Love the food! The friendly, courteous and caring staff is even better! About a month ago I witnessed the manager training a staff member how to properly service the patrons in the dining room. The manager obviously did a perfect job in hiring the right person for the job. A month later the same hostess refilled our beverages three times, cleared and cleaned our table in a timely manner. Then my 5 year old daughter fell in the play area, came out crying and ran to my table. The hostess noticed this and immediately made her a soft serve ice cream, and presented it to her. This changed her pain into big smiles! Hopefully Chick Fil A reads this and commends the manager for continually having a fantastic staff, but even more the hostess Tiffany needs to be, "EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH"!!! read more

Wow. I am amazed. So amazed I opened this yelp account so I could share my review of this Chick-Fil-A. Right after my daughters dance class I decided to treat her to a dinner at Chick-Fil-A. My daughter loved her kids meal and my salad was excellent. But above all was the customer service. I had a coupon for a free ice cream. But upon my cashier, Trey E, ringing me up he informed me that my coupon had expired. To my surprise though he gave us a large cone for free. I realize it's just ice cream but this store is always so kind and always greeting with a warm welcome.Wonderful experience. One time, I made the horrible mistake of going to another Chick Fil A on the way home. Yea the food was the same (amazing) but there was one thing missing....service. They just weren't as nice as the folks at this location are. This particular location is !@#$%^($*% amazing. Not only are they consistent with their quality, but their service is awesome!! My go-to for fast food - great products, great prices, and consistently friendly staff! If there is ever even a slight mistake with my order, the management provides me with coupons or discounts, without hesitation. My only issue is that they are not open on Sundays, my usual "craving bad food" day. Otherwise, gotta love this place! read more

Great food. Came by for some fresh squeezed lemonade but they were out. They gave me diet instead. It was splendid. I asked if they used smaller lemons but he informed me that they use Splenda instead of sugar. Very disappointed with this place. I ordered a frosted coffee with fries and ended up waiting over half an hour! The place was a bit crowded so I understood how busy it can get. But waiting for coffee and fries for half an hour...seriously?! Everyone got their orders and had already left while I stood there waiting. I finally asked an employee and she told me the "shake takes a long time". I didn't even order a shake! And don't shakes take the least amount of time?! I love Chick-fil-a but I don't particularly love coming to this location. The food itself is almost always delicious, but the customer service definitely needs some work. I've ordered with their app multiple times, and I know that when you arrive you have to stand in the "mobile order" spot right by the registers. So I stood there for almost ten minutes, I saw other clients standing nearby waiting for their mobile orders as well, different employees who were running the floor walked passed us multiple times without saying anything. After 10 minutes of waiting one of the employees who was behind the counter had noticed that I had been waiting for a while and asks me "do you need help with something?" And I replied that I was waiting for my mobile order. She then tells me "let me show you where our new mobile order pickup is located" Which is now located on some shelves right before you enter the bathrooms (with absolutely no signs in sight of it being a mobile order pickup) I was so confused, they had their mobile order pickup signs in the wrong place, I stood there for 10 mins and not one person who walked by us asked if we were waiting for mobile pickup to inform us of the new location pickup??? read more

Service with a smile is the one thing that I feel lacks in most places. BUT not here. Chick-fil-A is always happy to serve you, I have never see anyone in a bad mood regardless of whats going on in their personal life. Sometimes we NEED a smile more than you think. While in the line at the drive thru, it took a little longer than usual, I was not complaining it happens but to my surprise I was handed an envelope with a coupon inside for a free sandwich. On the outside of the orange envelope the young man wrote "We apologize for your wait today Hopefully this makes your day a little more REMARKABLE! CFA Foothill Ranch." This day was a very difficult one for me, my son had passed away unexpectedly in May and I was going to his graveside to visit and have lunch there. YES this made a hard day a much easier one for me. I enjoyed my sandwich a lot more and I know my son would of loved to know that this young man at Chick-fil-A made it easier for me that day. His kindness will always be remembered. I am giving this review two stars just because it's chick-fil-a and their sandwiches never disappoint. However i am very upset and disappointed at the service we received tonight at this location. Our group arrived at 9:15pm we were greeted but could tell they were NOT happy that we arrived. All of our orders were marked as carry out even though we said we were dining in, they were given to us in bags, was this a Hint for us to leave? I found that very rude. You could just tell it was NOT a "pleasure" for them to serve us as it was close to closing time. We still had 45 min to get our order and eat. At a few minutes before 10:00 an employee came around telling everyone they were closed and in other words we needed to leave. If you don't want people dining in that late maybe you should only keep your drive through open or specify that you will only take carry out orders after a certain time. I'm not sure if I will be returning to this chick-fil-a. read more

Did you know there is a hidden item on Chick Fil A's menu? It's called GRACE (unmerited favor)! After pulling into the drive thru and placing my order, I realized I had left my wallet at work. As I attempted to back up my car, the woman taking my order immediately said not to worry and that my meal was paid for. out of the multiple times that i've gone to this location, only twice did they miss out on saying "my pleasure" when i say thank you. otherwise, food's always piping hot, and the staff are always smiling! whenever they ask for the sauces that i'd like, i always forget that plain ol' ketchup isn't one of the choices on their graphic, and i always forget to ask for some! they should put that as one of the choices on the graphic so that people like me don't forget. read more

The best chicken tenders! I placed an order for 2 trays of chicken tenders the day before a party where I was making chicken-n-waffle sliders. Not only were they ready on time for pick up the next day, the were packaged in oven safe foil pans with the cooking (reheating) directions clearly placed on top. We were immediately greeted by an employee named Joey who was so kind and patient. He was friendly and took the time to ask his manager a question we had. When we received the order everything was great but one of the items was wrong, which was not a problem because another employee named Kelvin was incredibly helpful! He listened to my question and was not hesitant in placing my original order. I got my order fast and it was all great!!! Phenomenally great service, it's astounding. The people are so genuinely nice, and they all speak English well. One is actually a compliment I wish I can put zero!!! The people there are sweet but the service is terrible. Go here if you want to give away money!!! I went there on 6/16 and they forgot my chicken strips for my mother in law and when I called they said that they would replace it by sending vouchers to replace it, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!! So I went in today to order some food and remembered that they never replaced the food I paid for. They were nice and replaced my food but guess what??? They forgot my daughters ice cream after I asked them to make sure everything was there. I called them back and they offered me the same thing which I told them not to do because I probably won't get it so she wanted to see if she could credit to the app, let's see if that actually happens.
