Everything was just as good as I remembered, and the best part is that there's a drive-thru here! I went with medium since it's been a minute. The chicken is spicy, but I could have leveled up for sure. I'll be back to move up to hot and extra hot again soon! I like both fries and the slaw, so I added some slaw to the meal. I don't know if it's the best hot chicken out there, but it brings back so many memories for me that it's definitely top tier in my mind!

The app n had a disco ball!) This restaurant stays clean and consistent. And thank goodness they use Styrofoam containers. Everything is perfectly hot and delicious when you get home.... Even after traffic!

Six of the shrimp were fresh, hot, and crispy and seemed very fresh, while the other 6 shrimp were old...and I mean old enough to probably throw out. Solid effort. I'd have no problem returning.

Bush's service was unique before the pandemic. You drive up to a two lane ordering area under an awning. There is a wooden board on the wall attached to the restaurant with the menu painted on it. A server is there to take your order. Every time I've been there they read back the order then asked me to pull forward to where there was an exit from the restaurant. The server runs back inside and minutes later returns to your new parking spot with the food. They review the order before giving it to you. It is fast, efficient and wonderfully retro. The chicken is delicious, although very occasionally I've had a piece that may have been under the heat lamp a bit too long. And Their sides, especially the mashed potatoes and green beans are my favorites, are delicious. Their packaging keeps everything hot until you're home and scarfing it down. And their menu includes gizzards, livers and Blue Bell ice cream. Don't let the old school look fool you. The food is old school good but the service keeps up with something surprisingly similar but far more high tech, Chick-Fil-A. Good stuff!! ....Wait. Could the DRIVE-IN be the egg?? Dammit, philosophyyyyy!

We immediately knew this was not going to be the same experience we were use to. The floors were dirty, there wasn't a clean table and the cashier had NO business front facing customers. She barely looked at us, spoke so quietly we had to ask her to repeat what she said, and got one of the two orders wrong.. Then one of the sporks broke and we asked for another and she all but threw it across the counter. For management, our ticket #266 @5:32pm on May 23rd. I gave two stars because the meal was hot and chicken tasted good.

Meanwhile, the cooks had already finished my order and placed it on the rack, but one of the Hispanic girls at the counter was too busy chatting with a coworker to hand it over. When I asked for some ranch, she responded with an attitude, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable. I honestly wouldn't recommend this location to anyone - the service felt dismissive, and I even sensed a hint of discrimination.
