 minutes before. Even during this hectic time the employees do not show any hints of being worm down or impatient. They keep their composure and politely ask what you would like, what sauces you need (as many as you want!!), and relay your total. When you pull up to the window they greet you with a smile, hand you your food, and very graciously thank you for coming. I have the same perfect service if not even more personable when I dine in as well. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone that wants to experiment what an absolutely perfect dining experience should be. read more

These chicken sandwiches are good at first but get old fast. Closed on Sunday?... Thats really stupid. I'm tired of these corporate entities practicing their religious beliefs on the general public. The wait time for this place is unacceptable! The wait for ordering is 30 minutes. After you order it's about 10 more minutes until you get your food. The food is mediocre at best. We asked for the manager and they were not here! When the wait times are this long the manager should be here. When we passed by the drive thru window there was no one there!!! I know I will not be choosing this Chick-Fil-A. read more

We love this place! Always clean, friendly and fast! I get the grilled chicken sandwich and ask for the honey barbeque sauce......LOVE IT!! I could probably drink that stuff! I know the food isn't as healthy as people think it is but it does taste the best! They are a Christian chain which is awesome too but what happened to the Christian music? I think they take reservations for Valentines Day and they do special things for Mother's Day and Father's Day read more

Every time I have went here it has been jammed butt to gut with people waiting. The drive through line is more packed with folks than the Taco Bell drive thru 3 am on 4/20 and the inside is like a concert venue crowded with adoring fans. The service is fast, and the food: #awesome. The spicy chicken sandwich is to die for, and, besides screaming children which is not the restaurants fault obviously, is probably the best fast food place in Florence. read more

The service at this location is extremely slow. I ordered a med waffle fry at 7:24 pm for take out. It took over 10 minutes to get. At the time there was only 1 other customer in line. I will probably never visit this location again. read more

I always feel so weird reviewing a fast food chain.. But I felt this place needed one from me. My husband and I have always just passed chick fil a without trying it.. We finally decided to stop into this location the other day, it being our first time we had to stare at the menu for some time.. Once we finally finished ordering the cashier (manager it turns out) asked if we had ever been there before, we said no.. He then told us that the whole meal was on the house! We were pleasantly surprised and happy about that... Now onto the food, the waffle fries are delicious and not to salty which most places over salt these days. The chicken is real and delicious! I had the chicken tenders and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich, love that they have grilled healthier options always a plus.. This location (not sure if they all do) has a play area! SCORE for those of us with toddlers! My son isn't a fan of the food sadly (kids) but he loves the play area!! Which means we can eat in peace.. It's for ages 3+. We recently returned for our second visit and the cashier was very friendly with interacting with all the kids including mine, and was super friendly like the rest of the staff! It was busy but you couldn't even tell with how friendly the staff was and how quickly the food came out. read more

Who doesn't like their food ? It's awesome. Service is great at dine In. My only complaint is that three times now after going through the drive thru my order was wrong. I order a spicy chicken deluxe when I get home it's just a normal chicken sandwich. Happened three times out of like 10 visits so it was nothing to throw a fit about. I also value the corporations morals and Christian values. read more

How Great it is to get the food you like the service that is the best. Very short wait time even at lunch. The call you to get your food by name not just a number. Good friendly staff who makes you feel welocmed and want to serve you. I also like it when I see the manager sitting at the table reading his bible not what the bottom line is at the register. Because the word of God is the bottom line because I read the back of the book and we win! read more

Folks, I respect their principles and commitment to morality, but as a restaurant it just isn't that good. The food is average and overpriced. The staff, while courteous, are not very knowledgable about the menu and struggle speaking to customers. I don't understand why everyone thinks this is a superior restaurant. It is your average chicken joint that charges an extra 1.50-2.00 per meal. read more

Pros: - Generously sized chicken tenders. Two is a great meal with the sides. - Not too much batter! Just enough for a nice crispy coating that gives the seasoning something to hang onto. - A very cayenne-forward seasoning blend, and you could tell the cayenne was fresh. Remember your first taste of cacio e pepe and thinking, "Oh, THAT's what black pepper tastes like"? This is that but for cayenne. - A pretty good chocolate shake. I usually prefer it when shakes are made to order, and this one was dispensed right out of the machine while we paid, but it was a solid purchase and I didn't regret having it. Good chocolate flavor and thick texture. - Probably THE BEST crinkle cut fries on the planet. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, well-seasoned. I'd pit them against Shake Shack, Culver's or any other contenders on any day of the week. It's a crinkle fry worth eating. - A very good fry sauce. Now, the cons: Really, I just didn't care for the chicken seasoning. The medium tender was mild enough to be boring, mostly tasting of paprika with a La Croix amount of heat. The hot tender, while far more enjoyable and spicy, lacked the depth of flavor that I expect from a Nashville-style hot chicken. It had the heat, but not a lot to back it up. I have heard that Dave's can be inconsistent, and that the heat levels can be blah one day and melt your face off the next. So, I'd give it another go to see if it was just the seasoning blend that particular day or something. Or... maybe I'll just order fries.

The cod was an off color best described as gray and was irregularly shaped ( looked more like perch). The fish was more breading and a bit greasy, definitely a fishy taste. The zucchini sticks were breading and mush ) very watery. The chicken was moist however the breading sloughed off when cutting and it had an off taste. The only things edible without comment were the fries and coleslaw. My wife and I both only consumed small bites of the food and decided it was not worth risking... should have followed our instincts and went elsewhere immediately. The menu is too extensive to be able to provide quality entrees. We stopped on the way home and picked up a pizza for lunch. Very disappointed, Mike's will not be on our list in the future.

But the workers were on it. They know what they are doing at this location. Normally, spouse and I order the box. Has four tenders, slaw, fries and Texas toast. We always order and extra slice each. We also order an extra serving cup of sauce since you can never get enough. Yesterday... We did the Caniac Combo meal. Six tenders, slaw, fries and Texas toast. Extra toast. Then things got out of hand. We ordered a cup (yes, a cup) of Cane's Sauce. $5. Worth it. No regrets. Even tho the place was packed, the service was quick. While the restaurant wasn't necessarily noisy, one dip of a chicken tender in the cup of sauce and every sound melted away. Just two people with their Caniac meals and a cup of Heaven. The chicken was piping hot, as were the fries, the slaw is always great... but we added some Cane's Sauce to it and took it to another level. The tenders were large as were the portions of fries. Spouse couldn't finish the fries. They didn't skimp at all. We walked out with stomachs full. And plenty of Cane's Sauce left to enjoy at home. Definitely recommend.
