I ordered a two piece fish no sauce no tortilla sauce no lemons no nothing. I don't know what it come with. I'm not from here. again at seven ordered a five piece tender with the biscuit with some I order a 10 piece fish with the rose no sides since they didn't give me tartar sauce and hot the first time I made sure to ask dude at the drive-through can he make sure I have tartar and hot sauce. Everybody know is not good without hot sauce and tartar sauce. Everybody know that I'm looking in my up in there, honey mustard in there barbecue in there but no hot sauce so the white dude who out my food I is it a problem if I get some hot sauce mind you he shoved the food up in my hand like he didn't want his job. I asked him can I get some hot sauce you mean to tell me three packages of hot sauce with a three-piece fish and I just spent $35. What do y'all have going on over there Miss who owned the company or whoever I company what are y'all teaching y'all I know everything cost money but I paid $35 for my shit and I would like my fucking hot sauce I'll give me my money your company is rude and since I've been from out of town, I don't nobody to go to your restaurant and I'm a content creator. l ordered online and had my order set to be ready in 20 minutes . I went to a gas station first and refueled and then began driving to Lisas on Blue Mound rd. When I arrived they said pul up to the window. I sat there for 5 minutes and tthey said pull up out of the way then about 5 cars came through, received their chicken and departed one by one. I quickly realized when I pulled up My order had not even been started I sat there about 15 minutes and went insude and asked where my food was and they said its still cooking. I waited a total 25 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. When I went inside employees /staff were doing other tasks and really didn't seem to care about my order. I couldn't see anyone behind the counter. When I finally git my food it was all crammed into a paper bag, there was ZERO requested condiments, or napkins. When I tried to eat the food it was all overcooked. The onion rings were so tough I couldn't chew them The Fish which is NOT CHEAP was burned.overcooked and tough! The Burrito seemed to be okay. The tenders were okay but still overcooked. Perhaos the cooking food was not monitired well enough. Bottom line 60% of my $20 .00 order was inedible, the staff was rude and gave me no Tartar Sauce, Ketchup or napkins. I have been going to this location for a long time BUT I AM DONE. I will go to Haltom City, Watauga or Nort Frwy location but never again to Blue Mound Rd. The young adult make with the beard acted irrtated with me wanting my food. I was the customer and the one there for 1/2 hour attempting to pickup an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived not thirty minutes after I arrived. Stopped here today for the first time and picked up lunch to go. I ordered the shrimp dinner with fried okra and mac & cheese I also ordered a lemon pie and a large Diet Coke. The fried shrimp is excellent and fried okra with seasoned well, the mac & cheese had absolutely no taste. The lemon pie was ok very similar to McDonald's fry pie. I got a ton for food for $13. My biggest complaint is the drive thru you have to practically scream for them to hear you. The need to reposition the mics. All and all it wasn't a bad meal. read more

I was super excited when I found out that there was a new Lisa's closer to home. However, after two unsatisfactory visits, I'm going to stick to my trusted locations. On the first visit, I came home to two items missing and two orders of the same side item. The second time, I ordered a few different side items and came home to no sauces for anything. Lisa's is always generous with their condiments. Both times I've gone, there's been a long wait and I've been asked to either pull up or instructed to park on the side. I have been a customer at the N Riverside Dr location for the past 12-13 years. The NE 28th St & Broadway Ave locations are also great. Even salt and pepper would have been nice) The mashed potatoes are boxed with can or Jar gravy with no seasoning(no salt or pepper). The gizzards are over floured and has absolutely no seasoning(nothing). I wasted so much money for it to be this bland. Would be a negative 2 star but Yelp doesn't allow it. This place is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of the chicken. It has often been hit or miss for me. But I really do like the fish and have enjoyed it every time I've eaten it. The menu can seem a bit all over the place, specifically the "Misc. Items", but that's not to say that they're bad! The apple and lemon pies are my absolute favorite! The egg roll is okay. Great Family Meal Special is for 24 Chicken Tenders That Are Nicely Seasoned With 3 Large Sides and A Free 2 Liter Soda of your choice. This however is where I have to deduct a Star. The Fries had zero seasoning. The okra had zero seasoning. The coleslaw had zero seasoning. Today happened to be the first day of opening for the drive thru so maybe seasoning is something they just happened to overlook. Trust me on this one Management, Customers Want seasoned and Not bland food. I plan on giving them another visit after the newness wears off and the line dies down. Well, I've now had almost everything this place has to offer. I like how it feels like home with their food. It's priced better than most chicken places and has more to offer. Everything tastes great. I have had to go back several times to try everything. Aside from kids in my house not liking to eat chicken off the bone, there are no complaints to this establishment. If you order a lot of food, you will have to wait. A lot of their food is cooked fresh and not waiting under heat lamps. I love the fish, I especially love the chicken! I really can't say anything else. I've had no complaints yet and no need to throw anything negative in my review. I'd happily go here instead of Chicken Express or Golden Chick cause of the price. Oh wait, just one complaint. The gravy is a bit too wet. Just a bit. I don't really eat gravy on my tenders so it wasn't a huge deal with me.
