I stop by this Subway every Tuesday after work on my way home, and it has quietly become my go-to dinner spot. The commute home is long and traffic can be rough, but that sandwich makes Tuesdays something I genuinely look forward to. Because I come every week, I've started to recognize familiar faces. The staff are kind, sometimes even offering a small discount, which I always appreciate. More than anything, the vegetables are fresh and they don't hold back on portions. I usually order a footlong Spicy Italian with all the veggies, finished with olive oil and vinegar. I end up eating it in the car on the way home, and somehow it just makes the evening feel calm and comforting. There's a shorter lady behind the counter who often makes my sandwich, and she reminds me of an aunt, which makes the place feel even more welcoming. It's a small space but consistently clean. They seem to close a bit early, but aside from that, I've never noticed any issues with cleanliness or smell, so I'm not sure why some reviews say otherwise. I heard the management recently changed, so it seems like a new owner has taken over. Personally, I prefer this spot over the Starbucks next door. Not a fan of this Subway. Two stars. I ordered my typical foot long tuna sandwich and asked for everything on it. The employee understood my order, but proceeded to put only a few skimpy pieces on my sandwich as she made it. I saw what was happening and I notified her that I was willing to pay extra to have all of the toppings on my sandwich, as I realize that it could cost the company more money. Still, nothing. This location used to be my go-to spot, but I hadn't been by in a while. I stopped by this past weekend as I'm now addicted to the Sub of the Day promo. My "sandwich artist" was a guy who really didn't look like he wanted to be there. He sliced my entire loaf in half instead of making an incision and folding it over. That ended up causing a problem when he later went to stack the vegetables onto the sandwich. Parking is for the most part ample, although lunch and evening hours it does get crowded. read more

Man I've been to alot of subways throughout the world and ordered the spicy Italian footlong at every one. EXCEPT TODAY! I came in feeling sluggish as a Film Director. Needed a kick and ordered my favorite again. Sergio stepped up and took my order. I SHALL SAY THIS! I'VE NEVER SEEN MY SANDWICH PREPARED SO BEAUTIFULLY. Sergio gave me great customer service. My sandwich looked amazing as an advertisement. Couldnt help but compliment him through the process of how great it looked. At the end he even surprised me more. He packaged them up separately. Usually subway just cuts your footlong in half and wraps it leaving it a mess to break. Not Sergio! He wrapped each half. I called 2 days in advanced for a medium size party tray, paid in full and to be picked up today(Friday). Walk in expecting it to be ready but (I think her name was Jennifer) had a puzzled look on her face and immediately told me "we don't have any orders for today) her and the other older gentlemen both agreed that I must have had the wrong location because they didn't have any party orders for today. This told me 1)my order wasn't done 2) they were both rude and careless The older man went to the back office, went through some paperwork and underneath it all, he found my order. Well, how organized is that? To lose a customers order and then insult the customer (me). Only reason why I am giving this subway a 2 stars instead of one is because the older man actually apologized on behalf of himself and Jennifer. Jennifer seem to not care at all but probably because she felt stupid. The order was made fast in minutes, which I appreciated because I was in a hurry. This Subway location is good. Whenever I go, there is never a wait. I order what I want, get it, and leave. The quality is good, just like the majority of all Subway restaurants. I have to give the guys working here props. Today when I came in they were super busy and you could tell that they were dealing with some difficult customers with some outrageous requests. I waited almost 15 minutes in line for the 3 customers in front of me with these gentlemen doing everything in their power to make these women happy and it still wasn't enough for them. I wasn't even mad about the wait because I was super impressed with the professionalism they were upholding even with the crap they were taking. They kept their cool, kept working quickly, and kept a positive friendly attitude even though the ladies didn't deserve it. This was my favorite place to eat a salad during my break in between patients. Today was the second time I experienced unprofessional behavior by the sandwich maker. I put in my order and the guy went to get the bowl to make my salad when he came back I asked him could you change your gloves immediately he gets an attitude changes his gloves and says next while he pushes my bowl aside he immediately starts to take the the persons order behind me and I said excuse me but I was next he continued and then said he's going to make your salad to the other worker who was helping the customer in front of me. I'm not sure why someone would think it's okay to leave the food counter go in the storage are where the customer can't see come back and start to ask me what I want in my salad without putting on new gloves. I'm not sure where his hands were back there or maybe he picked his nose touched a unclean surface. He got angry with me for requesting him to change his gloves.
