Best one ever. I have been to a lot of stores in my time however none have been as friendly or as helpful as this particular store. It is not the closest one to my house however, it is well worth the little extra drive. The staff is always extremely courteous and helpful with everything I have ever ask for. My family enjoys coming here for the child's play area and I enjoy the excellent customer service. As all of us are painfully aware good customer service is increasingly hard to find these days. I understand that this company has a business model to follow and they are sticking to their guiding principles when not opening on Sundays. I wish they were. Generally, I think all Chick-Fil-A employees are helpful, cheerful and friendly but what caught my attention at this location is each person's attention to detail and the manager's willingness to step in and get involved, even if it's refilling someone's drink. The food always tastes fresh & comes out promptly and employees are dedicated to ensuring your order is right. I definitely recommend both the Chicken and Spicy Chicken sandwich, both are juicy and delicious. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the addition of the pickles adds a pleasant twist. All politics aside, they serve great food. By far the friendliest staff at this location when comparing to other Chick Fil-A's. The parking lot is indeed tricky and often the drive thru is very long. The friendly service and overall hustle more than makes up for it. Food is always super hot and served with a smile. I took a star away for the parking lot difficulties but that's my only negative viewpoint. read more

I always come to this location and would give it 5 stars however the last few times have been subpar. I don't know why but they have been serving stale buns over the last month. I usually stop in at least once a week and it has been every time I go in the morning. Specifically on Monday mornings. On our last trip in, there was even a live cockroach in the restroom which we told the person at the counter about. After that I think we will take a break for a bit. I know that they are good about following up and typically a 5 Star place so hopefully they will pull it back together quickly and I can up the stars on my review. read more

I was in a hurry one day and just pulled in the drive through to get dinner. I didn't bother checking the bag when I got my food and just drove home. When I got home, I realized they had forgotten to give me my chicken nuggets. I didn't mind, but I wanted to call them to let them know the mistake they made so the manager can train his employees better. Went in for lunch. Have not been here for a while. We chose to dine in. There was a line but not for long. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came up quickly and was hot. As we ate I watched the staff walk around and help out customers/guests.
