I entirely forgot this new location opened just a short while ago, and I am SO glad! It's been a minute since I've indulged in my favorite 'fast food' joint- I miss the convenience of working right next to one. So, thank goodness for this new location nearby work AND home, plus the luxury of DoorDash delivery (which this location was a freebie for delivery this evening). How can one complain about Chick-Fil-A being delivered?! As you would expect with this fabulous chain of integrity- the food was GOOD! Delivered exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. Conveniently & comfortably in one bag, to save waste & also ensuring the heat was kept throughout. Loved their cute bag seal! I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with American cheese & mayo. And totally appreciated the mayo on the side so the bun didn't sog. Medium fries were perfect & not overly salted. Side of Mac & cheese came with some of the crisped cheese topper- the best part! And you cannot beat their chocolate chunk cookie- it's nearly a meal in itself & the PERFECT cookie. Crisp around the edge but soft & chewy center. Bonus on their part: I selected a side of Chick-Fil-A sauce for the fries & sandwich, but they generously provided a couple more, and that is a rarity when it comes to sauces. I'm a happy camper! I'm now eager to visit the location in person once things are safe to do so. And the experience with delivery was flawless, so I'll opt for this again in the future, I'm sure. Thank you Chick-fil-A for opening up a north east location. This location is updated, has a large and clean play area for the kids, two drive-thru lanes, and staff with a smile. Food was good no complaints. The order was correct. The lines were long and moving very quickly (no issues there). Customer service is well. Everyone loved there food. 2 grilled chicken club sandwich, Mac and cheese, waffle fries and 2 chick fil a sandwich. 2 peppermint chip shakes and Diet Coke. Everyone was happy. I've been ordering curbside delivery at this location. My orders always comes out piping hot, correct, with all the necessary utensils/napkins/requested sauces, and soon after hitting the "I'm here" button on the Chick-fil-A app. I'm a bit sad Chick-fil-A in Arizona is a test market and currently don't carry non-spicy chicken strips (they do carry spicy chicken strips), but they definitely have their operations down with a friendly attitude and smile to boot. read more

I've been to this chick-fil-A 3 times. The last was my last time. Well my 2nd visit at the end of me ordering I ask the woman for my drink. She replied can't remember what she said exactly but it seem like she had a attitude about giving it to me. Then made my drink and gave it to me. 3rd and last visit to the Power n Mc Kellips Chick-fil-A. I ordered my food from a lady ( I don't believe it was the same lady). She disappeared after I ordered. And what I assumed was the manager a noticeably tall noticeably slim Anglo man. I ask for my drink. With out word he gave it to me as I waited. My food was ready. I walked to the counter arm and hand extended to receive my food. Within a foot of my hand this man drop my food on the counter. I did not appreciate this. Pressed for time I left. Call corporate explained my experience. They said the started a new thing where you have to wait for your drink to you got your food. Ok weird but ok. Then the dropping of my food they said they would talk to him he is a manager and they apologized. Offered me a free meal. I accepted but I won't be back to that one. read more

Well, to begin with. There's no indoor dining at this Chick-fil-A. Due to the covid-19 . They want you to order on the app. However, you can go in and stand in line and they have social distancing access set up. They have you wait in standing tables up against the far window for your orders to come through. All the dining room furniture is wrapped up in the children's play area is also closed down. Of course that makes a lot of sense and you have to do it for everyone safety. It's clean inside. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves. No napkins are out ,no condiments ,nothing they give you everything you need. Well we're trying to support local businesses when we can this was actually my first visit to Chick-fil-A. Add this location. I like their food except for the bread on the buns. The bread is really weird. It gets mushy if the sandwich is on it too long. When the initial round of lock downs happened, I ordered Chick-fil-A by delivery. I was super glad and happy to get a sandwich (extra pickles) waffle fries and a coke. As the quarantine eased, I enjoyed driving over to Mckellips and Power road to get a snack. I marveled at the staff standing outside during the hottest damn summer in Arizona history. They would ALWAYS greet you with a smile and talk to my dog. I wanted to find a way to tip the workers but never could find a way. Now, at night when I drive through, the staff is still friendly. The sandwich is excellent and my dog loves waffle fries. Thanks Chick-fil-A! You made a rough year better with your smiles, great attitudes, good food and your happy greetings for my dog. Ok I'm a fan. The food is yummy. But honesty the most impressive thing is the drive through procedure. No other place in the world is this effective & efficient. You're in and out of there quick fast in a hurry. Also the employees seem genuinely happy there. There is a young man named Joseph who works at this location, and I am telling you he is the most polite and hardworking person I have encountered in years. He is incredibly thorough and accurate with everything he does. He greats everyone with a warm hello and smile. I watched his manager give him directions to take care of a couple of tasks, and he was eager and efficient. This wonderful person name Kim who helped me order and made some options that I may like. I ordered my meal and sat at a table. She brought my meal and gave me a fruit salad and a piece of fudge. I come every morning for breakfast and am a red member. First time I choose to come inside. I was standing in like at least 5 minutes before breakfast ended. The lady in front of my took time ordering her salad and the girl had to refill the cup twice because it was dirty. Then SAID NO to serving me breakfast. I said "even though I was in like before it ended". She said no. Someone else should have taken my order sooner than if you were gonna cut me off from ordering breakfast when I was already in line for long enough. Not happy. I come in multiple times a week and the staff always recognizes me. Not happy with the lady taking my order. We waited in line (they have no less than TWO lanes for drive thru mind you) and it was almost 20 minutes before we got to the speaker where they take your order. We waited there another 5, with complete radio silence from their end, as we awkwardly stared at the speaker, while 4 cars in the other drive thru lane pulled ahead of us. Finally, a rather abrupt individual at last said hello from the speaker, and we placed our order, waiting another 10 minutes before we got to the window. What was supposed to be a 'fast food' experience, took 40 minutes out of our day, making us miss the event we were driving towards, all for a freakin sweet tea, and soggy chicken sandwich. We love our Mckellips Chickfila, no matter what time of day. The drive-thru can get long during lunch and dinner but we're still typically out within 10 mins.
