Georgetown's Chick-fil -a is s good example of the brand. I would have given more stars but I have a bone to pick with the Gluten Free bun here. It was stale and I couldn't eat it. Went GF after a serious illness and with not many options around I have come to searching them out. Now I want to set this straight I used to think of people ordering gluten free as weird or just part of some latest trend. I apologize after nearly die'n and Dr's saying it may be years till I'm totally well and I better remain GF or become sicker I need a GF option every meal. I know the chicken fried is the bomb I used to eat This companies food all the time. We all know the lemonade is addictive I truly appreciate this company in so many ways but please the only gluten free bread item has got to be better. Every thing I expect from Chick-fil-a; friendly, clean, fast and tasty. My kids love these nuggets so we were excited to find this on a road trip. I have visited this locations on several occasions, always have fresh food services in a relatively fast manner, drive through is quick as well. Great Breakfast. I have a much better experience when in a hurry here then McDonalds, or Dairy Queen. read more

Nice and friendly staff. I love that they help sitting customers with refills, putting away the trash, and always checking if we need something which is great if you have kids and have your hands full. Don't come here based on order accuracy or customer service. Brent the owner does not take accountability for incorrect food. Instead of trying to rectify the situation he walked away and was dismissive. Had my fiancé came in I am sure he wouldn't have been as disrespectful. Another man approached me and said he's experienced the same thing at that store but after a long banter his food was remade. So, I'm assuming because I am a woman he felt like he could disregard what I was saying. The young lady taking orders and the one working the drive-thru window this a.m. around 10:20 were both quite short and unfriendly. You get used to the drive-thru personnel being chipper and helpful, finishing up the order with "My pleasure!" and it always makes you think, "that's so nice..." Didn't happen here. The girl working the window was flat and affected, very short. She actually shot a, "What did you say?!" to my husband when he told her we didn't (after she asked if we needed a drink carrier). He had to ask for ketchup twice and the girl jammed it at him. We went to drive away and my husband said, "Wow... never had that happen before at Chick-fil-A...". read more

Such a great place. Place is always spotless. Food is always piping hot. One great feature about this location has nothing to do with the food.
