My family and I come here at least twice a month. It is always fast and the wait staff is always friendly. There is a play place for the kids to run and scream. It is pretty close to Fort Carson's Gate 20, so lunch time seems to be busy, especially the drive through, however it doesn't affect the speed of service. I use to like Chick-fil-a and I will give them two stars based ONLY on the fact they hire nice kids and have great customer service. They won't be getting three more stars because My daughter and myself got food poisoning from them when I went this past Friday. Food poisoning isn't something to mess around with and especially when they work with chicken, it is very easy to have issues with cross contamination. Getting food poisoning makes it where we will never go back to this place again. I don't like to gamble with mine and my child's health. read more

This restaurant is definitely not up to par with chick-fil-a standards. For a brand new store it is not very clean, the play area was very dirty at least on the floor. The last time I was there I ordered a 12 piece nugget and they gave me 9. I know it is strange, but I always count my nuggets no matter where I go and I have never had this happen anywhere else ever before. I have to say, so far this new chick-fil-a location has been a disappointment and it doesn't help that the staff is not nearly as professional and pleasant as the store on Powers. Did I mention a bunch of my fries were burnt? Edit: They did make it right, and the manager(Colton) was very nice, but it was a hassle to have to drive all the way back to the restaurant. Edit: I want to give credit that their food has gotten better, but every time I have let my son play in their play area, he has gotten sick. We don't get out much, so in every instance it was the only place he could have been exposed. I don't think this is a coincidence. Yuck! We will use the drive- thru from now on. read more

I have never had an issue with this location. They are always friendly and chipper in the morning and no matter how busy, they remain calm and collected as they work through the rush. I have never had bad food from here either. Food has always been amazing, but hey, it IS Chick fil A! :) read more

The food is always good. I've never had Chic Fil A good not be good. It's not nearly as clean as other CFAs though. This one is fill of kids. So I suppose that might be the reason. It's a heavy military friendly town and they refuse to do military discount. They say they have military appreciation days. What about the deployed soldiers or those in the fields not always able to enjoy your "appreciation days." Some of the staff could work on their people skills. It's say it's half and half. read more

Today, Tuesday May 28th I went to this Chick Fil A for a quick lunch. It was a little after 12 so definitely in the middle of a big lunch rush. After my order was taken I paid part of my bill with a Chick Fil A gift card and the remainder with my credit card. However the crew that were taking curb side orders did not have a car reader so they told me to pay the rest at the window. When I got up there the crew at the window could not find my order on the screen. By the time they found it they told me not to worry about it, that it would take too long to correct the technical error. They sent me on my way saying that my lunch was on them today. I was so greatful. I insisted on paying but they said it was really okay. It never ceases to amaze me the gracious hospitality the Chick Fil A corporation has. read more

Have been here several times since they first opened. Drive thru only...they have definitely come a long way! Their staff is more confident and the food is what you would expect from a chic fil a. Went during the lunch rush today and their was a significant line, was in and out in no time and the order was correct. Everyone who works at this location has the best attitude! They address me by name, always smile and the food is always great. I love driving by on Sundays knowing that the people who work here are with their families rather than working. I am also impressed by how fast they are. A location that close to an Army base it can get crazy at lunch time so it is amazing how quick you can get through the line! read more

Ordered my food at 1105 and didn't get it until 1127 after 6 or more people that came after me got they're food before me. This is the 2nd time it's happen to me!!! Ordered delivery which I do three times a week because well it's easy and my kid loves it! Never had a problem until yesterday. The issue wasn't even that they forgot part of the meal. When I called to let them know the lady the team member that answered the phone was extremely unapologetic and disrespectful. I've never been so talked down to. I have always noticed that this specific Chick-fil-A did not meet the standards of any other I've ever been to but it's the closest to our home. I'll just drive the 30 minutes to the one that's cares about their customers. This Chick-fil-A in fountain doesn't even say my pleasure. Maybe it's not a corporate location-- not sure. Either way can't believe how rude they were yesterday after they forgot part of the the meal. Did not apologize once just said they had to call delivery driver and call me back. After 15 minutes and not receiving a call I called them and I asked why I hadn't heard back and she said she had to "review tape" as if I was lying about missing a chicken sandwich after ordering 45 dollars worth of food. So happy to have this restaurant in town. I don't anticipate it never being busy, but the good news is the service is always quicker than anticipated! I love that the workers are always friendly and respectful. My family doesn't eat fast food often and I wouldn't choose this as a family lunch/dinner simply because it would cost too much for six of us to eat! Went (again) through the drive thru today; was greeted promptly, order taken, was read back for accuracy, arrived at the window, order was accurate, food as expected! Had our daughter's birthday party here with about 10 of her friends. It was awesome and the price for everything was totally reasonable. We got a personal attendant who set up and cleaned up everything. The cow made an appearance. So awesome. My daughter and her friends loved it.
