Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A's waffle fries. Nom Nom Nom. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do I always crave the fries here. Drive-thru is always clean, but it's usually backed up, so I'd recommend going inside for faster service. Also, never go to this location at lunch time!! Both the drive-thru and inside lobby are full of starving patrons. I'm not sure what else tastes good here, since I strictly come for the fries, but all the options on their menu looked pretty tasty. read more

The owner operator John Howard doesn't feel that it is necessary to respond to my complaint and feels it's appropriate for his Manager Maria to become angry and upset and slam the drive thru window when I complain about the 20 minute wait. She also blocked my phone number. John Howard has not responded to my complaint. At some point your business will fail. The level of service has gone down. Love having another Chick Fil A in Long Beach. I miss the days where I could have it in CSULB campus, then they removed it and driving to the Towne Center was a pain. This location is great in that it is central to LB residences, sports fields, and the campus. Lunch was great! Quick food, great quality, and even better service. Will definitely return again soon. Downside- building any popular restaurant next to the Traffic Circle will create nightmares. Be careful! This is also one of the locations that does not have sauces out to grab. read more

Despite their stance on hot button issues I do like Chick-fil-A's food and was surprised to see them open at the traffic circle. I've been here twice, two days in a row since they were close to my job. Located on the somewhat new plazas they're building where the car dealership used to be is where you'll find this Chick-fil-A. The plaza is still under construction but it's not really a problem. Chick-fil-A is known for their friendly customer service and this place is no different. When dinning in or take out your guaranteed to get a smile with your meal. As for the sandwiches go it can be hit or miss. I ordered their #2 spicy chicken with pepperjack cheese to go and they forgot the cheese! I didn't realize until it was too late and was already across town, bummer. The second time I got it for dine in and my #7 chicken club and everything was great. Quite the contrast from the first experience where they forgot the cheese. Would I come here again? Sure. In the restaurant business, consistency = loyal clientele; therefore, it was to my surprise that this particular visit yielded an unkept lobby in disarray, dirty shades, no floral table arrangements, and the response from an employee when asked "why is it so dirty in here?" I typically frequent this location because of its proximity to work; however, I think I'll take a break from chick-fil-a and may return when this location decides to prioritize cleanliness. The parking lot was littered with trash and employees were dragging rubber mats out of the bathroom close to my table while they were dripping water all over. Several tables had debris on them, and seats were crooked. I could eat at this place a few times a week. They're customer service is impeccable. They go above and beyond to serve you, to anticipate your needs before you ask (like getting you refills before you notice your cup is empty), and by discarding your tray once you're done with your food. I like to order the chicken tenders because they're not dry nor are they stale. AlwAys make time to come because if you're in a rush you may find a long line inside and at the drive thru. I ordered from the drive-thru today 3/23/2021. I did not receive napkins and I received a watered down fruit punch HI-C this is unacceptable for Chick-fil-A standards. Everything else was good I received fresh Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich and french fries were piping hot. I wish they would be more consistent and check their soda machine before giving it out to customers like this. Just went thru Chic-fil-A drive thru and again (3rd time) they gave my food to the car in front of me. Obviously, your technic is not working so let's do something else! I do not appreciate my food being rummaged thru by the carload I front of me, then handed back, just to be given to me. That's a health hazard and disgusting!!!! When I said something to the girl she said, "We rebagged your food. We put it in a new bag for you." Um, that's not good enough. This time I seen a carload of kids rummaging it. I've ordered here for my lunch a few times and they always seem to forget something. Today I went for my lunch and ordered ahead of time and it said my food was ready. I go and say my name and they give me the wrong order for Vanessa. I'm sure they swapped my order out with a different vanessa because I had to wait longer for my order to be prepared again. Today I arrived to order breakfast at 10:30. The line was incredibly long and there were no workers outside to help with ordering until 10:42. By the time they reached me at 10:50, I was told I could no longe rider breakfast, despite being here before the cutoff. But then I had to wait an additional 13 minutes just to leave because there is no way to exit once in line (they blocked off the only route out with cones). So I essentially waited almost 40 minutes for nothing. You guys need a better system in place for this. If somebody is waiting to order at breakfast time, they should be able order. Or at least leave! Because I was stuck I couldn't even get breakfast worse where. read more

It was very convenient they provide the estimated time to pick up and reserve a parking spot for the customer online to pick up the food. Food was ready to pick up. Yep! Not the best place in town anymore. Buyer beware and make sure you check your bags. I just bought $80 for the food. Not a single sauce in it. You can see them listed on the receipt. Don't get me wrong, the food at Chick-fil-A is still tasty, but my last two experiences here prompted me to right this one-off review. 1. Order through the drive-thru for two sandwiches and a cookie. Told check out which sauces I'd like (have the receipt for the record) but was disappointed to discover the sauces were not included by the time I met my girlfriend a city over. 2. ^Okay no big deal, a few days later on another visit I decide to pick up the food so I don't have the missing sauce incident happen again (the drive thru line was also really really long). Ordered online, and went inside to the pick up area. Waited close to 25 minutes in the store for just a single sandwich. This made me late to a subsequent meeting I had. Now I love Chick-fil-A and hope they continue to expand and do well. And this isn't going to stop me from continuing to eat at this location.
