Chick fil a is one of the only places I can eat safely when I want a quick bite as a celiac. Every single time I find that the employees are educated on it, the fries and hashbrowns are in dedicated fryer. This particular chick fil a was absolutely not helpful when I asked for some hashbrowns and for them to be noted with a celiac allergy. The guy said that the oil they're cooked in is not gluten free, they are not in a dedicated fryer as they should be. And they cannot guarantee that they are not cross contacted with gluten. He said the best he could do is change his gloves and that's it. This is the first time I've dealt with something like this at a chic fil a. If you have allergies please stay away, even the manager seems like an idiot if the gluten free items and not gluten free anymore. Thanks a lot! read more

I traveled 15 min to get breakfast here, because I love the Eggwhite Grill. I got this and a hashbrown scramble bowl on a mobile order at the drive through. The eggwhite grill was cold, although I placed the order at the drivethrough. The hashbrown bowl was good. I went inside to get it remade, and it took about 10 min to get another cold sandwich, and they promised me cookies they never gave me. Nice people but bad food and slow service. read more

This was my breakfast burrito..... ordered on the app 06/14/2025 at about 9:30 am for drive through. Got to the window/door they were oddly puzzled why I was there (already had confirmed my mobile order with the gal taking orders on her tablet) window people asking me "wHaT dID yOU gEt!?" With them looking at me like I was an idiot for being there...so I told them my order and showed them my phone. I waited at the window for about 5 minutes (obviously the order had not been made) when the manager handed me the bag it felt oddly light. I should've checked it right there but I had to get on the road, about 10 minutes later I open this....It's disgusting they would assemble this for a person. Not only that, the manager seemed to rush them to push me out of the drive through... Also! No eggs lol, not even a trace, one tender chopped up some cheese and a couple hash browns. I have over 50k lifetime points, I will never spend another dollar at Chick-fil-A, I'll use up my points and that's it, this establishment has plummeted service, quality and definitely portion size, all the while price gouging us. I had such a pleasant experience at the Chic-fil-A on Dobson. For starters, there was no line at all. I guess I came at the perfect time in between lunch and dinner. What made my experience great was seeing the staff taking their time with cleaning tables, refreshing the flowers, and just overall showing kindness to their customers. Honestly, who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? (It's okay, I'll wait while you try and find someone) I was sad to see this store closed down for remodeling but am overjoyed to see that they have reopened. The remodel looks great but I think my favorite feature is the updates they made to the drive thru (two lanes). Mesa Riverview gets pretty busy during lunch but the change they made to the drive thru make the traffic flow much smoother. As per usual, the staff is friendly and always happy to help and the food is delicious. If you love free food and Chick-fil-A then make sure you download the app. It's always a nice surprise when you open the app and find out you've got a gift waiting for you. read more

After a busy day and waiting to eat, decided to hit this chic-fil-a. One thing we noticed from being out of town was the chic-fil-a are no where near the crowds of the south. We ordered on line and proceeded to the drive through. Which surprised me how long we had to sit in the line when probably only 6 cars in front of us. Once we got to the window, we waited what seemed like 15 minutes or more as they delivered food to those in back of us. Then finally came our food, we briefly checked the number of items, but once on the road realized they messed up the order. Turned around and had to sit again in the line for them to provide us with the sandwich missing and they added a fries. But, no apology or typical service I am used to having in other chic-fil-a visited. Over food was good, just attention to order, customer service, and speed lacked. read more

Chik Fil a makes me feel better when I am not in a good mood because it tastes so good. The flavor is definitely the best and I like the crunchy crunch of the outside of the chicken nuggets. They are so fast with the food. I remember that during the day when they have the eat more chicken, wear a cow outfit promotion that even when there were tons of people there that the service was fast. I've been by this area for at least ten years. The last year, or whenever they did the remodel, they must have let go employees or they left. This isn't exactly a welcoming message. I waited at the window for 6-8 minutes. (I'm trying not to overestimate the time I sat there). This person was like this the entire time. Awkward. Almost every time at this place my order is forgetting something. I always check that I got what I paid for now. Workers are generally nice but I can't help but notice they seem either annoyed or not present to the job itself. Food is always great which is why I come back. It's hard to give a food location a low rating because of the service for +10 trips within the last year. Not an overestimate, that's a minimum. I seriously only come for the food and prepare to be pissed when I leave in hopes the meal puts me right again. (Some added comedy relief) read more

