First time ever eating here and I'm in love. KFC, Popeye's and whoever else wana sell chicken can give it up. I know the Chick-fil-A sauce is just ketchup and mayo (still bomb) but they have another sauce that comes in a pack that's called honey roasted bbq . Customer service is amazing. I am truly disappointed in this location. Even before COVID they would get my order wrong, leave food out, missing drink etc. and when I complain I am treated like nothing. I just want what I paid for. Tonight however was like no other. They forgot my milk while waiting to get it I checked my order and realized one item was missing. They told me that they needed to check my bag to confirm it was missing. This young gal took my bag which mind you had over $50 worth of food and manhandled the others items. Needless to say During a pandemic I am not happy that this was happening. I told her to stop and she said she had to check. I asked for a manager and rather than the manager coming out the employee just gave me the item that was missing. I felt like they didn't care about my safety because she touched my other food items. Why would I lie about a missing item!?! I gladly paid a fortune for this dinner! A call to the manger went to voicemail. Their practice needs to change. read more

What happened today at this location was just shameful. I witnessed a customer having the police called on them for doing nothing other than sitting in a chair with his head on the table and looking different than everyone else. When I arrived at Chick-fil-A at around noon and went to get a seat I noticed a man who was sitting at a table with his head down, surrounded by the meal he had just finished. This man looked like he may be homeless, or at least poor. My 3 year old and I sat at the table next to him and ate our food. During this entire time the man at the table next to us kept his head down except for one, very polite, exchange with a Chick-fil-A employee. The employee came over and asked if the man needed anything. He politely said he didn't. Then the employee asked if they could clear the trash from his table. Again, he politely declined and told the employee he would take care of it himself. After this exchange the man placed his head down on the table. After eating for 45 minutes or so, I took my daughter to the bathroom. We were gone about 5 minutes. By the time we got back to our table, a LBPD officer was informing the man that he needed to leave. The only parts of the exchange I heard was the officer telling the man needed to leave and that if the man had a problem he should complain to Chick-fil-A's customer service. The man agreed and packed his food up to leave. Both the man and the police officer were being very cordial and non-standoffish. By the time I got to the other side of the restaurant to leave, two more police officers arrived to escort the man out of the restaurant. This whole scene was very upsetting because there was no reason to make that man leave. Much less a need to call the police, and for 3 officers to respond. At no time, did I witness any employee ask him to leave. At no time did he bother anybody. There was ample seating for any other customer so he was not preventing anyone from getting a table. I also hope you notice in the first paragraph I referred to this man as a CUSTOMER. He paid for and ate his food, so he was there for a reason. The entire time I was there, there was another man, on his laptop, with no food in front of him, working and not bothering anyone. What is the difference between him and the man the police were called on? Why weren't the police called on me? My three year old threw a tantrum on the floor in the middle of the restaurant disturbing everyone in the vicinity. I'd say that was much more of a disturbance than a man sitting at a table with his head down. At what point was that man not welcome? If an employee never asked him to leave, what legal authority did the LBPD have to come and escort him out of the restaurant? How come the man with the laptop wasn't escorted out by the police? He was sitting there just as long. And why, LBPD would you waste taxpayer dollars sending an officer to respond to a situation that you had no business sticking your nose in? Well you didn't waste taxpayer dollars sending an officer, you wasted taxpayer dollars sending 3 officers. If the Chick-fil-A employees really wanted that man to leave, they at least should have had the decency and guts to ask him to leave themselves before getting the police involved. Shame on the Chick-fil-A employees for not letting that man be, and for calling the police to do their dirty work. Your company claims that its values are based in Christianity and the Bible. What I witnessed today was the exact opposite of the values the Bible teaches. Here is a passage that you really should take to heart: Zechariah 7:9-10. Lastly, shame on LBPD for even getting involved in this affair and for completely over reacting by sending 3 officers to deal with a polite, compliant man. read more

The worst place here. I ordered a chicken sandwich to go and I came to find out all dressings I asked for are not in my bag. This is so disappointing and unprofessional. This was the second time they do this to me. I shouldn't have to look thru my bag when clearly it's just one item I buy. Worst customer service ever and the manager I spoke too as well. My first trip in was awesome had a great Chick-fil-A sandwich combo with great customer service. I unknowingly caught Zion at the beginning of his break but he still took his own time to get me a sweet tea. The other staff was friendly too but that about Zion stood out to me. i have been a loyal chick fil a fan since i can remember. i was really disappointed as i got older and found out the brand's political views. HOWEVER, this is my favorite food of all time. and i have to say, i must have been to chick fil a literally over 1,000 times and not ONCE have i ever received rude service, the wrong order, or cold food. chick fil a is absolutely unrivaled in the fast food industry when it comes to their service and quality. it is a little pricey but the food is so fresh and delicious every single time. this particular chick fil a is right next to my place and the employees know me there and greet me by name and chat with me. i always get free coupons and rewards. chick fil a staff, you rock! read more

Chickens always taste fresh and juicy, waffle fries crisp and I love the Chick-fil-a sauce. And guess what you get as many as you want and it doesn't cost extra like at that other chicken place. My family always enjoys Chick-fil-A... but this branch has the best customer service than any other Chik-fil- A in town. Today is my son's bday and we decided to have his class catered lunch from Chik-fil-A. When I came in at this brunch at around 8am today to placed an order for 11am pick up, Veronica took care of my order efficiently. Got my orders on a timely manner although there's few missing nuggets on the bag that was immediately taken cared of by Veronica etc. Veronica has an excellent skills in delegating with her staff, Veronica has a calm engaging anf caring voice yet over all professional dealing with customers and her staff. From the bottom of my heart thank you all specially to Veronica for making my son's bday lunch celebration a success. I highly and excellently recommend this awesome branch! read more

Seriously the best chicken sandwich ever (sorry Popeye's Chicken!). When you see the very long line at drive thru it almost makes you want to go someplace else. However, they have several employees working outside, walking up to the car windows, taking orders, asking your name. Then as you get closer someone takes your money. You get to the window and there are two more employees working OUTSIDE that say your name and hand you your order. And they use "my pleasure" all the time. The employees always seem very happy. And who wouldn't be, they probably get to eat those delicious chicken sandwiches free when they work! I recommend this place, even if there is a long line. This was our third time coming to this location since they opened at the Traffic Circle. The food is delicious and despite usually being busy the service has been great. I believe it was the manager Kristie who brought our food out today, there was some minor confusion by the cashier when they took our order, but she promptly made it right. I looove chick-fil-a and have never had an issue in the past, they're usually very professional and get you your food in a timely manner however last night I went to the drive through and as the employee was walking to my car to take my order he got a call on the radio and turned around and went inside. Nobody communicated to make sure he took my order or that he let the next person know whose order had not been taken yet. So as I sit in line for 20 minutes I finally get to the window (still haven't ordered yet) and they tell me the kitchen is now closed and they have no food for me to order. I waited in line for so long just to be told I can't even get any food. The manager was apologetic and gave me some coupons, however I can't have coupons for dinner can I. I'm just hoping this doesn't happen again because I really do enjoy eating here. read more

Updating this review because they definitely have made the drive thru so much better. During high traffic times there are at least two people out there taking orders. Once I saw four! And sometimes they have people outside the drive up window who bring the food to you as you wait. They definitely stepped it up! read more
