Had a nice visit for lunch! Went on the earlier side and found a parking spot easy. There was no line and the worker was friendly and helpful, the location was clean and had a worker clearing trays which was nice. My only complaint was that the breading on my chicken was falling off - it was very greasy compared to other nuggets I've gotten both at this location and other locations. read more

Second day of our Orlando vacay and we HAD to have Chick-Fil-A immediately as Hawaii still doesn't have our first franchise... but it's coming soon. The wife got chicken tenders with waffle fries and I got a traditional chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I placed my order via Uber Eats when I was a bit buzzed so I ended up accidentally ordering a second chicken sandwich. That ended up being a blessing since I wanted my wife to try the chicken sandwich for her first time. Food was amazing as always!!!! My wife loved it. I rate Chick-Fil-A's chicken second only to Tanioka's (my Hawaii peeps know what I'm talking about). Don't know how to articulate it but the meat tastes like the most perfect chicken you've ever tasted, with the absolute perfect seasoning. The bun is soft and the pickles are the perfect compliment without distracting from the flavor. That's what makes the chicken sandwich incredible... it's simple. I have never encountered such rude employees at a Chick-fil-a as I did a week ago when we were in town visiting. Our order was wrong, and it didn't have any of the sauces we ordered. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was rudely asked if we even ordered sauce and told that none were entered on my order. When I asked her to get the woman who took our order in response, the woman with whom I was addressing the issue finally agreed to correct our order and get the missing sauces. The fact of the matter is I paid for the food, and we were nothing but polite. I was in town for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend and was staying at a nearby hotel. I came here a couple of times for a meal. On my first visit, I found an empty table and placed my order with their mobile app. I ordered their Spicy Southwest salad with grilled nuggets and a large lemonade. My food was brought out to me once it was ready. An employee was walking around the dining area checking up on each customer. It was nice of him to get me a refill on my lemonade. On my second visit, I ordered at the counter as I had a gift card to use for a free ice dream cone. Along with it, I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and an unsweetened iced tea. The guy that took my order happened to be a trainee, did a fine job. The quality of the food was excellent for each of my visits and all of the employees were very polite and courteous just as you would expect from any Chick-fil-A restaurant. I should preface my review by stating that the quality of the food is average for Chick-fil-A. With that out of the way, this location has a consistent problem with the quality of their service. From frequent incorrect orders, to being charged for a completely different order and not being communicated about the incorrect charge and not providing a receipt. Of the many franchise locations in the area, this location seems to have a trend of issues. I sincerely hope to see this location receive some attention from the owners, and encourage the employees to care about the service they provide. read more

So I'm not sure if I was starving when I came but omg the best chicken sandwich ever! This chick fil a does not compare to the one in Miami. There's 2 drive throughs available if you'd like to take it to go but you can also get down and eat there. The restaurant is clean and nice. The girls in the front were patient and nice as well. The food was brought out quick and hot. The waffle fries were fried perfectly, not too soggy or over cooked. The lemonade was so refreshing and the sugar to lime ratio was perfect. I also love their self serve area. They have ketchup, mayo (rarely any restaurant gives out mayo just like that), salt and pepper, straws, wet wipes to clean hands, sugar, & a couple more things so you can help yourself. This is a solid location. The service is good and the food is in line with how a C-F-A should be! It's always hopping busy at lunch, as most locations tend to be. This location has the most epic double drive-thru of any store I've seen. It's covered and has misting fans and is extremely well done. I got the 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets meal with waffle fries and then I also got a superfood side since I have been wanting to try that for a while. Overall the food was typical for a Chick-Fil-A. I did bite into one piece of gristle in my last nugget which kind of sucked but overall everything was pretty good. At chick fil a I am always greeted with a smile. I notice that whenever I say "thank you", the response is "my pleasure". I wonder if this is a part of the company culture. I was conflicted years back with the political controversy as I love the chick fil a product. From a customer service perspective, this chain is great. I'm not a fan of the grilled chicken. I wish I was as it's the healthier option. To me, it's a lesser quality than the fried chicken. Chick fil a offers many promotions throughout the year with free food such as the dressing up days. For many years I purchased calendars which offer coupons for complimentary menu items each month. Download and sign up for the app. Also, check the bottom of your receipt. Often, there is a survey to take online. Once you take the survey, you get a coupon for a free sandwich no purchase necessary. This location gets quite busy due to its proximity to Disney. I feel the team members do a great job of moving the line. Recently this location went under a rehab. It's now more modern and clean. Delivery. The sandwich maker overlooked a food allergy. Ok, mistakes will happen- remake the sandwich, and send correct sandwich back out. It's the right thing to do. Manager was made aware of known allergy, and still didn't prefer this option- at first. Manager's first preference was to credit the sandwich and actually suggest the customer "just eat that one", even after discussing it is AN ALLERGY. Evidently, the franchisee of this particular restaurant takes this position and filters it down to the management. Really disappointing. Two to three times a week this office has ordered from this restaurant. Can't believe this franchisee not only dismissed the allergy/health concern, but then went further and suggested and encouraged a harmful situation. Be VERY CAREFUL when eating food from this location. If they're blatantly willing to risk customers' health and even suggest harm, and dismiss known health concerns, what else are they overlooking?
