Very disappointed with my experience. My order was missing my sandwich, which was the main item I paid for. I tried calling the store multiple times to get a refund or speak with someone about the issue, but all I could reach was an automated voice system. I also tried the manager line, but no one ever answered. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience frustrating was the complete lack of customer service afterward. There was no easy way to get assistance or resolve the problem. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this was extremely disappointing. My family and I have been ordering from this location since they opened. It's been great up until recently. My last 3 drive-thru orders have had problems. The utensils were all warped to the point of being completely useless during one visit. They swapped a chicken sandwich with a spicy one, unbeknownst to me, which I then fed to my 8 year old during another visit. The final straw was tonight after finding a HAIR attached to my chicken tender. During my first bite, I actually thought to myself, "gee, why does this chicken feel hairy". I figured I was imagining things and did a cursory glance as I struggled to tame my toddler at the same time. We needed to order some food for a treat for employees participating in an on campus event. We asked them specifically what they wanted and they said Chick-fil-A! It was super simple to order sandwiches online. They had great communication and let me know when they were close so I met them outside and it was very easy to find their car in a long line of traffic coming into our campus since it is painted with their branding. Everything was delivered early! They were also thoughtful and brought napkins and a rainbow of their sauces not just the two that I chose online. While driving, everything was kept in the thermal bag, so the sandwiches were still really hot when I received them. And then they transferred everything into reusable bags for me to carry it into my event. I would definitely order through them again for other events. read more

What goes with a great chicken? A delicious salad. Chick-fil-A has great salads on the menu. My salad of choice is the Cobb Salad. The Cobb Salad has plenty of delicious chicken (fried or grilled), and a plethora of delicious vegetables. The mixed greens salad includes, roasted corn kernels, cheese, grape tomatoes, bacon, and a sliced hard boiled egg. This salad is a meal within its self. There are many salad dressings, but my favorite is Avocado Lime Ranch. It's the perfect combination to add to this meal of a salad. The service at this restaurant is outstanding. There are many customers, but the customer service team, manages to keep the food and customers happy. The restaurant's calm manner, makes the atmosphere refreshing. read more

Dear Chick-fil-A Customer Service, I am writing to follow up on an incident that occurred this evening at your Store #03331, which I have already reported through your website. However, due to the seriousness of the situation and my continued concern, I felt it necessary to document my experience more fully. While receiving a curbside pickup order, an employee aggressively pushed the bag of food and a drink carrier containing two beverages into my chest instead of handing them over respectfully. This resulted in one of the drink lids popping off and the beverage spilling on me. The employee walked away without acknowledging the spill or offering any apology or assistance. I was left stunned--not only by the physical impact, but also by the complete lack of professionalism and care. As someone who has been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, I found this deeply upsetting. I have always associated Chick-fil-A with excellent service and courteous staff, which made this experience even more disappointing. When I spoke with the store manager, I expected a sincere effort to remedy the situation (not even a refund). However, I was met with a vague response about possibly offering a "reward," and no offer to reimburse or replace my order. While the apology was appreciated, a coupon or vague promise does not feel like a proportionate or adequate response to being physically mishandled and doused with a spilled drink. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left; the service was fantastic. I am completely amazed by how above and beyond each employee is. I visited around 8:30pm on June 16th, 2025 and the night shift staff was THEE BEST. I appreciate all the care in making sure our meal was perfect as well as refilling our drinks. Very unsatisfied with the lack of care and customer service at this location yesterday morning. All I ordered was an egg & cheese biscuit. The first time they put the wrong cheese, the second time they didn't put the egg, and the 3rd time they just slapped the egg in between some barely cooked bread & unmelted cheese. A simple sandwich shouldn't cause this much trouble. The "manager" on duty didn't even seemed phased that my order was wrong 3 times. I ordered the new pimento honey chicken sandwich without the pimento. ( I really wanted the honey chicken) The service wasn't what I am accustomed to with happy faces , ready to serve and the food quality was awful. On 8/31/2023 Emily handed me my food. I have never ordered a milkshake from there before so I had no idea that they put the cherries on top and cherry juice and I didn't want that so I asked her if she could please give me one without it she had an attitude about that and basically handed me back the shake but without the same clear lid so you know when you get a clear lid, it's like when you get a Slurpee there's more of it you can put inside of there so I felt that she was cheating me out of getting more because I didn't want the cherry or the maraschino cherry sauce on the shake, and when I asked why I got a different lid I said I asked she just gave me an attitude and said it's the same shakes as a different lid and that's not how you respond to someone asking a question especially for someone who's never had that before at that location Jess Was her boss or seem to be someone who was in charge and I told her Emily's attitude is inexcusable. There's no reason for her to have an attitude with me and I'm going to put that in a review and perhaps you can use this to help her become a better employee. Food is typically fresh and service is pleasant however, there is some trickery going on. I went through the drive-thru to order their new maple pepper bacon sandwich. I was adamant about getting the receipt because I wanted to manually scan in and get points for the order. Sometimes I forget. As I take a look at the receipt I notice a 10 cent "Bag fee" charge. I couldn't believe my eyes! I know chick-fil-a is NOT charging their customers for a bag to put their paid food orders in ?! I am disgusted. It's not about the cost of the bag it's the principle! I have been a long time Chick-fil-A lover for practically a quarter of my life and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this establishment. This restaurant is nestled in the middle of Playa Vista where you can't find many fast food places other than local Ma and Pa burger shops. Being on the west side of LA, most of all restaurants here are the bougie/expensive/earthy andorganic scene. Which is why the lines of this Chick-fil-A are always extremely long. I came in for my usual chicken deluxe sandwich and the chicken was raw. I sent an email to management but they never responded. I have gone to this Chick-fil-A location so many times. Why do I keep coming back you ask? It is the service and quickness with which I get my hot fast food! The last time I came to this location I went through the drive through and was greeted by a very fast talking young lady. She talked so fast that she made me feel slightly rushed. Lucky for me though, I already knew what I wanted and was able to order just as fast as she asked. It was when we got to the sauces that I got tripped up. She said them so fast I needed her to repeat them. Anyway, outside of the fast talker my overall experience was pretty good. I could tell that Chick-fil-A cares about their staff due to them having a hand washing station outside and because of them allowing customers to grab their food off of a tray instead of hand to hand. My nuggets and potatoes were freshly cooked and given to me hot while my wrap was nicely chilled. I did have to wait a tiny bit for my drink but it was all worth it when I took my fist sip of that sweet tea! Thanks for making my day Chick-fil-A! read more
