I have also gotten their chicken tenders. In my opinion, both tells food taste and availability is hit or miss. The first time I came in I ordered the livers and gizzards. They were good, what you would expect from a joint selling food inside a gas station with food sitting under heat lamps, but was definitely willing to come back and get them again. The second time we ordered a large order (about 50) of the chicken tenders for a party. They were hot to the touch and perfect to bring back for others to eat. One downside is that they do not offer free dipping sauce. This has to change! They have about 10 different sauces they charge 25¢ each, just outrageous in my opinion. On my next visit, I went for more livers and gizzards. Unfortunately, they didn't not have any. They told me to call ahead next time to ensure they had some...this confused me, but offers some convenience I guess. However, there is no phone number for this place that I could find. I came back a final time for the same order not too long ago and I could tell the food had been sitting out for awhile. It was not hot and the quality had declined. Safe to say there are plenty of other options around the area to choose from other than this place. It is great for a quick pickup meal. Other than that, I'll be staying away.

But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good.
