Yeah, yeah, yeah...they are known for their customer service but this location far exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen that waited on us was awesome. As a pescatarian I typically don't eat anything but sides and drinks at Chick-Fil-A. Well this morning, I was beyond starving. My favorite chick fil a location out of all that I have been to, my mom and I frequent this place ridiculously. I have moved from this area, but everytime I come back to visit I usually end up coming here. The customer service is always great! They keep the outside line moving at a great pace! This is a great place to eat...quality food and service. Today I ordered a chicken wrap and I am actually in the process of transitioning to vegetarian..but i back tracked and had a little chicken today but besides that ....the wrap says it has cabbage included which was literally 3 tiny peelings lol really though? And the lettuce took over the entire wrap that gave it an overly crunchy texture that taste weird. So I decided to add more veggies to my wrap to suit my taste buds. My suggestion to the Chick fil A is to replace the lettuce with spinach it has much better texture...it flows...trust me I know food! I like to think of myself as a natural born Foodie! The employees are friendly and polite. The food is the same good Chick-Fil-A chicken you get at other Chick-Fil-As. The reason I gave this particular restaurant in Central Park three stars is that they NEVER get my drive thru order correct. It's close to my house so I like to grab dinner sometimes. But every time I do, when I get home, the order is wrong. I have four kids so I usually have a big order. I don't want to dig through the bag, opening every container to make sure the order is right. I seriously don't know where they get these people... They are polite, respectful, and move with a purpose. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious! I would recommend trying the nuggets! They aren't like McDonald's and are ACTUALLY made of chicken. The sweet tea is to die for and I would suggest getting it without ice or a small amount. Maybe today is a bad luck day for me. I walk into chic fil a cause it wasn't busy. 2 people in line ahead of me. We order i have a seat with the goofy lil plastic table cone thing about 15 feet from the counter. The 2 people in front of me got their food and left. 4 maybe 5 more came in for food left or say down. After my face had turned in hulk smash face the cashier finally walked over and said "Gee what did you get again I would think your order should've came out." Well at this point I can't remember what I ordered either. We both check my receipt. 15 minutes earlier I had ordered one of the more complex menu items. The ol' number 1. Chic-fil-a biscuit meal. 17 minutes later he comes back with my food "geez I'm not sure how your order wasn't in the system somehow." ......... This particular location has a breakfast deal - free coffee with any sandwich purchase. Which would be great, but the coffee sucks. Oh well, its still Chick-fil-A, sandwiches are great, terrific shakes, and the customer service here is usually good, but sometimes a bit slow. I love Chick-Fil-A and I love their fries. But today, for lunch my fries were cold and un-salted. I was very disappointed.

As far as Chick-fil-a's go, it was ok. The children's area was closed when we arrived due to some safety issues with the equipment. The food and speed of delivery was good but they never checked on us after that. No refill offers or tray clearing. They were busy but that could have been done better. It was mostly clean but the lobby attendant should have been paying more attention to dirty tables. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement. read more

Good service! I got my food before my payment went through. I joked about the food being cooked. They said it was cooked. I got my food and ate it with my girlfriend. The staff checked on our table and everything was great. Everyone had a smile on their face, employees and customers. Most Chick-fil-A s tend to be like this. I had a bad experience in the drive thru at this location back in April of this year. They had screwed up my order royally and I didn't find out until I drove the 45 minutes back home :/ I filed a complaint and within 2 days I got a phone call from the manager as well as a card in the mail apologizing and stating that they would be happy to replace my order (all $28 worth) at any time, also included in the card was a coupon for a free #1 meal and a free 8 count nuggets. I went back to this location on Tuesday to redeem my coupons and get my order replaced. The young lady that helped me was so nice it would make you cry. She was as polite as can be and even offered me cookies or milkshakes in place of the brownies I had originally ordered (they stoppped selling the brownies). After she promptly rang me up, she even helped me carry the order out to my car! Does customer service get any better? Then I went back to this location yesterday morning after a Drs appointment next to Mary Washington Hospital. It was 10:34am when I arrived. I asked if it was breakfast still or were they now serving lunch. The young man asked what breakfast item I would like and after I told him he went into the back and had someone go ahead and make it for me!!