Definitely need to stay consistent on their portions. I go to this chick fil an every weekend and today my bowl was half its normal portion size which is ridiculous. They were out of biscuits so I was offered a muffin instead which was fine, but once I got to the window they said that they now had biscuits so I asked if I could get that instead of the muffin since that was what I originally ordered. After many trips here, I finally am letting you know about my visit. I ordered the nuggets with honey mustard sauce, the passion fruit drink unsweetened. They also have a habit of ending breakfast early or somehow running out of breakfast way before 10:30 even rolls around. They have people standing in the long lines inside without telling them that they're not doing breakfast anymore even though it is 1015. That's before 10:30. Is it not? They absolutely need to get on top of their stuff because they are always behind and their people aren't even nice or cooperative. it's really disappointing that this Chick-fil-A sucks. My friend and I stopped in here for lunch after running the Mesa Marathon back in February. During our visit, the dining area was closed and they weren't taking walk up orders. They were only taking orders via the mobile app or the drive-thru. I'm guessing it was due to them being short staffed. That wasn't a problem for us since I always place my order on the app whenever I eat at a Chick-fil-A. Fortunately, we were able to secure one of the tables outside of the restaurant and eat our food there. I had the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets, a cup of tortilla soup, and a frosted lemonade. EXTREMELY fucking slow so disappointing and a waste of my time. I waited 32 MINUETS in the breakfast line for just a biscuit and hashbrown, the longest I sat in one spot was 10 minuets without moving. I was partly fine with that until they gave me my food and my order was wrong, so I had to go inside and waited at the pickup counter for 7 minuets just for them to tell me they can't even make a new one because breakfast is over. Poorly ran and I clarified with Jordan, the name of the worker taking orders in the drive through, to repeat my order and he assured me that they would put egg whites instead of eggs on my biscuit only for it to come with eggs. He was in training and seemed confused when I asked, but he could've and should've asked the other gentleman outside for help instead of reassuring me that it would be egg whites knowing he put eggs on my receipt. read more

I just wasn't thrilled. I think I've had a sandwich from there once before. This was truly my first personal experience. The drive though? Insane. Like a don't even bother next time, Jess. The Kid got a number whatever chicken combo and I wanted the same but spicy. So I ordered the spicy one. By the time we finally get the order and home I lay out my sandwich and it was a piece of chicken between bread. What? What's the big deal? Did I really just pay $10 for this? The Kid says, "it's because you didn't get a deluxe". Really? So they throw chicken on bread for a little less than with toppings? No way. I decided to call the store and ask. He tells me, the deluxe comes with the norm. I told him it surprises me the cost of a sandwich that is literally a piece of chicken on bread. He informs me "and pickles".... there were definitely no pickles and I might have had a better experience if there were. The Polynesian sauce is sweet and sour, in my opinion basically and I made the error of not just getting their named sauce. I'm good on this establishment, I really don't understand the craze. Won't be back, possibly over a silly pickle. Woo Hoo, chick-fila is finally open again after they've been closed due to remodeling for months. They're only doing drive thru orders so no curb side pick up or going inside their dining area. I ordered on the app to pick up through the drive thru. My boyfriend and I both had a free chicken sandwich to redeem. So my order had that along with my meal. We pull up to the drive thru and the girl helping us was odd. It was the most odd chick-fil-a experience ever. She wasn't happy or friendly like what you're used to seeing at any chick-fil-a. She didn't greet us. It was moreso she just came to the window and asked what do you want to order. We said we had a mobile order to pick up and told her the name. Then we had a reward to redeem and had the scan code ready. She started walking off......there wasn't "hey come follow me" "let's keep moving forward". It was bizarre. It was like uhhhhh do we follow?? She asked what the reward to redeem was but scanned the code. A receipt printed out saying what it was. Then she just walked off. No "have a nice day". We were like thank you? And there was no "it's my pleasure". She wasn't very chick-fil-a at all. The receipt said the person helping us was Jordan. I like their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe because it tastes so good! I decided to go ahead and treat myself with one because I like the crispy and spicy exterior of the chicken. Yet, the inside is flavorful, moist, and tender. I feel like chick fil a has the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The spicy chicken sandwich deluxe also includes two slices of tomato, one large lettuce leaf, and a couple of pickle slices. There is also a whole slice of pepper jack cheese. At other restaurant chains, I notice they cut their cheese in half and hang it over the side of the bun to give the illusion of a whole slice of cheese. Despite the restaurant being busy, they got my order in correctly and I got my food fast! They also asked me if I wanted any sauces with my food, and I appreciated that. They have two lanes but they don't go in order & the staff is just lazy and allow customers to cut in front of each other which makes a stressful experience.. they need to get a handle on their chaotic drive thru!!!
