Wonderful experience as usual. Have breakfast here most Saturdays. Service is friendly and cheerful. Everything is fresh and clean including the restrooms. I recommend this location wholeheartedly. I've read a lot of the other reviews for this location and find them hard to believe based on everyone of my experiences. I don't understand people complaining about waiting in long/slow lines. I have two things to say about that. 1) Park and come inside or 2) just wait in line. I tried ordering curbside for the first time due to covid, only to be rudely talked to by a mask less teenager named julianna . She was angry my mother tried to get her attention by honking, when she approached our vehicle she snapped at my mother with a nasty attitude and had given us a chance to speak she would know the window near her didn't go down.. there was no other way to politely get her attention. She proceeds to speak to us with her mask not on her face. And while my mother asks her to put the mask on please, she responds with "on March 10th we don't have to wear masks anymore" Last time I checked today was March 2nd. I've never felt compelled to write a review, but I went to this location yesterday, they messed up my order so I brought it back. I'm used to this, chick fil a is notorious for giving you fried when you asked for grilled (and I'm a celiac). The issue is I was waiting for my refund and they were openly taking an employees temperature RIGHT in front of the window towards the door multiple times and patting her back. As an immune compromised individual, now it makes me wonder the safety and sanitation they are practicing regarding the virus and I'm worried if I've been exposed or not. Was starving as I drove I saw this new location had just dropped my daughter off for her concert at Stratford High and needed to pick up my family and be back for the show in less than an hour this they get 4 stars for being quick even though there were about 10 plus cars ahead of me it only took about five minutes to get my order had the number two it's a spicy fried chicken sandwich with Monterey Jack cheese lettuce tomato and I always of course forget to say skip the pickle but they were good today. The people here are extremely polite & friendly, & they always bring the food out very quickly. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I came here for breakfast & it wasn't busy, but I waited 15 minutes for my food & only got it when I mentioned it to a cashier. I had been waiting 15 minutes & it took him less than 30 seconds to get me my food when I told him how long I had been waiting. My friend and I are regulars at this location because of pretty much only ONE reason: location to where we live. Other than that, this specific location skims down on service considerably. I've had issues MULTIPLE times with standing awkwardly by the cashiers for several minutes waiting for my drink to be refilled (I really hate that most CFA locations don't have soft drinks/tea stations that are accessible to customers). Also, they simply don't have as good of an attitude as other locations. As far as food goes, this location is hit-or-miss like with most CFA locations. I typically get the grilled nuggets which are gluten-free and typically they turn out well. On occasion, they will have too much fat on them or be on the chewy side. If you haven't tried CFA sweet tea already, you definitely need to. Also, I love that you can get free large water here even without buying anything, unlike at other places like Sonic where they charge you $0.75. Bathrooms here have always been clean, and as far as fast food goes CFA is my go-to place for a quick, tasty meal... Just maybe try the location off of Westheimer and S. As any normal human, I love chic fil a. The people are always very friendly and happy and I have only had my order messed up a couple times in all of my many chic fil a visits. I felt the need to write a review for this specific chic fil a because of how the staff went above and beyond. I went through the to go line, got my coffee and began to drive off. I spilt my hot coffee all down my arm before even leaving the parking lot. I decided to park and clean myself off a bit. My son and I come here to eat and play in the under age 3 play area. It gets busy with older kids after 3 pm, but in the morning and early afternoon there is usually a couple of age appropriate. The food is always good. The meat is tender and juicy whether you get the sandwiches or the nuggets. We usually get the grilled nuggets to stay on the health side. During lunch hours (when I usually visited), I feel like the workers rush to get more cars in to reach their "quota" and sacrifice the service and friendliness. It seems there are two types of clientele that comes in during the week at lunch. Worker bees like me wanting to grab a bite to eat, and soccer moms with the brattiest little kids in Houston. The moms are always dressed in some sort of Yoga stuff, and the kids run wild. If it wasn't 110F outside, I'd eat near the parking lot rather than listen to little Bobby and Sally trying to see if their voice echos.
