I came here today and picked up lunch for myself and a friend. There were two very long lines at 11:30. I timed the process. I waited in line, ordered and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. The food was hot and delicious. I don't know of any other place that this can happen. I am very impressed with the training, care and speed at which this business is managed. Quite literally the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I wrote the first few times off trying to assume they were having a bad day but as I've returned (it's the only location nearby) I've realized it's the norm. Completely disorganized, my order is always wrong the management is rude and unable to run the store in an efficient manner. As a former Chick-fil-A employee, I recognize when people extend the second mile service. It was my first time eating here. My cousin was buying so can't complain about that. Service was horrible, told the lady it was my first time there "what do you want". Didn't show me the menu. Had to repeat my order over and over because we had to keep moving Up which I get but how do you take an order and talk to a person if you keep walking away? She was rude. Trent was on top of it! He was waking around checking on customers to offer refills and to clear off tables when people were finished eating he was very kind and knew what he was going. I've been eating at chick fil for almost 20 years and I have never experienced customer service the way that Trent was doing it. I hope that chick fil a offers rewards to employees who go above and beyond. I will definitely be visiting this store on a regular basis once the location opens back up after remodel. Haven for moms!!! I have gone to this Chick-Fil-A several times and I'm always pleased with my experience. I always get fast service and have nice encounters with the employees. But it's never been something where I think "Wow I should do a review on yelp." Except for today! Our experience was going the same as usual: wrangle kids as I put in an order, find a table by the play area, try to get the kids to eat their food before they go and play... this last step is always the hardest because, in their minds, food is good, but playing is better. Then this is when things changed. A sweet worker (I think I overheard her name is Mila?) came and brought my kids and me some mints. She heard me bargaining to get them to eat for a few minutes before playing. My older kid agreed but the 2.5 year old was NOT happy. Mila then went out of her way to say if my daughter ate like I asked, she could bring her a book AND an ice cream! I wasn't sure if this was actually going to happen but she did! Totally made my day and my todddlers! I watched this sweet lady continue to help out with more moms and their kids as well as other customers and even help in the play area. She always took the time to chat and get to know each group. Just really an awesome example of going above and beyond! read more

I am not sure if I came here on a training day, but the workers seemed to be very lackadaisical. I felt that there was no hustle and no sense of urgency from the workers at all. There was a line to the door and the workers were clearly not concerned with providing fast service. Always loved this location my son and his friends even worked there a few years ago - No longer! We have been known to go a couple times a week before the remodel, it has changed for the worse. Don't order breakfast on the app and get in the drivethru even if it looks just a little busy. We completed our order 2 minutes before breakfast stopped serving for the day and then got in the drivethru at 10:30. After 35 minutes in the drivethru and almost being hit by a car that didn't want to wait their turn before merging into the one lane we arrived at the window to pick up our order. There we were told by the manager that our order was not prepared because we were not in the drivethru lane before 10:30. I don't know how he would know that. The manager couldn't have cared less about our 35 min wait in the drivethru or us leaving so without any food. Awful service my husband said he won't be back. I posted on their FB page a week ago but no response. I'm not sure why they can't figure out the mobile app orders at this location but it's always an issue. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for food ordered on the app on 8/17. Employees were not helpful and they acted put out when I asked for help to take the food to my vehicle - which is what they were supposed to do to begin with. We've gotten undercooked chicken before with a separate visit and now my husband has been in line for over 25 minutes to get our food. This is ridiculous. We won't be back to this location.
