This morning me and my girlfriend went to this location for breakfast we placed our order at 10:00 and we were running late but ended up making it at 10:25 we used the app to get our order but the app deleted our order. Gone here many times, food delicious, staff friendly, restaurant okay clean. Only thing, during drive thru there should be a menu to look at when you are not at the speaker. Before I start my review I want to say this is my husbands favorite location . Reason being is they are always friendly , clean and they have better food than the other locations . The reason I put a negative star was because there was a big mix up with the cashier . I think she was new was not aware of the rewards program so she got scared and confused lol . But later asked for help and everything was resolved . I feel bad that they didn't teach her because I know that feeling of being confused and scared . The service here is excellent. I come here often, but tonight when I was here there was an employee on his lunch break. The manager served him his food the same way all guest are served & even went the extra mile to get his employee a water refill & to bring him utensils. He also stopped to congratulate the employee on finishing out his college semester. It was clear the manager cared for his employees and treated them with the same respect & care as customers. I have gone here on plenty of occasions and this is probably the worst service we have received here. The workers taking orders in the drive through look so tired and badly treated. The workers in the window looked to be in a horrible mood. Messed up our order. My husband called to let them know, he was nothing but polite and wanted to let them know what had happened so it wouldn't happen to others. We were then in shock on how their customer service is so careless and seem to not care about their job. Again we have never had this problem with this location and usually service is amazing and done properly. Later on in the day my mother in law wanted some Chick-Fil-A as well. So my husband is helping her order and such. A manager named Angeline or Angelina was very rude to her for no reason. It was absolutely mind shattering that 2 incidents in 1 day happened in the exact same place. The management should be looked into and changes need to be made as well. There were always flowers on tables and the employees would approach you asking if you needed a refill or more sauce. Now in the time of COVID, you can mobile order through the app and do curbside pickup or you can go through the drive through. We have done curbside pick up multiple times in the last few months and have found it to work well. It could be more efficient, but there are no major issues with it. Food has always been hot and flavorful. The lemonade seems to vary from store to store, but I love it here. It is very tart, which I know not everyone loves. Decided to get my food DoorDashed tonight and received nothing but gross chewy chicken, missing tortilla crisps, missing spicy salsa dressing, and missing seeds. I ordered two southwest salads and one large coffee freeze. I contacted DoorDash's driver to ask for both spicy salsa dressing AND avocado lime dressing since there was no option to do so on door dash. They instructed they would try. I then called Chick fi la to see if they could add the sauce to my order. The employee advised it was an extra charge and I couldn't do so. Every time I eat at chick fi la I always get spicy salsa and avocado lime dressing and I've never been charged extra. Let alone received such poor service from this franchise. The employee was rude, short, and not willing to help or offer assistance from her supervisor. I was frustrated that neither companies were willing to help me and satisfy the customers needs. I hung up and waited for my food to receive a bag with two salads and ONE AVOCADO LIME DRESSING. NO SPICY SALSA DRESSING FOR EITHER SALAD, NO SEEDS FOR EITHER SALAD, AND NO TORTILLA CRISPS. The best part of the salad are the seeds dressing and crisps!! The chicken was chewy and did not taste fresh. It was a waste of a salad and a waste of my time and money! I love Chick-fil-A, and this location is no different! I came to the pre-opening where we had a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen, and I learned how much pride they take in preparing the food. The chicken is hand-breaded and tossed, their salads are cut every day (think strawberries, tomatoes, kale, lettuce, etc). I've been back after their grand opening, and I love their chick-fil-a spicy sandwich combo (with waffle fries) and a drink. I will sometimes change the drink for a cookies and cream milkshake. I do want to try the frosted coffee and frosted lemonade next, though! Service is great; they always have a smile on their faces. They will come by and offer refills or take away your tray when you're done with your meal. And they always say "my pleasure!". I love this location! Make sure to enter through the CVS side if you're dining in and not driving though the drive-thru. read more

Everything was great. The sandwich was actually hot! And it was indeed spicy. What really did it for me though was the service. Sitting and messin with my phone, a team member came to my table and asked very politely if I wanted a refill on my soda! I was very impressed!
