This place is always consistent with the quality of food I've received. The spicy chicken deluxe is my absolute favorite. I'm taking two stars away due to my latest visit there. I was going through the drive thru and the guy outside taking my order had the most monotone, sarcastic sense of humor. I'm all for humor but I was asking legit questions and he wasn't delivering his answers jokingly, rather yet, like a snooty unhappy person. Me "what kind of lemonade do you have?" Him "the kind with lemon, sugar and water" Me "ha! Ok, but is there pink lemonade? Strawberry lemonade or cherry? Something" Him "now why would we ever do that?" I have never had a better dining experience than here at this chic-fil-a! I feel like I'm at a five star restaurant every time I come in. The people are SO NICE!! The restaurant is so clean, and a super fun atmosphere. They are always hosting free giveaways and fun events for families. And I applaud them for being closed on Sundays. I am in the area visiting family. Didn't feel like going out to a restaurant, but I saw chil fil a when we left the grocery store. I stopped by and just got a chicken sandwich. Chik Fil A has really good chicken sandwiches, every time we dine here i order the Deluxe meal with cheese and criss-cut fries. The nuggets are good too. The chicken is thick slice and very tasty. They have a variety of dipping sauce and it's located in the dining area, so you can get as much as you want at no charge. Other places like McDonald's for example; charges you for extra sauce but not this place. The service is friendly and the dining area is clean. Arrive early because it can get packed. They are also closed at this location on Sunday's, so that's why i didn't give them all 5 stars. read more

Our favorite Chick-fil-A! We love the food of course but this location has the most outstanding customer service! We have seen them giving back to the community many times throughout the year. They have annual military nights with free food for military families. They give to local schools to support teachers and staff. They had a fun 25 days of Christmas specials. I don't eat at this restaurant but today I did. I ordered the number 1 at the drive thru and headed back to the office. Opened up my lunch to find out that my chicken sandwich only at 1 pickle in it so I called the restaurant and spoke with LIZ, she mentioned that it comes with 2 pickles. Sorry to say but like I said I don't eat at this restaurant and the person who took my order should have asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomato because I didn't know it doesn't come with it. It's not for everyone. I can't stand pickles especially cheap pickles and everything you order tastes like pickles. I had a stack of free item cards from my work and tried their chicken sandwich several times. It's hard to find fast food that is different... but Chick Fil A has found a niche with their Chicken Sandwiches and waffle fries. I love the waffle fries. The food is great for fast food, but it is still fast food. So why go here? Because they offer value for the $ and the advertising campaign is so hilarious... Cows saying "Eet Moer Chikin". ROFL There is also free WiFi access, a kids' play area and frequent promotions such as the upcoming "Save your Receipt Day" on 25 June, where if you bring your receipt back in during July, you can get the same meal for free. The staff are the most courteous, friendly and helpful fast food employees you will find, probably in part because the chain cares about its people. For example, they offer many college benefits and scholarships to their young workers. This Christian-based franchise doesn't allow their restaurants to open on Sundays, ostensibly so that the staff can attend church. The toys given out with the kids meals are Christian themed toys, often based on the Adventures in Odyssey theme. Bottom line: I go here because I like the food, service and convenient free WiFi. Every visit to this location has been a great visit. The staff is very nice and the food has always been great. I'm just blown away at the difference in establishments that actually care. If you go just down the street to any of the other fast food joints, the staff there acts like it's a prison sentence to work there. If you haven't yet you should. This is one of the only food chains that consistently out preforms in every way possible every time. Staff is friendly and kind, atmosphere hospitable with fresh flowers. Food is always hot and tastes amazing. You don't ever get cold fries or a melted frozen coffee. Although the location is actually pretty good, the ins and outs of the parking lot can be bar, especially when it's busy, which it often is. Pretty cheap, pretty basic, but really tasty fast food option. Honestly I come here for the sauces, sweet tea and kids eat free on Tuesdays. Maybe you take your friends kids to play here if you don't have your own. It's actually kind of a good time to bring the family. I mean after all it is a bit of a family owned Midwest drive-thru place. Their breakfast bite are awesome, a touch of country, a touch of hospitality and a handful of delicious and modern. I like how they offer things no one else carries and the cris cut fries are unlike just about anyone else. Sweet tea is way better than any fast food around, heck unless you go homemade I find it to be authentic. On black Friday they offer free breakfast, which is great considering it's near Walmart and Kohls. Oh and if you want to franchise it's only $5K, but of the 10's of thousands of applicants they only choose a handful 70-80 and you have very little control. Their rulebook is long and the ramifications are harsh, but if you do get 1, you'll see a healthy lifetime investment. Is the juice worth the squeeze, yes, but getting that opportunity is the hard part. read more

15+ visits here. Living near a CFA is a godsend for when you need food right this second but In-N-Out makes you squeamish. Manager here is friendly and heavily involved with day to day operations. Staff are happy and well-mannered like all CFAs and unlike most fast food places. CFA is the gold standard in my book for fast-food so I expect them to be perfect every time. And they really are. They just do not screw up. Kudos. read more
