went here for a late dinner the other night. the line wasn't too bad and it wasn't long before we were up to order. super friendly kid took our order. we drove up to the window and were greeted by the most friendliest chickfila employee ever (Shelby)! y'all picked the perfect person to be at the window. and of course there was another Shelby in the background with all smiles. the food... got the cobb salad and honestly, that was the best salad i've ever had at a fast food restaurant. that was super delish!!! the cfa sandwiches were also delicious! the bread was so soft and buttery and it literally just melted in my mouth. improvements: -had to wait again for them to work on my salad bc the kid who took our order messed up -i got a fork packet with no fork in it but i had an extra fork in my vehicle so that worked out -the fries we got were really cold -didn't get napkins or the extra condiments i asked for other than that, we really enjoyed our food. we'll def be coming back to this location. read more

Chick fil a was awesome! We came in and the restaurant was busy, but we pre-ordered and got our food in the first 5 minutes of sitting down. (Side note- it was very easy to order online so highly recommend!) The staff was very accommodating with our missing item and brought it right away. Staff were walking around offering to take/dump garage and we're offering everyone mints which was incredible! Great place, would come again! read more

Excellent service and excellent food. Those folks were working today! Make sure you enter the line from the back of Home Depot to the ACU bank parking lot. It's clearly marked with orange cones and be ready to sit in lines. The lines however were steady. Our order was correct and service was excellent as usual. This location is pretty good about online orders if you're using the app. The drive thru can be hit or miss if you are in a hurry, park. I think their fair is pretty standard but it's consistent with what the intent of the food is, which I think is what kfc original recipe could taste like if the recipe was improved. I don't agree with corporate chic a filet and how they've turned a great product into a political football. They make great food, their milkshakes are amazing. I love the lemon aid too. read more

I just moved here and I am just so relieved there is Chick Fil A here! I think this is the only place around you can get a decent sweet tea! I literally love everything on the menu. My favorite in the mornings are to adorable little biscuits each with a single chicken nugget in them lol. We came here after we ordered from our app, pulled into a curbside pickup labeled parking spot in front of their store, only to be told they are ONLY doing drive-thru during covid. Oh really...?Interesting that you are literally the only Chick-fil-A that we have been to since Covid kicked off, in literally 4 states all across America (we are military), that doesn't have curbside as an option. Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Worth the drive to go all the way to Lakewood to save yourself from the service here. I've been here a lot and it's one of the few locations that will mess up your orders or have you get to the front of the drive thru and not have your order. Let me start by saying that I judge fast food by fast food standards. It's unhealthy and not the same as a home cooked meal but it's fast and easy. Came in and they're on a limited menu of around 10 items. No idea why but thats what they had for the lunch rush. Entire menu was a 8.5"x11" piece of laminated paper as you enter. Ordered a large spicy chicken meal, drink machine was out so they're selling smaller cans at the same price as a drink. I ate exactly 2 fries and dumped them in the garabge, they were so stale, greasy, and off tasting that I didn't want to feed them to my chickens. The sandwhich was bread, chicken, and 1 pickle slice, no sauce of any kind and the only discernable seasoning was salt. Not even sure if that even sure if that qualifies as a sandwhich. Colonel Sanders had 11 herbs and spices; chick-fil-a has chicken and salt. $11 for 4 bites of chicken and bread and a lukewarm can of soda. Take the extra 2 minutes and go across the street, there's 3 fast food places that have the same prices, working drink machines, and better food. We have been to this location when it was packed and when no one was in the drive-thru. Regardless of conditions or how busy they are we wait forever for our food. People (workers) inside standing around. One worker is Snap-chatting, playing with hair. We are from Ga and love Chick-fil-A. Just went to the chick fil a on Marvin and quintault. They had an issue with one of their tablets not sending orders to the kitchen. They ask us to park say a manager will be out to take the order again and it'll be free of charge. None of this was an issue until the following happened. We waited 35 minutes for a manager, and it wasn't until I finally stopped an employee and informed her we'd been waiting, that one actually came out. He tells us we can't have our money back and what the name on the order was. We try again to say we were told we'd get a refund and if that's the case we'd take our money over the food and go elsewhere. He went in and the owner came out. Empty handed. After multiple time's saying we don't want the food we want our money back, he tells me NO again, and said "I'll go bag up your food" Obviously we took the food. But beware that when they fuck up and leave your kids hungry in the car for almost an hour between going all the way through the drive through line and waiting for someone to come talk to us. I am livid. I would have gladly gone elsewhere and got food faster. But they refused to give me my money back. read more

On Aug. 18, 2022, for the first time at a Chick-fil-a, I was VERY disappointed. I've seen the comparison argument with the Popeye Chicken sandwich and this restaurants. Chick's is not even in the top 5 on my list. My sandwich was medium warm with cheese not melted. Waffle fries were lukewarm and flimsy and barely seasoned. I will never go back there. And on top of it all, they are $2 more expensive than Popeye's. Folks, this might be the greatest Chick-fil-A on earth. The food is tremendous. The drive thru is beyond fast. The customer service is unparalleled. A few days ago my tire went flat in the parking lot and while changing it one of the workers came out and offered my coworker and I milkshakes. Incredible. I hope that doesn't get anyone in trouble or something but that just made our day. We go to this Chick-fil-A every week and they kill it every time. I used curbside pickup and unfortunately my order was incorrect and had some cold and missing items. While I can chuck up the mistakes as an off moment possibly due to the large number of orders being placed during the lunch rush. I made that decision to go inside to correct my order and surprisingly enough this seemed to be bothersome act. Updating my review after 8 months from 3 stars to 2 stars. This place still has not gotten it together. Every time we go we are waiting 20+ mins for our food through drive thru (don't get me wrong, that's better than the 40+ mins it was, but this is CFA! Where's the speedy quick service all other CFAs strive for and succeed at?!) and on multiple occasions have received incorrect orders. Six months ago I asked 3 times if they had entered my order correctly and of course when I got the food (after being parked for 10 mins) the wrong biscuits were in the bag. Took another 10+ minutes to get that handled despite there being a quick resolution that they refused to go with. Took me over an hour to run out to get us a "quick" breakfast, and we live only 10 minutes away. Today I was running late and had not eaten so figured I'd try the location again and do curbside pickup through the app; apparently they're not doing curbside anymore even though the app lets you choose it- all but one of the space numbers were gone and the app told me to go through drive thru. 20 minutes later I finally had my food at 2:30 on a Monday, not even prime lunch time. If you want to get food here, be sure you have time to spare. This is not your average Chick-fil-A. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food is typically fresh and tastes as good as all other locations, and the staff is very friendly (not the owner, he's very rude). read more
