When I arrived, the eastbound right lane of 28th Street was backed up at least a couple of blocks with stopped cars waiting their turn to enter the drive thru. I'm not a drive thru person so I luckily found a parking space and saw a few empty tables inside. I ordered the usual chicken tenders and instead of fries, I tried dirty rice as a side item. The chicken was very lightly battered and very, very tasty. There are a variety of sauces you can order. I stuck with the basic honey mustard. It was good as well. Next time, the peach honey pepper will be my choice. As excellent as the chicken was, I was blown away by the biscuit that comes with the tenders. Light and fluffy, I'll take this over a bun or Texas toast any day. I wasn't real impressed by the dirty rice so will likely go with fries next time. You can order directly at the counter or use one of the terminals to the right of the counter. Even though there was some available seating, the restaurant was packed with people picking up carry out orders. It was definitely a well controlled chaos. My order was ready less than five minutes after ordering. As far as I know, Bojangles has been open less than a week. It looks like they hired and trained a good staff. I'm a sucker for breakfast chicken biscuits. I'm sure I will have one here quite soon! BONUS: it was pretty busy when I ate here and when I took my coat off, my wedding band must have come off as well. When I realized it was missing, I recounted where I had gone and called Bojangles asking them if by chance they found a ring. Sure enough, a staff member saw it in the floor and had it secured in the office. Very grateful for that.

The Bo sauce has a bit of more radish flavor and the Peach Honey Pepper sauce was sweet with a little kick. I really liked dipping my Bo Rounds in it. For those of you complaining that they don't have bone-in chicken, there's a Popeyes like 1/4 of a mile away. Get over it. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

We got 1 piece of pita to share and basically a tub of garlic. It was comical and disappointing. I'm not sure if this is normal or we needed to pay for more pita. We each had half of a pita to dip in a jug of garlic. Overall, the food seemed fresh and it tasted great. The dining area was very clean and the parking was simple. Our only complaint was the side not coming with more pita. After looking at the menu from our table, I realized they could have made ours both a combo, since we ordered drinks and one side, and we could get another side as well, but they never suggested that. You can make any of the entrees into a combo for an additional $5, which gets you a drink and a side. I went with the fattoush salad with dark meat chicken and feta, and Nate got the "sandweech" (wrap) combo with gyro meat. It was a bit tough to order as it was really loud in there with a lot of beeping/alarms going off and a lot of people talking all at once, so be aware if you are hard of hearing because I think that would be really difficult. However, the employees were all friendly and helpful with suggestions. I was asked some questions I didn't really know the answers to like if I wanted oil on my salad (after the dressing had been added)... so I just asked what the recommendation was. The food is prepared in front of you and everything seemed fresh. I was impressed by the size of the salad - we definitely could have split it. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well, and I loved the crunchy pita. Nate's gyro sandweech was also delicious, with plenty of sauce and tender meat. But the star of the show for me was the hummus and pita. This is the best hummus I've ever had in my entire life. It was SO creamy and flavorful. I could eat the entire container by myself. The pita was crispy and perfect to dip. They have some weekly specials that I'm interested in checking out (like Tuesdays when you can get two Dearborn sandwiches for only $10). You can order online ahead of time and they have a rewards program. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and more of that hummus!

The manager at this Arby location flatly refused to honor the national policy and so did the Arby's restaurant in Grandville, MI. I don't know what franchise agreement they have with Arby's but apparently it allows them to use the Arby name while not honoring their advertised specials. I wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. It won't happen again.
