Thank God there isn't one of these near my house, else I'd be there everyday. There are Chick-fil-A franchises all over the south - maybe other places too, but this is the one I seem to frequent. I've NEVER had a bad experience once. They've got their business model fined-tuned like a well-oiled machine. There must be something illegal in that fired chicken to make it taste so damned good. I usually just stick to the #1 combo - original fried sandwich plus fries, but the grilled ckn wrap is tasty, and the chicken dippers are great too. Do not miss the LEMONADE!! I consider myself a bit of a lemonade connoisseur and this place has the BEST I've ever tasted in my life! I also love how the company offer college incentinves and hires retirees as greeters. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here with no pickles and they gave me my order completely wrong . My dasher was great but I received a regular sandwich... with pickles included. They couldn't have gotten my order any more wrong. Really upset to be paying almost $20 for something I did not want . I called to let them know and no one answered the phone . read more

Hands down the best Chick Fil A franchise I've visited. When the owner, Randy Akins, is there he always greets me with a smile, as well as his employees. Ben & Richard are the best at customer service, and I'm a 20 yr veteran. Food is almost always perfect for a fast food high volume establishment, I'll say 99.5 % perfect. Love how clean this place is, the staff go over and beyond anywhere else. Keep making those amazing salads consistently and you'll be seeing me 3-5 times a week as you have. This location ALWAYS forgets to give me my full order. They've forgotten a milkshake once and fries many many times. And I don't even go there that much!!! The only thing they offer to make up for THEIR mistake is for ME to drive back to get the item they should have given me in the first place. Half the crew don't seem like they care at all. Sitting here on Day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas promotion. The staff is hustling, busy, and yet still friendly, patient, and delivering outstanding effort in what could be more than chaotic. After all, the drive thru is past the parking lot entrance, the door to the store is open from the long lines, but, they are delivering an exceptional experience in spite of the stressful situation. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by a person with a tablet ready to take my order (super fast) and as soon as a pulled around the people in front of me in line had come and gone and another person was outside ready to hand me my order. I have been a huge fan of chick fil a my whole life. My grandfather used to own two and I worked at one in high school. This chick fil a had the worst nuggets I have ever had. They were burnt and it's almost like they used a different batter. The nuggets were so salty I couldn't even finish them. This is VERY unusual for chick fil a. I was hungry for a chicken sandwich. It was lunch time and chick-til-a was crazy packed. I decided to brave the elements and give it a go. I went inside as my work vehicle wouldn't fit through the drive thru. I waited in line for about 5 minutes and finally placed my order. I took my place next to the others waiting for their meals. Within no time I got my order and was on my way. Very surprising given how busy they were. I guess they prepared well for the lunch rush! I had a traditional chicken sandwich and waffle fries with a lemonade. In all honesty I didn't know where to start with my meal. The sandwich was hot and fresh and delicious. The waffle fries are always a favorite of mine, places rarely carry them anymore but I know I can always count on the chicken people!! Then the lemonade.....the freshness!!! We are from Michigan and the Hermitage location was our first Chick-fil-A experience. We had the fried chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, chicken wrap and waffle fries. All of which were fresh and delicious! The chocolate shake is amazing...get one, you will not be disappointed! Randy Atkins provided stellar service that included sitting down with us to suggest things to do and see during our stay. Just stopped off here for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Staff came around asking if I wanted a refill of my coffee. I noticed they also were cleaning the counters constantly to make them sparkling clean. It seemed a lot of the staff were retired people and very happy to be there. I just found out they have a bunch of sauces and they didn't blink once when I asked for all of them to try them all out. 2 different employees came over to refill my sweet tea, which you never expect when you're at a fast food place.
