A bit tucked away (across from Holy Trinity church) but service was friendly and fast, and flavors were great too! There's a fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines.

Great and friendly service. The lady serving us recommended a the lomein noodles and green beans. We also ordered the orange chicken and crab Rangoon as a starter. Food came out quickly and everything was flavorful and cooked the way I like it. Orange chicken was perfectly crispy and delicious could taste the orange flavor. I will definitely come back again and try more dishes.

I'm not usually a fan of Chinese food (I tend to get a lot of headaches) - but wow, yum! My optometrist is located in the complex next to Tian Tian and I had a bit of a busy day, so placed an order through their website for pick up. I was happy that it was ready in about 10 minutes! I opted for one of the lunch bento boxes with orange chicken and Mongolian beef. I preferred the chicken; the beef cut wasn't to my liking - but the chicken was so flavorful! The combo was also served with white rice. I was able to make about a meal and a half out of it, which I appreciated. There are a decent amount of tables inside; you can also order for take out. Looking forward to trying other dishes! 2026: 33/100

Tian Tian Eatery is an Asian restaurant that offers Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes. It's a casual place with about 10 tables. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also offer lunch and dinner bento box specials. Rainbow roll ($15) - This was basically a California roll topped with salmon, tuna, and avocado. Unfortunately the quality of the fish was the type one finds at the grocery store. It wasn't very fesh. Red curry chicken ($15) - This had strong coconut flavors and was just ok taste wise. Nothing really stood out. Beef broccoli ($15) - The beef was tender, but it was just average taste wise. I've had better elsewhere. Cumin chicken ($15) - This stir fried chicken dish had onions, bell peppers, and great cumin flavoring. It was my favorite dish of the meal. Overall, I think the restaurant should stick to one type of Asian cuisine so they can make deliver better products. Service was on point, but I doubt I would visit again.

Someone recommended this place as a great Chinese lunch spot, so off I went to check it out! They're located in Ladera Ranch in a medium-sized shopping plaza, across from condos and Montessori. There's a decent amount of parking spaces, but I can see how it would get filled quickly during busy hours. It's a somewhat small restaurant with several chairs around a bar area, and several tables to sit and eat. I ordered my food online, and it was ready in less than 30 min. I was happy to see that they offer Lunch Bentos for $14.99. You can select 2 items from a list of 14 choices. It also comes with rice. I ordered the orange chicken and General Tso's chicken. Both items were very flavorful, however they tasted too much alike. Next time I won't order 2 chicken dishes at the same time. What I loved most about the Lunch Bentos is that you can order them gluten free for $2 extra, which is what I did. I couldn't tell that it was GF as it tasted just like the regular thing, but they probably swapped out the wheat flour in the batter for GF flour, and probably used GF soy sauce in the orange sauce. That's just my guess. I will definitely return to try other items! Very excited that there's a tasty Chinese eatery in the area.

Thai Spicy Chicken was made with white meat, and despite that not being my favorite, it wasn't dry at all.

Tian Tian Eatery is a wonderful find. This husband and wife team from Hunan, China clearly puts heart and skill into their cooking. I stopped in for lunch and was genuinely impressed. The hot & sour soup was perfectly balanced, comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Thai spicy chicken had just the right amount of heat, great depth of flavor, and was cooked beautifully. Portions were satisfying, and the prices are very reasonable for the area. Service was pleasant and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. It was an easy, relaxed, great lunch, and I'll definitely be back. Now the only question is, what do I try next time? Maybe a Hunan classic like cumin beef, spicy beef and scallop, or one of their sushi dishes. Whatever it is, I'm confident it'll be delicious. Interior is modern and clean, the owners were constantly sweeping the floor and making sure everything was tidy. Highly recommend supporting this local spot!

This is a super nice couple that make some really nice Chinese/Japanese food. It can be a little hard to find, as it's blended in with a bunch of medical business. Their prices are very reasonable with many varieties to choose from. I recommend the tempura, orange chicken and the Mongolian beef. Very quiet here If you're in the area...go check them out!!

Clean friendly place. Small business, husband & wife run. Husband & I opted for dine in but is take out friendly too! Everything is so flavorful but the chili oil wontons have to be my favorite! Got the chili oil wontons, sweet & sour soup, vegetable lo mein, and of course orange chicken. Got 2 fried rolls, not my favorite personally but the owner did come up and ask if we were sureee if we wanted 2 fried ones. I'll definitely try a fresh one next time. SUPPORT LOCAL & COME TO TIAN TIAN!

I think the food is ok. I dont think its so great but it is not bad. The restaurant is small. The service is very inviting. It starts with a complimentary salad that is tasty. I have never had this oil and savory salad dressing before but it is very good. The hot and sour soup is also unusual but good. The vinegar is not over powering but it is also flavorful. The lettuce wraps was good. The chicken red curry and the spinach thai beef was ok.

Very great Chinese food! We had the hot and sour soup, orange chicken, pork fried rice, generals chicken, and mongolian beef. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

So, we initially went to Franco's to celebrate a great appraisal inspection but found it wasn't open for another hour. Remembered that this place, Tian Tian had great reviews so we opted to check this establishment out for late lunch. Easy to find, inside was clean, bright, and organized. Owner Teri, greeted us right away with a smile as we sat at a booth/table. We ordered boba drinks and appetizer (calamari). The drinks and appetizer was good. Our entrees were: Chicken Lo Mien, Combo Tian Tian Fried Rice, Miso Soup, Orange Chicken, and Beef Broccoli. All I all, very tasty, serving sizes was good for 4 people and had enough to have left overs to take home. Teri was so friendly and made small talk with us and made us feel welcomed. My only wish is if they could move closer to the main hub of the Mercantile East area on Antonio Pkwy and Crown Valley. This is truly a gem and hope more folks give them a chance and support their family-owned business. If you're craving Panda, stop and get your fix at Tian Tian. You won't be disappointed!

