Such a convenient location, this Chick-fil-A is clean, crew members are friendly and service is very fast. The food was overall good. The second floor has a spacious area for seating .

Solid chick fila experience. Workers were friendly and efficient in placing my order while I waited on the line. This location is always so busy with take out /uber eats drivers but everyone is polite and patient. I only ordered a peach shake but got it in less than 5 min. It's my first time getting the peach shake and I see why it's so popular. The bits of peach in the shake really give it a nice flavor pop. I just wish the straw was bigger like a boba one so I can have an easier drinking experience.

I just came to this location for the first time. They take your order quickly as you are in line and pay. The food is ready very quickly. All the workers are very polite and nice. I took my food upstairs to eat via the elevator. They have steps as well. They had all this seating upstairs. The staff member Brian changed out my ice tea from sweet tea to unsweetened tea within a few minutes. They had workers who cleaned the tables and swept the floors when guests left. It was a very clean eating area. Felt comfortable eating there and reading on my phone. I would come back to this location.

The picture will tell you exactly why I'm upset. Why in the world would you think it's ok to send me a salad with some awful spoiled wilted lettuce. Like come on....this was my dinner for the night and now it's late and I don't have that many healthy options near me this late.

Ice cream and an Arnold Palmer

Had some time to kill after spending a few hours at the bronx zoo. I decided to stop in here for an early dinner. Ordered the kids nuggets, fries, half iced tea half lemonade and ice cream. The highlight was surprisingly the Arnold Palmer, which has always been, in my past experience at chick-Fil-a, mediocre. Ordered online for dine in- they bring it right to your table which is awesome. However, upon arrival my nuggets and fries were lukewarm and slightly over salted. Understandably, this place is mad packed all the time so food isn't always going to be prime. Just sad to dine in and get lukewarm food. The ice cream was very good and not too sweet. The staff are very friendly and helpful here. Minus one star for the lukewarm food but overall, a really good option for a quick snack and a nice bathroom.

Mac and cheese was warm, creamy and tasty. Bits of cheese with overcooked texture with the gooey cheese was delicious. Worth the 6$ and change. Waffle fries were what you'd expect. Tasty. Basic. Perfect salt on this batch. Then I got the chicken deluxe sandwich. Thin slice of tomato, doesn't taste the freshest but doesn't taste old. Not the BIGGEST fan of tomato, so I'm cool with it being thin. 2 paper thin pieces of lettuce; tasted alright. Slice of cheese, and one pickle (more pickles would have been cool) Nice slightly spicy, crispy chicken. Pretty good. Oks sweet tea, no complaints. Oh, one complaint. I wish they sent chic F la sauce! I didn't have an option to ask for it. The Sandwich and fries are very dry without sauce!

The dine in location is open and you can actually find a seat, order with a staff, and the food will come directly to you sealed tight. The sandwich is consistently delicious and one of the best sweet tea in town. I am so happy Chic-fil-A began to open up within the NYC region.

Pretty nice servers, and tasty food. It doesn't make you feel tired after eating it. I've only tried this location twice and the food was okay. Crispy chicken sandwich was good, and also the crispy chicken nuggets. They have waffle fries, were tasty--but were even better when you put one of their special sauces on it. The sweet tea was really good! Reminds me of southern sweet tea.

Often come to this restaurant but they keep cutting me short on fries, last time I even asked the employee to fill the fries L and they told that's the way they come. Just because you are busy it doesn't mean you have to treat customers like trash.

I'm upping the stars to FIVE. Great biscuits. Fixed as you request. I was served by Vernon. He was a great cashier and a joy to talk to briefly. My order came out quickly. I had a seat upstairs and listened to relaxing music while I ate. I could eat their biscuits every day. The texture is fresh and buttery with enough cheese and bacon to satisfy me. Next time I'll try sausage. I could have eaten two. I'm going to enjoy having Chick fil A close to home. I spotted an electric plug near my seat. Looks like I'll be coming after my morning walks. Previous version: Clean and new location. I was so glad to see upstairs seating. Lots of room for lines while waiting to order. Space to wait for pick up. Lots of Managers on hand today for the Grand Opening, I met a few. Employees provided fast friendly service. I'm hoping it remains this way. There's the usual breakfast options for reasonable prices. I took a bunch of menus. My friends in the hood will be so excited. We can meet for lunch! If you're a fan of Chick fil A and live or work in the hood, check it out. Especially while it's clean and new.

You can never go wrong with Chil- fil-A, whenever in the City always I always find a location for their chicken strips and chil-fil-a sauce. Sooo good, delicious, fresh and tasty. Due the pandemic the workers are taking orders outside of the store and you then go inside to pay. The lines are ridiculously long, but it's worth the wait.

