Chick Fil A is my favorite fast food joint. The employees are super friendly and courteous plus they work hard so the line always moves fast. I love their Chinese Salad. I love their breakfast sandwiches, but the last two times I have gone through the drive thru on my way to work, I have ordered unsweetened tea with lemon. Both times, it was Ashley, who took my order and confirmed what type of tea I wanted. Both times I get to work, I have sweet tea with no lemon. Both times, there was one car in front of me that was already waiting for their food and there was nobody behind me so it wasn't like they were slammed in the drive thru. Superstar service. Some of the best customer service out there. Normally I wouldn't write about a multi-state chain or a basic fast food place but the service alone is worth writing about. This is definitely a family place and a place that has company values. It completely shows. Definitely a refreshing to be in an establishment where the company values seem to be displayed genuinely and from bottom to top. Everytime I have been in here, everyone is super-friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful. The one time the bf and I did not take our food to-go we happened to sit next to a table of elementary school-age girls who were sitting at a table different from their parents (it appeared that their parents were at the next table). An employee was going around checking on everyone making sure everyone was okay, making sure everyone's enjoying themselves. Now this lady assumed that the girls next to us were "our girls" and asked us if they needed anything and if we'd like her to get them more napkins, drinks, dipping sauces, etc. Whoa!!! We politely said "no" to the offer since those weren't our kids but wow, if they were, that is SUPER DUPER helpful!!! I can only imagine what it is like to have children but I can tell that if I did, an offer of help like that at any dining establishment must be such a huge lifesaver. Anyways, any place that is willing to offer that kind of assistance without be asked to in the first place is definitely in a league of its own in customer service. The food is also really good. As many others have remarked, CFA is to chicken what In-N-Out is to beef. The quality and taste are elevated. I have quickly become a big fan of the nuggets, spicy crispy chicken sandwich and the lemon meringue pie. Visit CFA if you're in the mood for a basic chicken sandwich and don't want to go to a scary and impersonal place like KFC. One last tip, the company is fairly religious so CFA is closed on Sundays so keep that in mind if its Sunday and you're looking for some chicken! read more

This was my first time eating at a Chick-Fil-A. I didn't even check Yelp reviews before coming to this place, but I'm not surprised that it has 4.5 stars. I got the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich. Only 3.5g of fat. Pretty healthy and delicious! You know how Carl's Jr sandwiches look great on TV but when you get them, they're a mess (flattened and sloppily put together). Not at this place! I went through the drive-thru and the employee was pretty pleasant as well. Before handing me my order she actually looked into the bag to make sure everything was okay (it wasn't, wrong salad dressing and she caught that) before handing it to me. Awesome. Its such a pleasure to go through the drive thru at this location. You get the friendliest greeting and you can tell the person behind the big food sign is smiling as she takes your order. When you pull up to the window, you get the same consistent great service. This shows that you can be fast and friendly. Recently this location made a mistake with charging me for an order and fixed it right away in seconds. The food is hot and tastes great. Impressed with the level of quality and service at this specific location. Came in today at the noon lunch rush with a line of about eight people ahead of me but the line was moving quickly. The manager, Jeffrey Foster was behind the counter and opened up another cash register and personally took my order. I had a coupon for a free frosted lemonade and he went over and made it himself on the spot. Other locations will wait till after you get your food (negligible difference but nice to have a frosted drink to sip on while I wait for my food!). Anyway, my sandwich came out really well made (I should've taken a photo because it was photo worthy haha). The manager, Jeffrey came around, remembered my name, and asked me how everything was. That alone is a good enough indicator of a good worker. He continued to each table to ask how their meal was and was also courteous and asked questions and made everyone feel good about their lunch experience. Pretty nice service all around! read more

