Kinda sick of everyone I know talking about this place like it's amazing. It's really not that special. Their fries and chicken are only okay compared to other places like Chicken Express or Raising Cane's. Customer service is great I haven't really had a problem with it. Their tables are always dirty, they can afford to hire more people. The only reason I would come here would to get my favorite drink, hi-c which is different from the store bought version. read more

The people are friendly but they tend to mess up my order or fill my fries only halfway. What's great is that they're willing to fix it but I'd hate to ask them to fill up my fries because then it just looks like I ate some lol. Ordered a sausage, egg, biscuit without cheese. Got home, packaging stated no cheese, opened it up, I see cheese. The food is great obviously, but i'm here to comment on this location specifically. I came here with my fiancé. Prior to coming here, I needed to buy some makeup, so i decided to play around and put some on his face as well to show him how he would look with foundation on. I went to find a seat while he ordered and the cashier accused him of being gay. He asked him, condescendingly, what product he had on his face, he said that his fiance put it on his face, not him. The cashier replied, "I'm sorry, what product did he put on your face?" He pointed at me, and said "it was her." They were laughing and making fun of him. it was pretty offensive. This is by far the worst chick fil a location and I'm upset it's the closest one to my house. Everytime there's even a few people in line the orders get crossed and they rush you so you don't look at the food which turns out to be completely wrong. The last 2 times I've been they are rude at the window. I always give them the benefit of the doubt because of how good the food is and all other locations are so much better...why can this store not get it together? read more

This is a Chick-fil-A. They are the same as every other one. Which is good. They are my favorite chicken sandwich and nuggets. As every other one, the workers are friendly and nice. Always clean. Their breakfast is good too. Drive-thru is quick, fresh and hot. I see that some of the reviews are poor, which surprised me as I have never had anything except always great. Went through the drive-thru today and got home to realize I had been given the completely wrong meal. I tried to eat the fries and sandwich I was given, but they tasted terrible. The fries seemed over cooked and crunchy and the sandwich was just not something I like. I decided to call to see if I could just get my money back since i do not actually live in Mansfield and had only stopped there on my way back home to Arlington. The woman who answered the phone had a very strong accent, was quite rude and constantly speaking over me to cut me off. She did state that she could refund my money if she could find my order. She was unable to find it, even though it was confirmed that I had called the correct location, i had my receipt and had used my friends app with the purchase. She told me I would have to come back in or she could write my name down for next time I come in. Neither of those were convenient options for me as I do not frequent that location, nor do I live near it. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that she was the manager, me frustrated at this point, sighed loudly and stated that was disappointing. She then said well, the general manager wasn't in the store today. She took my name and number and said she would look and call me back. I was called back by a man who stated that he could not refund my money without me driving back out with the incorrect meal. I begrudgingly drive back out to Mansfield to get my refund. The young man at the counter was very polite, refunded my money and offered to get me my correct meal. I declined the replacement as I feel sick to my stomach from what I did try to eat and do not want to try anything else from this location. I did tell him I was upset with how I was spoken to on the phone and he offered to get the manger for me. I thought, "oh great the same woman that was so rude to me in the phone", but was surprised to find out it was not as she did not have the same accent. She also stated that she had not answered the phone since she had been there today. So along with the poor customer service I had received the phone, I had also been lied to. I was very displeased with the whole experience and expected so much more from this company. I will NOT be going back anytime soon if ever. read more

Tiny "Nuggets"(I mean tiny like shriveled up fried oysters), dry, and packed into a tiny box, and shoved into a tiny paper bag. The chicken fingers were likewise shriveled up and very small as well and also packed into a tiny box. Absolutely a bad experience! read more

I have had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, given 4-5 order mistakes. I made it through that, however, I was told Saturday they were discontinuing their senior discount. Very disappointing. I go there every Saturday to buy lunch for my 93 yr old Mom and me. She is down the road in assisted living. Apparently, greed even gets to a fine organization like this..So disappointed! read more
