Chick-fil-A is well known for its superior customer service. This location, specifically, has consistently exemplified fast food standards to me. Recently, I went through the drive-thru and ordered $15 worth of food. As I got up to pay, I realized I had idiotically left my wallet at home. I told the employee and said I can come back and order again. She gave me the food completely free and when I came back from getting my wallet to pay, the manager told me not to worry about because it's what they do. This is just one of the many times I had been overly impressed with their treatment of customers. read more

I love eating here. The chicken is great, the waffle fries are great, and the shakes are great. Also, the service is outstanding. I've never had better service at a fast food restaurant. The staff are friendly and courteous. They frequently make the rounds to refill drinks or help you carry food to the table. They usually get pretty crowded at lunch time and on Tuesday evening when kids eat free. read more

I do not like the fact that disabled parking is so far away. My husband and I are not drive thru people. We like to eat in and enjoy the dine in experience but walking across 2 lanes of cars moving fast is a no go for us. So we simply don't go there. read more

The employees are always very nice and pleasant. The service is usually fast even though the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. The food is usually pretty good, however the fries are soggy quite often. They get my order wrong probably 3 out of 10 times, which is too much. I don't really like having the employees taking my order outside. I feel rushed with them standing there looking at me and I can't really see the menu. There have also been issues with them not adhering to their closing times. I've definitely been to better Chick-Fil-a's and I've been to worse. read more

Today I visited chik fila and ordered several meals for the family. I was greeted quickly and received our order and headed home. I was disappointed when I tasted that my tea and it was unsweetened instead of sweetened. As I reached in my bag I was disappointed once again, so I decided to call and complain. To my surprise the team leader was apologetic and even offered to bring my missing and wrong food to me and they did just that. He delivered my missing food and correct drink, as well as an extra chicken nuggets for my Inconvenience. Did you catch that, they delivered my food to me! This place is far different than many fast food joints around. The management here ensures that customer service is top priority. They also give military who are in uniform and dine in free meals. There is something to be said about a business that makes it appoint to honor those who serve our great country. Freedom isn't free, and they get it. Great customer service! We ordered lunch for our store and when we got back we realized that the Nuggets were all regular Nuggets when 3 orders were supposed to be grilled nuggets. We called to let them know and 15 minutes later a Chic-Fil-A manager showed up at our store to hand deliver the correct order! Great place to get a high quality chicken sandwich or any other chicken meal and enjoy a little TLC. This restaurant is where customer service is still a high priority. You walk in and are greeted, you take your order and you are told by the cashier that it was their pleasure, and as you sit and eat your delicious premium chicken sandwich on a healthy and hearty multi-grain bun you are asked by wandering servers if your soft-drink needs refilled and they fill it with a smile and again say that it is their pleasure. It was a pleasant to surprise to be treated so kindly by workers in a fastfood restaurant. How often do you leave Burger King with such thoughts? I also have high regards for their decisions to close early and not be open on Sundays, it says a lot about what is really important to that company. Keep up the good work Chick-Fil-A! read more

I stopped for a late Saturday lunch while on a road trip. I am always amazed at the friendliness of the Chick-fil-a employees. Today was no exception. Conner, my order taker was polite, cheerful and respectful. My order was brought to my table and I was asked if I needed a refill. Other restaurants could learn a lot about service from this chain. YUMMY! I love this place! It is arguable the best chicken sandwich I've ever had the privilege of consuming. The original chicken sandwich is absolutely scrumptious. Also, if you are feeling crazy, I would go with the spicy chicken sandwich. It is absolutely delicious. The spice gives it a nice little kick. On to the fries. The crispy, golden waffle fries should be used as a template for all other french fries everywhere. If you need a refill, or anything at all, just ask one of their helpful employees and I'm sure it would be their pleasure to assist you. I don't normally write reviews for chains, but I have to for this location. Every single time I go here, the crew gets even sweeter than before. Today, a woman helping out in the drive-thru line complimented my heart-shaped sunglasses and all the girls just smiled and oohed and ahhed over them. Everyone is just so nice! They almost always have a team of 4-5 people working two lanes in the drive-thru, it's always fast, the food is fresh and I can't recall them messing up my order... ever. read more

I took a one year old and three year old yesterday to Chic Fila. Food was standard, staff helpful and very busy. The playground was filthy, unbearable odor, and too small. In an attempt to make a step up in nutrition I changed my fast food choice. I guess it's back to McDonald's. read more
