We have time and again given this Chick-fil-a a chance. I was providing my order through the drive thru and the staff member still had his microphone on. He sounded fed up with taking orders but unfortunately left himself unmute where he was venting out his frustration of having to take my complicated order. My order was as follows: a Cobb salad with a grilled fillet and a large tea with a cup of ice. I received a call the following day from this location as I logged a complaint in the app. When they called the person was silent and I had to initiate the conversation as if the person calling was completely unaware of the complaint. The staff apologized which is appreciated but what I found odd was the strange silence after the apology. I had to ask if they needed anything else from me and there was an answer of no and silence. It was just a very odd way of going about delivering an apology, it was almost as if a bot caller was performing the call. Unfortunately the quality and quantity of food at this location is as previous reviews validate. At the price point Chick-fil-A charges for their food, their fries should be more than halfway full and not drenched in fryer oil. I really do hope this Chick-fil-A can improve their staff and food as both are found to be lacking in quality. read more

WTF happened to yalls management?! This chick fil a used to be really good! Then as i continue going there is a noticeable difference that they are slower than before. I ask for a cup of water and when. I did this before they gave me a medium, now when i ask they give me a small. Also when i order large fries the fries arent filled up like they used to be. Not filled to the top making me feel like i get my moneys worth out of it... I do notice there are different workers in there but i think the real issue is management: literally when i asked for a cup if water the guy asked if i ordered anything and didnt look too happy about giving me a free water. Forreal #stingy on the fries and water cup . I'm writing this review after this happening twice now that I have gone. I order through drive thru and I tell them mayo and ranch. The first trip they put fat free ranch which is not what I asked for, mind you Ive already left. Due to that first mistake the second time I emphasize that I want regular mayo and regular ranch.... Had a free coupon for a chicken sandwich... added a small waffle fry to complete my quick afternoon lunch. Always fast, friendly service at Chick-fila. Also, witnessed some great leadership development from a manager to three young future managers. I overheard her tell them that they are getting better equipped now with upper management than she received in her day. Nice to see leader developing future leaders. I've been to this Chickfila once. I had nuggets and fries and they were good, as always. I don't remember anything too notable about this location except that they were having some kind of kid's pajama party night. Several adults (with their children) were wearing pajamas and that was kind of weird. Otherwise, this was just a run-of-the-mill Chickfila. read more

Foods decent although not always hot.... The parking lot/drive thru design is not proper and a deadlock occurs where incoming traffic blocks outgoing and people get irritable. Its close to the office so would go once or twice a month... not worth it any more as you can feel the frustration of the other people. No one wants to give an inch, people even cheat during the merge of the two lines - all they do is slow things down more... Crankiness of the patrons in the parking lot is enough to ruin your appetite. read more

We are regulars at this location. The food is always fresh and delivered fast. Restrooms are super clean and the staff is always courteous. Recently downloaded the App and it is a time saver when you are in a hurry, plus you earn points that you can redeem for food! It's a win-win! read more

YUK! Just was eating here. The playscape was packed with kids. Some of them clearly too old and over the height limit. It was wild in there and kids were running in and out of the area and around the restaurant. Suddenly one of the kids came out and yelled "some kid took a PEE and POO in the tube"! A worker came with some paper towels and went in there with the Mexican nanny that was the "acting parent"... Then they came out and said they could not fit in the tube. Then the shift leader (or manager?) came and decided that it was "just water" and there was no cause for alarm. All this time there were still kids inside the playscape! I thought they should have told kids to leave the playscape and close it down for cleaning just in case , but I guess thats why I'm not a Chik-fil-a manager... This will by far be my last time here. I should have know to pull off when I had to repeat myself 3 times because the cashier couldn't get my order correct. Needless to say, I proceeded to pull to the drive thru window and for Chick Fil A, the wait was much longer than I'm accustomed. The cashier repeated my order to me, handed me my drink, and then my bag of food. I make a habit of checking my food before I pull off just so I won't have to either go in or circle around the drive thru. I noticed that I was missing an order of French fries so I told the cashier who was still at the window. My windows are not tinted and the only other person in the car was my 7 year old daughter. After I told Draya(sp) I was missing the fries she then went around the corner and said something to someone else; she then came back to the window to tell me she needed me to hand her the bag of food back. 1. If she or the person preparing or bagging the food would have checked then they would have known there was only one fry in the bag. 2.No, I am not doing that but I will take the items out and show you which is what I did.The person who bagged the food, Alondra (braces) comes from around the corner essentially repeating the day thing Draya said and then first asked me if I ordered two fries and then changed and asked me if I ordered three. She had the nastiest attitude and was extremely rude to a customer. She said she wasn't giving me anyyhing until I gave her the bag and at this point I requested a full refund and gave them the entire bag back and the drink. At this point, I dont trust them with my food and who knows what they will do to it. Alondra attempted to refund my money but couldn't and called the manager, Dee over. Dee poked her head out of the window and began to ask me, "How may I help you?" and as I'm talking and explaining to Dee what happened Alondra begins to over talk me in a rude and abrasive tone. I asked Dee,"excuse me were you asking me a question?" Alondra then looks at me and say oh well I'm talking to my manager. Dee then walks away from the window and she did however issue my refund. I guess I shouldn't be really surprised at the actions of the workers if the manager's level of professionalism is sub par. Needless to say...I won't EVER be back. I headed on over to my Mason Rd. We order our food and take our seat but I notice our table has a little dirty spot so when the guy comes with our food I ask if he can bring a rag to wipe it up. He drops the rag off and walks away....then he comes back and ask if there is anything else and we ask for chickfila sauce and they are out! Waited at the 2 lane menu for someone to greet me. There ways a car in the other lane giving their order. Once they were done another car pulled up. They took their order and just skipped over me. This is the absolute worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. First I would like to comment that the customer service here is at an all time low. When a lady took my order it was okay, but when I got to the window everything switched. The man that took my money and gave me my food didn't seemed like he cared to be there and certainly didn't care that I was there. I really felt like I was being rushed the whole time. We all know that Chick-Fil-A has the top customer service and this location did not display it. That night my stomach begin to hurt and the next day I figure out that I had food poisoning, and Chick-Fil-A was the last thing I ate. This scared me so much because I am pregnant and any infection that comes to my body can affect my child. I did what I needed to do to get healthy and to make sure my baby was healthy but I was not okay. I then called the store the next day to inform them that I got food poisoning and I got put on hold. There was a guy that answered the phone named Ryan, and he didn't seem like he cared. Instead he argued with me. I politely told him that they should check expiration dates and how well things are being cooked. And he told me, "The chicken wasn't bad because they have a set time they are suppose to cook it". But I cook chicken at home and I know chicken is the longest thing to cook and can sometimes be the hardest depending on its size. So when I informed this young man of my concerns and issues he really just brushed me off like my concerns didn't matter. No matter what a person has going on whether their pregnant or not no one deserves to have food poisoning and people should really care more about the people they serve. I love Chick-Fil-A and as long as I live I will never go to that location again, and I recommend others not go as well until there has been some serious training!!! Very Very disappointed.
