Got it! Compared to other fast foods- Chick-Fil-A is better at faster services.... BUT THIS SPECIFIC CHICK-FIL-A by TARGET is the most disorganized, chaotic, rude, and horribly managed location I have ever experienced.... And No... it has not been a one time ordeal that has made me want to YELP this... this is a course of over 3 months since coming to the location. Pros: 1) It's Chick-fil-A 2) The staff is great and i believe they do the best with they can with how busy they get Cons: 1) Drive thru lanes are chaotic, mostly do to the location. However Why have one lane designated for mobile orders and one for drive thru orders if you're just going to back up the mobile order lane with people trying to skip the long drive thru lane? The longest of lines at this location goes by very quickly. My order is always correct, and they never forget my hot sauce . I go here on Saturdays with my dog to grab a couple biscuits and a coffee before the farmers market. There's two lines for the drive thru. Unbelievable! This location is garbage! Just read the reviews on both Yelp and Google, and yet they do not care! I waited from Friday until today, Monday, to speak with someone over the phone about my orders being wrong every time since I moved here 11 days ago. We go daily because my child is autistic, and as y'all know, most kids with autism stick to the same foods. Not once in the ELEVEN visits had I complained, but this time they really screwed the whole order up!! So I tried calling and calling and calling--no answer! Today, 3 days later, a machine finally answered, and they figured out a way to not deal with their consumers over the phone. On top of THEM getting your order wrong, you're forced to go out of your way to have them rectify it. They won't even talk to you! You're now forced to drive all the way back to speak with someone about how they messed up. This is your time--gas, money, and the wrong food! This prevents them from having to give you a "free" meal next time for your inconvenience and therefore saves this location thousands upon thousands of dollars. I have a family member who owns a Las Vegas location. And no one should blame all chicka-a-filets for the behavior of one location. I'm leaving this review in hopes that they see it and understand that without their consumers, they're nothing. My order had hair in it. So gross!! In the fries!! And twice, they've given me a cookie instead of the brownie I paid for. I have proof (I made a video) of unfresh food, hair, and cookies, and yet no one will speak with me. I must go in. First time visiting the recently renovated Georgetown Chick-fil-a, there were two people in line (one being us) and about 30 people behind the counter with one person working the cash register. Finally, someone realized we were waiting to order, however acted put out to pause what they were doing to take our order. We ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and got a regular chicken deluxe sandwich. No worries, we brought it back and explained we ordered a spicy chicken deluxe not regular. To their credit they were happy to replace it however when we got home it was yet another regular chicken deluxe sandwich. We don't always go to Chick-fil-a however, we were genuinely looking forward to a spicy sandwich (our favorite) and after two tries we still did not get what we came for. Womp. read more

Came here to get food for my family in the drive thru as that's the only option. My six year old son explains he needs to use the restroom very badly. My husband attempts to take him inside. He was REFUSED. They explained we could use the nearby Target. My son couldn't make it. He had to urinate in the parking lot in some grass near other shoppers and cars. This store was closed for months to renovate and when it opens it even worse. 30 min lines going out to the street for the drive thru and they always screw up the order. This is the most unorganized, unorganized, professional,nasty Chick-fil-a I've ever visited. There were several employees working the food but one person taking orders. The drive-through line was long, and the line nside was long as well. The employees were talking over each other, not paying attention and getting orders wrong. I observed one young man who wore a straw hat was using his bare hands to grab the fries. Then he would rub his face. NASTY!!!! I asked Sam, the cashier to ask the young man to use a napkin to grab my fries. The employee put on a glove but kept getting fries with the other hand with no glove. I would be interested to know how many cars get dinged up here. I had a car bump into my BMW once. The parking lot is so sequestered. You actually have to park a good distance away if you want to eat in. Someone messed up when it came to finding a location for this place (City Council?) The damage is done now I suppose, for future reference - wake up, this is a Chic-fil-A, you are going to need a much larger plot of land. It's truly ridiculous with the cones everywhere just to guide people into the drive-thru, you'd think you are in Drivers Ed again coming up to all those cones. I asked for no tomatoes on my salad and was told "sorry we can not do that for you"... I asked the guy taking my order if someone had an allergy to tomatoes if they would remove them and he said, "unfortunately No I would tell them the same thing" seriously every other location I've ever been to has accommodated this request. Very disappointed to write this but something has changed with the Gtown Chickfila service. Ordered delivery thru the Chickfila App (so that Chickfila would be responsible for the order.) The order shows up incomplete -- I call the store and speak to 'Denise the Manager' who advises me that Chickfila is not responsible and to call doordash. However, I am more than welcome to come to the store to get the food or a refund -- defeating the entire point of delivery. The Chickfila Corporate service line was no help -- there was a time when they would make things right but that time seems to have passed. read more

As a previous employee of another Chick-fil-a, this location is an absolute train wreck. Ryan Southers, the operator of this location, seriously has his work cut out for him. When you order, it seems like you have about a 1/10 chance of your order being correct. If you enjoy sauces with your meal, you can forget about it here. If you go through the drive through, you're probably not getting them. If you enjoy kind service, this isn't the place. People in other reviews complain about the "teenagers" being rude, but through my experience at this location, it is almost everyone. If you have a child and would like for them to play on the playground, do not bother. The playground looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. From food, to hand prints, to spills, you name it. It is DISGUSTING. From the overwhelming amount of bad reviews this location has, it seems Mr.Southers and his team have no intention on making this location better any time soon. read more

The teenagers at this particular location were very rude. I made my order very clear and then come to find out when I got home none of the sauces that I ordered with my wife and I's meal were in the bag. I had to go all the way back to this location to get them, and when I got there it took a solid 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged due to a group of teenagers simply just talking and playing around by the drive thru. When I was finally acknowledged I asked for my sauces and asked for a refund due to the fact that I had to drive all the way back for something that should've been right the first time. I got told that they were unable to do that due to the fact that I had already made it home and "could be making a fuss for no reason". For some reason, google won't allow reviews for this location so I'm leaving it here... This is, by far, the SLOWEST CFA I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They do not have a way to get out of the line if you've been waiting for 17 minutes and realize you're now running late for work. The entire reason I even go to chick fil a in the mornings is because I can trust that they will be quick. Not this one. In Atlanta, no matter where I was, I could get in and out of a CFA drive through in under 5 minutes. This location needs to step its game up and provide the level of service that we've come to know and expect from this franchise. I remember when this used to be the easiest fast food place to go to get quality made fast food and never having to worry about checking my order before i left. Easily the worst Chick-fl-A ever! The food is fine, because I mean it's Chick-fil-A, but the service is absolutely terrible. They move at McDonald's pace. They will have 5 people working 1 lane, then 1 person working the other. Most of the staff I have encountered are rude, it's like I am inconveniencing them by coming to their restaurant.