GREAT FOOD! Made healthier than other food (not deep fried, and also have healthy options). They are always VERY friendly! We receive great coupons, and often, which is a plus. I have 0 complaints about this place. I would love to be able to go my own refil, but that's their style, and I don't complain about it becuase they always refil with a smile, they even come to your table to see if you want refils, so it isn't bothersome. It seems there is a lack of training or QA in back, For one in store visit and two separate paying orders of the chargrilled chicken club, two of the 3 sandwiches had the bacon left off, The receipt and box ticket showed no deviations from the standard sandwich, so the order was properly recorded. Came here during my lunch hour at 12:30 expecting a long line and a long wait. Went inside and ordered my spicy chicken meal. The cashier was nice enough, took my money and started to fill up my lemonade. Before he turned around, another person brought me my food! I wanted to give this chic fil a 5 stars but I think I am having the same experience as another guest with a employee that works the morning drive thru. I work down the street and often get breakfast at least once a week around 635. Every time she takes my order it's very blunt and cold and then when I get to the window it's the same experience. She rushes you so fast I politely asked for sauce because she'll never ask you only to still find none when I got to my work. I believe she's the shift manager (looks like she has the keys) but has the worst attitude. The other gentleman usually working - African American, wish I knew his name is awesome, always polite and positive every time I roll up. Maybe she just not a morning person and should change shifts. Without any doubts this establishment embodies what customer service means. If there must be an undisputed king- this is it. While I may not always dine on chicken sandwiches as my go-to; for years this location has been an impressive bastion of consistency both in accuracy and presentation and I have a lot of respect for that. The location is very clean and the staff are always friendly. And I don't mean friendly in the "I'm supposed to talk like this or I lose my job" way- they're often just very nice people. Even when the drive thru line is long and stress must be high, I'm always greeted the same as if I were the only person in the store. So when I do want a chicken biscuit or Cool Wrap (at an attempt to be healthy) I have no qualms about hitting up Chick-fil-A. Good job guys. read more

I didn't know what to do for lunch today, so I was going to drive around until something caught my eye. I noticed that a had a card in my car for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich in the car, so that made it easy. I got one of their original chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and a drink. Added some of their buffalo sauce and ranch to the sandwich...so simple, yet so tasty! It was so nice out today so I ate it outside. I sat right near the drive thru speaker. I can't tell u how many times I heard, "Its a great day @ Chick-fil-A. How may I serve you?". I have to hand it to them, they really do have superb customer service. One of their associates got the door for me both on the way in and out. I could clearly HEAR the smile on the drive thru girl's voice. That's just how they do it. Chick-fil-A is known for good food and outstanding service. We have eaten at many Chick-fil-As, but are very disappointed with the Foothills store. It does not live up to the Chick-fil-A reputation. We placed an order on the app and when we picked up the order and got home, our four fries were missing. Not a problem, mistakes happen. When we reported this during our next visit, the manage did not believe us and she would not credit our new order for the missing fries. She was not sympatric and it really appeared that we were just an inconvenience and she didn't want to deal with us. This was all about $10 in fries. If they had been understanding, but for whatever reason could not credit us, that would be fine. But to have someone imply that you are lying and trying to cheat them, is not acceptable. I would expect this service at a McDonald's or Taco Bell, but not at a Chick-fil-A. Since then we have eaten at many Chick-fil-As but will not visit this store again. I did call the hot line to report my issue and the gentleman was very understanding and even looked up the order that had the four missing fries. It's about time there was a Chick-Fil-A close to my house (sort of.) Seriously the best way to describe CFA is that it's pretty much In-N-Out but with fried chicken although they have a ton of items on the menu, none of which actually matter aside from the chicken and are the culinary equivalent of the nerdy kid who gets picked last for kickball and only because the teacher made you include him. Grilled or fried this is seriously the only place that has a worthwhile fast-food chicken sandwich. Top that mother off with one of the 359 sauces they have and a bona fide sweet tea and you're in crispy, delicious, artery-clogging heaven. The only downside is that they're closed on Sundays due to little baby Jesus. WWJD? I'll tell you what he'd do, make sure ChickFilA is open 24/7 so I wouldn't have to endure Denny's or Albertacos at 3 AM after drinking enough Jameson to make me honorarily Irish.