I tried this place after reading reviews on Yelp, and also liked the idea of an Asian fusion, but I thought it was just okay. I got the lunch bento box and the portions were small for the price. Seemed odd to me how it was plated too. The food also was okay. The Kung Pao chicken didn't have a lot of veggies which usually it does and the flavor was alright. The CA roll was okay as well. The cucumber salad, which was an appetizer was a good size portion compared to the bento box, which is interesting. The taste was good, more vinegar-based. All in all, as said, it was okay but the bento box was not worth the price for what you get.

This is the second time that we tried this place, the first one is during the soft opening it was bad but since it's their soft opening I gave it another try and wow it's still bad. The wait is always so long even for pick up order which I ordered AHEAD OF TIME, the taste for the price is just okay. Second time is enough, I wouldn't come back.

My job is to help you avoid the tragic first‑date mistakes I've already made, like the overpriced spots, the bland dishes, the "why is this chair attacking my spine?" seating. I've wasted the time, energy and money on the other loser spots so you don't have to. But when I find a place that's clean, visually appealing, thoughtfully designed, and serving food that's actually seasoned, cooked well, and plated with pride? Oh, I'm shouting it from the rooftops. So let me put you on to my latest discovery: DIHO SIAM, right in the heart of Ladera Ranch. If you've followed me on Yelp for a while, you already know I'm a lifelong Thai‑food fanatic. I've been loyal to Thai cuisine longer than some people stay loyal in relationships. Since I wasn't trying to overeat, I ordered an appetizer, and let me tell you, this "appetizer" came out looking like a BIG FULL-GROWN lunch. I'm not a big white‑meat gal, so I asked if they had anything with dark meat. I ended up with chicken wings and drumsticks in a sweet‑and‑sour sauce. The moment I cut into that chicken? I ascended. The breading had that perfect balance...not too salty, not too bland...crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I'm not saying I had a foodie‑induced spiritual experience, but if I did, nobody needed to know. One look at the rest of the menu and I knew I'd be back. Yes, I will absolutely make the 45‑minute drive to try their lunch dishes. It's worth it. And the prices? Shockingly reasonable considering the economy is basically held together with duct tape and vibes. Now, my one note for the owners: please, for the love of all things holy and iced... offer a dairy‑free Thai iced tea option. It was 94° today, and I was ready to down two giant glasses, but they only use half‑and‑half. This is California. We are oat‑milk, soy‑milk, almond‑milk, "I'm‑on‑Ozempic‑don't‑judge‑me" people. Give the people what they want. Add oat milk to the menu, put a cute little 4x5 flyer in a clear acrylic stand on each table announcing your new dairy‑free Thai iced tea, and watch customers flock to it. And just to close this out on a high note: I'm 100% coming back to Diho Siam. There are way too many dishes on that menu calling my name, and I fully intend to answer. Consider this my official teaser...I'll be updating my Yelp Elite Squad review after my next visit, and trust me, people wait for those updates like they wait for a second date after a great first one. I might even give you an extra star and make it a Five-Star review! Wink! wink! Stay tuned, because this place has officially earned a spot on my "must‑return" list. And don't forget to give me a thumbs up or a heart if you like my reviews and follow me!

I've been coming to Sunny Dumpling House long enough to remember when the dumplings felt much more…read morecarefully made. That's probably why the decline is so noticeable. The biggest problem is unfortunately the thing with the restaurant's name on it. The xiao long bao used to feel delicate and deliberate. On this visit, nearly the entire basket had already leaked before we touched them. Once a soup dumpling loses its soup into the steamer, you're basically eating a steamed pork dumpling with an identity crisis. The wrappers also felt heavier than I remember, with thick pinched tops that became dry and doughy. The pork filling itself was decent, but the overall construction just felt rushed. The boiled pork and chive dumplings had the opposite problem of what I want from a dumpling wrapper. Too much dough, not enough filling experience. The chili wontons were considerably better because the wrappers were thinner and more supple. If that texture showed up across more of the dumpling menu, I'd probably feel very differently. There are still good dishes here. The rice cakes were chewy and satisfying and disappeared quickly at our table. Bok choy was simple and solid. The pig ear had good flavor and texture, although ours leaned salty and a little softer than ideal. What pushes this down to two stars is everything surrounding the food. Ordering and paying are heavily pushed through QR codes, yet the system isn't particularly intuitive. I tried paying through Apple Pay with Amex several times before realizing it simply wasn't accepted, with no useful explanation on screen. Service feels similarly detached. Everyone appears extremely busy, yet getting help with ordinary things can be strangely difficult. During our visit one of my kids spilled water beside the table and we were told it could simply be cleaned after we left. I'm not asking for white glove service, but sitting next to a puddle while eating is an odd solution. The restroom situation doesn't help. You have to retrieve a key and head upstairs into an older restroom that feels completely disconnected from the otherwise modern ordering setup downstairs. That's ultimately my issue with Sunny Dumpling House now. There are pieces of a good restaurant still here and a few dishes I enjoy. But the execution has become uneven, the service feels increasingly automated without becoming easier and the dumplings themselves are no longer good enough to compensate for it. I'd rather have fewer systems and better dumplings.
