If you are a first timer at Chick-Fil-A, you can be optimistic that the food will taste good. Barnes and Noble, which is located near Chick-Fil-A, is a landmark you can look for if you're having trouble finding this place. When you first enter this popular fast food restaurant, expecting the place to be boisterous,but in reality it is pretty tranquil. The wait in line was very quick, and the dining room was augmented by embellishing pots of flowers on the table. Although the place wasn't packed, there was an abundance of employees working in the kitchen. The chicken sandwich combo, which is what I ordered, befuddled me because it did not have any lettuce but overall was delicious. The cordial cashier took my order, impressing me when she helped me look through the food menu since it was my first time. It took less than five minutes for my food to be ready, so I was enthralled when she placed the food in front of me. In addition, I ordered a strawberry shake, the flavor wasn't too sweet and it was frigid. One relevant piece of information is that the prices are reasonable, $595 for the combo and $2.75 for the shake.. Chick Fil A's tasty fries and sauce were very delicious, causing me want to come back again soon. My recommendation is that you ask if you can have any toppings in your burger before you purchase and also this place does not serve burgers. Finally, I suggest you to their salads, fruit cups, and soups, and Chick Fil A is not open on Sundays. read more

I used to love visiting this Chick-fil-A, but lately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The quality of the food has noticeably declined. The chicken sandwiches are no longer as fresh and the waffle fries are often undercooked and rarely filled in the box. It's clear that the standards for food preparation and freshness are not being upheld at this location. Additionally, the service has become subpar. The staff members seem disorganized and overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times and frequent mistakes with orders. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait much longer than usual for my food, only to receive an incorrect order or find that items were missing. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality and service at a location that I used to enjoy so much. I hope that management takes notice of these issues and takes steps to improve the overall experience for customers. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere read more

Placed an order through the app and when it was delivered it was left outside on the floor even though directions say to hand it to me inside (an office building) so I call the store and they cannot do anything they tell me to call "chick fil a cares" I call them and they tell me they can't do anything either.... that I have to call door dash and finally they helped but I missed out on my 30 min lunch. It was upsetting enough to have to do the most when the restaurant messed up so I thought let me try the salad that WAS delivered and when I open it AH HUGE FLY IN THE SALAD. I ordered a sweet tea with a splash of lemonade - something simple and specific because it was for my little niece. The order taker labeled it as "75%," which was no problem. But when I pulled up to the window, I heard one of the employees inside loudly say, "Who the f* orders 75%?"** while openly complaining about the drink. Another worker at the window just laughed and didn't do anything to stop her, letting the comments continue until the drink was handed over. My niece was in the car and heard the whole thing. The staff were all so kind and the gentleman by the name of roel was more than delighted when he came up to my vehicle and was very friendly and asked how I was and had a brief conversation with me before sending me on my way. I love chik-fil-a BUT i don't love this place. There was a male employee wiping his sweat with his hand by the lemonade machine then came to help the customers at the register. Gross! & a different time there was a girl employee braiding her hair in the front as if nothing was wrong. No, I don't think you should be doing that there. In the back room maybe or the restroom. Despite the line being long, it was definitely well worth the wait because once I went to the first window to pay for my sandwich, I proceeded to the second window, and the guy gave me a large lemonade on the house, and apologized for the wait! This location in the Signal Hill area wasn't too crowded this time, well I mean it had lines still but wasn't totally out the door. We went in to dine. The inside was nice and clean and looked just like all the rest of the In N Outs. I already know what my crew wants, so I do the ordering since I'm the one paying. For me I get my Double Double Animal style with extra grilled onions, order of fries and a drink. I guess they have that on the menu at a #1. The one other girl on the crew want her Double Double Protein style, meaning it's a lettuce wrap with no bun. But then she want fries animal style ... so much for cutting the carbs! The rest of the guys get what I have. The food is up in not too much time and I go up from our table and get it from the counter. It all looks yummy as hell like always. Every body grabs their food off the trays and munches in. This food should hold us for awhile till we get outta LA and over the Grapevine. WE might have to stop somewhere north up the 5.

Sweet lady with the pretty name, you made my night. I'm the Kiddo who came in late around 9 or 10. My kid had a bad day at school, and a bad day at work. He came home and made dinner, which then promptly fell on the floor. His shoulders just slumped. I said, let me get you some Dave's (He loves DHC). I was also tired from a very long day at work, but drove there after pre-ordering. As soon as I walked in, there's this huge smile at the counter asking what can she do for me. I told her my kid placed an order. She found it and asked would I like any sauce and I said, I don't know. It's for my kid and she said, "I got you!" And proceeded to load me up with sauces she knew my kid would like as we chatted. She seemed to know I had a rough day and was as genuinely kind as she could be, and I'm sure she had been working all day as well and yet, she lit up the store. Just a brief encounter, but it made my whole day, and of course, my kid loved the sliders.

I discarded the rest ate the bread and side to balance out my tastebuds. The food I would say one out of 10 stars. But I gave a two because of the extremely kind and patient employee at the counter. She was an all star but very under staffed at the counter. She was doing what she could, but literally 7-10 ppl at counter waiting at a time isn't a good look. Customers were a lil rude being demanding. I will update and revisit my review, since I'll give credit to the Dave's feedback management. I was left so unsatisfied I submitted my feedback and answered with credit for an opportunity to try again. So I appreciate that. Although I'm hesitant, and I have to be honest, that meal was not good, one of the worst meals I've had in recent memory due taste ... I will give them another shot however.
