RUDE. I ended up here just because the line at The Counter was all the way outside. It was 8 pm and I was hungry. I got inside, no usual greeting from anyone like the Chick-fil-A by South Coast Plaza. I was standing in-front of the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting for service and listening to the b!tching of some of the employees. The one behind the counter was asking another employee to take her break while the one being asked to take her break was b!tching about why "ALL" customers leave the newspaper on the table. She wanted to know if she missed the memo. Anyway, after listening to all their complaints I finally got some attention. She grunted, are you ready? I ordered the 8-piece nuggets and a large lemonade. She handed me my change and lemonade, NOT A SINGLE THANK YOU. The order was fast. I got my order before I can even find straw for my drink. As in any Chick-fil-A there is a counter full of condiments. The only difference at this one, there are boxes in front of them. I can understand that they are probably filling the counter I think they should have a person assigned to it until the work is finished. Don't leave the boxes in the way. When I finally found the Chick-fil-A sauce from the box I looked for a clean table. I finally found one by the restrooms. Sat down and tried my food. It was good, the only problem was it was cold. I thought to myself, it is not really worth to complain because by the time I finish The Counter will be waiting for me! To be fair, the chicken was good. There is a certain sweetness to their nuggets. I don't know why they call it nuggets though because they look more like cubes than nuggets. One thing though, they look like real chicken, nothing reconstituted and shaped into weird forms. Will I be back, well yes but not at this location. It is located in a nice area but the service here surely doesn't belong in it. I would rather drive to the one by SCP even if it is in Santa Ana. The people there are more attentive to their customers. read more

I usually don't post reviews but after my experience today with Raquel (Sr Ops Manager), I had no choice. Raquel (hopefully I am spelling it correctly) was dismissive, rude, and vulgar with her consumer service standards. It was very disheartening to receive this level of service from an employee at Chick-fil-A, as they are known for their exquisite consumer service and experience. It was further disappointing to see that, Raquel a "Sr Ops Manager", would not display service expected of a Chic-fil-A employee but also negatively affect operational standards. Please provide additional training to Raquel, in areas such as Consumer Service & De-escalation best practices- as these are both pillars to a successful business. I don't blame Chic-fil-A and will continue to eat here but I will avoid coming back to this location due to Raquel and will also mention this incident to my contemporaries, colleagues, friends, family. read more

To every person in this review section that puts a 5-star, you're smoking some excellent cush. The service was terrible. I had to wait 20 minutes for 4 milkshakes...FOUR MILKSHAKES. WHO TAKES TWENTY MINUTES TO MAKE FOUR MILKSHAKES??? IT WAS SO BAD MY SON STARTED TO SLEEP INSIDE THE CHICK-FIL-A...ON THE FLOOR!!!! Luckily I had a blanket because it was cold out to provide my son a warm blanket because a CERTAIN FAST FOOD RESTAURANT DIDN'T HAVE A WARM BLANKET TO PROVIDE MY SON. "MY PLEASURE!!!" AS THEY ALWAYS SAY. I've never seen anything like this in my 30 years of fast food service. I'm emotionally damaged by this fast food service and I want to see better service from now on. This location is not that visible in the marketplace. But, if you know your way around, you can definitely find it's location, by Off Broadway Shoes on Jamboree and Irvine Blvd. The entire staff is super friendly and not once have I or my friends have been disappointed with their service or food. The service is fast, friendly and efficient at the drive thru window AND inside. It does get crowded around dinner time, so I recommend going there early if possible and dining in. I have eaten outside the patio area, and it is nice, especially when the weather is nice. There is plenty of seating outside, and if you have a dog, it's perfect. This establishment is definitely family/kid friendly. And their classic chicken sandwich is great! read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A. I have a closer CFA near me but I will make the drive to come to this one. The staff is so friendly, the food never disappoints and is always so fresh and the store is so clean. Even the small details of having fresh flowers every day/week. They just go the extra mile all the time. I love this staff so much that we hired them for our Weddings late night snack! The events team was so helpful and flexible during the planning process. All our guests were stoked with this late night snack!!! I'd highly recommend hiring them for all event and wedding needs! read more

I wrote about him before, now realizing I've spelt his name wrong in my past review. But Aashir, (now a manager but have been seeing him for a long time) has the best customer service I have ever seen! We had an issue with our nuggets being cold and he immediately stopped what he was doing to fix our order, check the temperature of all the nuggets that the kitchen was giving out, and he said he had a conversation with kitchen to ensure fresh food items were given out! Honestly the only thing bad I can say about a Chick-fil-A location is the fact that they are not open on Sundays. Sunday's is one of the days when I'm out ripping and running the most I really would love to be able to get one of their delicious chicken sandwiches on a Sunday. I'm Visited Chick-fil-A this morning and ordered an egg white grill biscuit sandwich meal. Unfortunately, my order was wrong - bacon instead of egg whites. When I brought it to the server's attention, I felt rushed despite being the only customer in line. The replacement sandwich? They just took off the bacon and added chicken. As someone who doesn't eat pork, this was a letdown. The service has noticeably declined in recent years, with an unimpressive attitude from the staff. Usually I like this Chick-fil-A location and they get my order right and it tastes great but today I don't know what was happening in the kitchen. I ordered a 4 piece combo but only got 3 small strips and to top it off no fries either. The strips were just barely warm as well. My gf also got a combo and her fries were barely warm and stale. It's almost like playing Russian roulette with this location. Sometimes it's great and sometimes your disappointed. Hopefully next time it's better. read more

Stopped by here today morning to order breakfast and the server today from the drive thru by the name of Gisela charged me for a large vanilla iced coffee when I ordered medium but anyways I didn't really pay attention to the receipt not until I finished my meal. Good food. Bad politics and policies. Won't go back to any Chick-fil-a unless they change their politics. In addition to being closed on Sunday because they think you and your family and their employees should be in church, they donate to a lot of anti-equality charities and run a program to try and turn gay people into straight people. I went though drive-through yesterday to get a deluxe combo. I checked my bank statement today and found out they charged me twice! Also, the previous time that I order the deluxe combo, I always ordered extra lettuce on the burger and paid extra for it. For three times, they charged the extra but put no lettuce in it! I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-a. While it appeared they were a bit understaffed for a Saturday lunch hour, my order was quickly taken and my food arrive hot and fresh soon afterwards. The owners wife was one of the most condescending people I've ever met. Went inside the store and not only was she incredibly rude to me and other customers but also to her fellow coworker. This place is great!! They are so helpful. I was dumping my tray and the guy came over and asked to dump it for me. They offered to refill my drinks without me getting up. My kids love to play in the play area. They are always smiling. It's inexpensive. There is nothing more I could ask for. read more
