So I went today to chick fil a And was very nice and appreciative of there service at the drive thru and as I drove off because I was in a rush and it was lunch I was checking quick if my food and ended up having to go back because my order was wrong and I told the nice young lady in the front and she said that she didn't think she could do anything about it and it sucked because it wasn't my order and was in a rush so it couldn't be taken care of in time I mean they could at least have paid me back for the meal or something so all In all nice staff just a lil mistake that couldn't have been taken care of which sucks read more

We love their food. The staff is generally over the top friendly. I will add though that if you are in the mood for a salad, skip it! worst customer service!! earlier this week i went through the drive thru during the dinner rush. when i got to the cashier at the window she named out 5 different orders before she got to my name, not to mentions she kept asking for payment after every single name. I told her after every single name that i already paid with the person that took my order before. i understand it's busy but THEN she turns around and says "wow i wish i could kill customers" to her co-workers. CHICK FIL A out of all restaurants. When i asked the cashier not to say that in front of customers she tried to excuse it and say she was talking about a different customer. read more

Upon entering the restaurant there were flies even as I was ordering there were flies flying around the young girl taking my order, she apologized for them. Then I proceeded to the restrooms where they were dirty and the door going in and out stuck so it needed to be cleaned off. My chicken sandwich was OK the fries were cold but the chocolate shake was good... as I left the gentleman said have a nice day which was very nice.. Quick and efficient. Is it a new concept to come to our windows and take our orders? No complaints, it was super easy and quick, he just slid my card on some machine that was attached to his belt. Although, it does make the wait seem longer, since they take your order and collect payment when you're 5 cars away from the window. read more

Love that they are so kid friendly! Self adhesive place mats provided and fun zone is strictly for toddlers. So nice to have a safe place for my little one to be able to play without getting run down by bigger kids! I will never get over how friendly their staff is; whatever they do to train their employees should be a model for all customer service! read more

Wow. It's been awhile since I've been to this location and now I understand why. I think they are trying to do too much and you would figure having 2 lanes plus someone standing outside in the heat taking orders would speed up the process faster but it didn't! We were in line over 20 min for 2 freaken icecream cones! I've noticed the way they've changed their lanes is such an inconvenience basically blocking the entrance to the restraurant. Doesn't seem like their system is working out too well. Might have to go to another location because that was just ridiculous read more

I went through the drive thru today and that is always pretty efficient. My son and I typically come to this location every Tuesday afternoon and everyone is always so nice. When I got home we couldn't even eat the fries because they tasted like nothing but salt. I called to let a manager know just heads up because we always come to this location, I believe her name was Rachael. She might of not meant it to sound rude, but it came off that way when she said "We don't taste the fries as we go" I usually don't write reviews, but this kind of bothered me.. read more
