This location in the Kingfisher shopping ctr North Frederick past Walmart on Rt-26 and monocacy blvd.. this place has some food that are awful to eat. The #7 grilled chicken sandwich had no flavor , the bacon did not taste right and the tomatoe was barely ripe. It look very bad with no taste , it was Not red like a good tomato should be, The bread was so awful that after two small bites I had to throw the whole sandwich in the trash. The ketchup packets taste old with a funny taste. The coffee that they have when available taste over cook and burnt It also too strong The soda taste water down. Be careful what you order at this location..... Never order the lettuce or house cause. they don't carry Mustard. I come to this Chic-fil-a quite often, it is actually one of the top CFA's in Maryland, the people there are very friendly, and the food is very fresh and delicious. Although it is a little pricey. They have recently renovated the building, and it is much bigger and spacious for any large groups. I would recommend this one. read more

So disappointed in this location. They gave my daughter the wrong order. Then when she returned to get it corrected. The mgr Anthony told her he could only replace the chicken because that was what they messed up on and he couldn't replace the cold fries. She told him that was ridiculous but he would not give her new fries. This is ridiculous that chic fila messed up and will not give her new fries. The single star is for the morning breakfast manager. The store gets 5-stars otherwise. I have eaten at Chick-fil-A since the mid 70's. I have eaten at this location many times and as with most all of them the service and food are great. I have had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This morning we decided to have breakfast for the first time at this location. We got in around 8am and it was not busy. We were in line and there was one cashier. The line was backing up behind us and the manager was not attempting to help and was not concerned the wait to order was getting longer. She (Alison?) the Auburn/Red head was behind the counter and looked over and still no concern. She was too busy with a clipboard rather than take care of waiting customers. So still only one cashier we finally get called by this manager to place our order. No "sorry for your wait, boo or nothing". Not even welcome to Chick-fil-A how can I help you. So we order, she then asks us to fill out the survey, I state "this would not be a good time for me to take a survey considering the poor attention to waiting customers". I took my coffee and left, my wife waited and got nothing but attitude from the manager. When our breakfast came the manager just dropped and I do mean dropped the tray off, with no words. We checked and the food was cold. I took it back to her and I got looks and attitude that could kill. I asked for the meal to be remade and you would have thought I asked for a million dollars. She came out and again with attitude dropped our food off. This experience was horrible and if it were not for the fact I have eaten here before and spoken with the owner I might not return. Although this was the quickest drive through I've ever experienced. This location is not safe for gluten intolerant or celiacs. I fell ill immediately, and I am intolerant. This Chick-fil-A is always so busy but they still manage to get you your food pretty fast. I usually go through the drive through and there is usually a person standing outside confirming orders and taking payments (I feel so bad for them in the winter). Even when it is super cold outside, they still manage to greet me with a smile everytime and it really makes my day. I went with my daughter to this chick-fil-a just last night. (February 29,2020) We walk in and get in line, the line moved quickly for it being around 9 pm and only 1 cashier but a good amount of customers, we get our food not only did it take 30 min for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries it was cold. But what i am most concerned about is at one point i see the owner Dwight Sones come out and is talking to what seemed to be a younger group of teens around 17 or 18 and he is completely being rude and harassing them or 1 i'm not sure, for who knows what... The customer service standard here is beyond awful. I've never encountered anyone who is happy to be there or happy to serve customers. I try to use new technology as it comes out. So I have the Chick-fil-A app. It is the one way to be sure that you will get your order in the most amount of time. Today, I sat and waited for 11 minutes after I got the indication that my order was ready and on its way out to me. I am thrilled there is another Chick-fil-a in town! This location brand new so everything is fresh and clean. There is a good variety of different seating options, including booths, tables and one tall table with stools. There's also a play place for kids under 54 inches. Service is fast and friendly, which I've always experienced at Chick-fil-a. Good to know that this location lives up to that. While my husband and I were eating breakfast, they brought us a free iced coffee. That was a pleasant surprise. There is also a free little library with books for kids!