I was surprised to find that it's a ghost kitchen. You walk behind the coffee shop and order from a kiosk with many other restaurants to order from as well. My order took 15 minutes and within the estimated time frame that they gave you. Once my order was ready, I clicked to open via text and the locker popped open with my bag --viola! I ordered the Claude the Claw ($18.99) with medium spicy sauce on the side. The sandwich is pretty huge. I like how they wrapped the sandwich around the claw sticking out from the bottom. I did take it out of the wrapper for the picture, but suggest you keep the wrapper on as it gets messy to eat. The spices and flavor is delicious and the chicken is crispy and tender. It's a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich overall. While the claw is insta-worthy, it's not quite worth the extra $4 (plus you can't really even eat it, so it's all for show). I'd suggest getting the claw for your first time, but I'd get the regular sandwich in the future for the lower price.

This location has cute Raising Cane's merchandise. The energy inside is wild, but the real question was: does the food actually live up to the massive hype? I came straight here chasing that legendary crispy, saucy bite--and it did not disappoint. The chicken fingers were piping hot, incredibly tender, and practically standard-issue vessels for that iconic Cane's Sauce. The classic crinkle-cut fries were solid, but the real sleeper hit is always that buttery, pillowy Texas toast. When you assemble the ultimate bite--chicken, sauce, toast, and a fry-- it's devine. It's fast, it's chaotic, and it's a total Times Square experience. If you're looking for a quick, comforting, and undeniably crispy late-night bite in the city, this flagship location delivers exactly what you're craving. Get ready for some messy eating. But also get ready for some dry ass chicken. There's a reason why I only cook chicken thighs at home instead of breast. One is moist and juicy, the other is not. Fluffies was not able to make their chicken breast any less dry than I could. I had to drench each bite with sauce to mask the dryness. Remind me to only buy chicken sandwiches that use thighs only in the future. The crunch on the fry was a little hard, the sauce did work, but overall I felt like I ate saucy and fry rather than a chicken sandwich. The fries are aight. Very well seasoned -- that was the best part. But I felt like I was eating a toss up with each fry. Some had the perfect crisp on the outside, others felt stale? Like rhymes with the feeling of cold McDonald's fries, obvious not as bad as that but hints of that texture every few fries. It's like I got a fresh batch of fries mixed with an old batch of fries. The good fries were gooood. The bad fries were ugh. Maybe it's cause I went at 11pm but there was still a stready stream of customers. Coleslaw -- nothing special. Got it cause you gotta eat your vegetables for $2. This would be the first time that my slaw is so one-dimension in color though. Sandwich so underwhelming. Dat fry seasoning tho. I went here a while back to order lunch for takeout, and it was pretty good. After they opened, they added some specials ranging from $15 to $17, combining chicken with fries or dumplings, and I went with the sweet and spicy boneless chicken with standard fries, as you can also update the fries to the "spicy snow" version for an extra $1. The cashier was friendly. The sweet and spicy chicken is their version of Yangnyeom/양념치킨, and the combo came with a few moderately sized pieces. The breading was crispy, and the chicken inside was pretty tender. There was some sweetness, and it had a mild kick, though it wasn't as spicy as I prefer. The fries inside were OK. They had a good crisp to them and a good crunch, but needed a tad more salt. The fry portion was also much larger, so next time, I would just stick with the chicken. The free kimchi was standard and decent. This was a perfectly decent Korean chicken spot. If it were any closer to a Korean neighborhood, I doubt it would be doing well, but there is a distinct lack of Korean places nearby outside of the primarily takeout spot, which doesn't specialize at all in chicken. It fills a niche, and I would likely at some point stop in again to try their Korean chicken sandwich or their plain chicken to try more of their sauces.

The chicken was fried perfectly; it crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside. The portions are generous, and although I paid almost $30 for dinner with rice, I still had enough left over for another meal. It's definitely pricier than many of the more affordable spots around Chinatown, but they're serving a more niche menu rather than the usual dumplings, noodles, or Chinese BBQ, so I think the price is justified. They also accept cards, which is convenient compared with some other spots in the neighborhood that are cash-only. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the service. There was some miscommunication with the staff, my drinks were brought to another table, and they almost did the same with my food before I signaled that it was mine. The tables also weren't the cleanest and could've used a quick wipe-down between guests. That said, the restaurant is very small, probably only 10-12 seats, so space is definitely limited. Despite the service issues, I really enjoyed the food and would come back. If you're looking for something different from the typical Chinatown offerings, Peking House is definitely worth trying!
