This is my first review on any site ever. I'm not really one of those kinds of people to leave a review on a site regardless of it it was incredible or not, I've just always preferred word of mouth. With that said, some things here need to change before I will consider visiting again. I will start out by saying the people are almost always really friendly. However, there have been consistent service letdowns that I've never experienced at any other CFA I've ever been to. Almost every time I come here, the chicken is cool instead of warm, they always forget my drink, and they hardly ever remember to include the dressing sauce I request with my meal. I have to look in the bag and remind them of something during pretty much every visit. Now this morning, I pulled up at 10:29am, excited to try CFA breakfast. The girl standing by the menu takes my name and when I ask for breakfast, she proceeds to start turning the menu around saying "it's 10:30, we don't have breakfast now." I don't care who you are or who you work for, when something is that close (literally on the minute), you ALWAYS surprise and delight your customer. Either you don't train great customer service at this location or your employees don't understand what you're training and how to apply it. Do I really give that big of a damn about your breakfast? Really really slow for breakfast service. You need to add more order takers like you do for lunch.

Avoid when it's busy. Food is obviously very good, but drive thru gets backed up quickly, and takes a very long time to get through. Mobile order saves zero time, you wait in the same line as everyone else, and there's no guarantee the food will be ready by the time you get to the front anyways. read more

This chick fil a hits all the marks, when we first moved to the area we'd always prefer the Bellevue location but recently this location has gotten it together and serves decent portions. They fry the chicken just right and the frys are salted how they should be most of the time. They know how to brew tea and sweeten it just right. The wait times at this location blow the Bothell/Lynnwood locations out of the water. This location understands what makes chick fil a so good and that's fast service with a hint of southern hospitality. read more

I swear that this Chick-fil-a pays its employees based on how courteous they are. I have NEVER been to a fast food place where the servers have been more gracious or fast. I'm here now, and they brought out my order before I was even done paying. How is this possible? Probably chicken witchcraft. Basically, if you're cool with excellent service, an amazing staff, and chicken witchcraft, you should absolutely head here. I've been coming to the Kirkland Location more frequently because I have a client near by. I have never had an issue until today when I was denied extra sauce on my order (even though I had no issues when previously requesting/receiving the amount of sauces in the past) All I was asking for was 2 ranch and 2 chick-fil-a sauce on my 12 nugget order. I also ordered a salad with two dressing packets with no issues. The employee taking my order said that they want me to buy an 8 oz. bottle of their sauce. I asked if I could pay for two extra small sauces. I didn't care if they were included on my meal, I just wanted to make sure I had enough sauce for my preferences because I like it saucy. She asked her manager if I could by two extra small sauces, and the manager insisted that I buy an 8 oz. Sauce. Never had this issue before. I don't want a full bottle of sauce. And I don't need one either. I canceled my order and drove away. I'm not going to frequent a business that is not going to accommodate my preferences and how much sauce I want for my order, even when I asked if I could just by two small sauces. I was willing to pay for the extras, but I'm not going to fulfill their sales initiative to buy one of their bottles. This location has lost my business. I will go somewhere else that's going to make their customers happy and not be greedy when someone wants additional sauce. Bad business in my opinion. read more

Of the few chick-fil-a locations around me, this one is my favorite. The fastest service and I've never had a wrong order. Plus it always has one of the shortest lines! I know, it's fast food! I love this chain though and went there the first time down in LA a couple of years ago. We liked their options and were excited to see that they finally decided to open locations up here. The first one we went to was Bellevue, what a disaster! The parking is horrendous (even after adding some more parking from the hotel) and the drive through lines are a mess. I was glad when the Kirkland location opened up, much more parking, easier in and out and less crowded. I love their nuggets and sauces and the kale salad they have, yummy! Hint- Download and order from the mobile app. It makes it very easy to customize your meal and if you make any changes (example add one or remove one pickle) you will for sure get the most fresh sandwich possible. The service is friendly and for fast food the food is good. The prices are pretty high for Chick-fil-A but this is the Seattle area I guess... The lines can be long because the staff will actually be friendly and talk to you and the parking lot is a zoo but this shows their popularity. I have being a very good customer from Chick fill A for over 3 years now. This is definitely one of my favorites places to have a quick bite. My husband and I go to have a meal there at least once a weak. We had some minor issues and I say minor because it's not frequent, so we can easily give a feedback to any employee and they will make sure to replace what it's not okay for you to consume and make sure you are satisfied with your meal. Some things never change and at Chick-Fil-A this is especially true. I always get the Chick-Fil-A Deluxe chicken sandwich, with a side of waffles fries and some Chick-Fil-A sauce. I can count on it being delicious every time, the consistency is always there for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Recently my family was gathered at the hospice center with a terminal family member. There was roughly about 20 of us in attendance, and many of us had not eaten for several hours, if at all. I came to the Chick Fil A seeking assistance in feeding my loved ones. Upon initial inquiry, I was told that my request to feed a family of this size would require a minimum of a 5 hour notice. My feelings of defeat must of shown on my face because immediately the manager came over to offer his assistance. I explained to him my situation and he immediately sprang into action! Enough food to feed my family of 20 was produced piping hot roughly 17 minutes later. They even included all the cups, plates, and utensils that we needed, and honestly didn't even think of. Their level of customer service and genuine care demonstrated to my family during our time of grief was gratefully appreciated.
