This is probably the most frustrating place I've ever been to. I have constantly told them that my fries aren't being filled up all the way. I order a large, and basically get a medium sized portion of fries, with a large gap at the top which should clearly have more fries if I order a large. If i could give this zero stars I would. This review is only targeted towards one person. Me and my huge party walk in at 9. Mind you, we were there at 8:45 but we had to park and we had to get a spot since there whole lot was completely taken over by their drive up curbside with the exception of two spots which were taken. The lady in the front had a bun and glasses and was very kind as she said "unfortunately you can't come in but we can take you through the drive through" someone in our party asks, " but don't you close at 9?" And she says "yes I think I can just take you since you're right on the cut off". Graciously, we were happy as she was very kind to do this. Then Lily from the kitchen shouts "we can't take you use the drive thru" she proceeds to say to the lady at the front, "don't take them they can go through the drive thru". I don't know why she thought she was so entitled to make us use the drive through after we were told we could go but she said that we needed to go through the drive thru. Our party looks at each other confused and says, "I thought we made it since we got here before 9 and now we are in line as there are many other people we're already eating. I love this location. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I often sit on the patio with my dog after work and we share a 8 piece nugget meal. Love this Chick-fil-A location specifically because the customer service is always on point!

Very disappointed in today's service. I've been a costumer for almost 5 years now, and each time it comes to the rush hour, the service flops. I'm not sure if i will be coming back to this location. This could've been a 5 Star Review but Christian needs to work on his Customer Service when taking car orders. He was extremely rude and gave me attitude when I showed him my phone to scan my Chic-fil-A app. Every time I pull up, the employee asks if I have the app and they scan it first thing, but this time Christian said "I asked for a name for the order, what's that going to do for me?" I was shocked that he spoke to me in such a way so I got upset and asked what was different this time compared to all of the other times I've been here? What more can I say other than another amazing Chick Fil A! The service is as good as any other and the food is up to the standards of any Chick Fil A! A first timer here needs to be sure to try every sauce they have! Anyone new to a Chick Fil A has to get just a basic sandwich spicy or regular doesn't matter, and this location will do it just as good as any other! Really the only complaints I could even think of is the high amount of customer traffic can make for long lines in the drive thru, and the location isn't the easiest to get to but other than that, the place is golden! read more

Four of us met at the local Chick-fil-A for breakfast and Friday Bingo. Our breakfasts were the usual Chick-fil-A fare and nothing to rave about, but we (mostly my granddaughter) had a great time participating in the Bingo games. The festivities lasted for nearly two hours and the games are free, went fast and there were many winners (us included) of the gift cards, etc. All in all it was a fun morning with lots of local families participating. read more

Corporate deserves to know about the Oceanside CA Chick FIL A!!! I have never in my life seen so many people in line at a fast food restaurant. We adored the blonde lady who gave us our food at the window as well, completely missed her name but she was great and asking how our day was and if we had plans for the weekend! I had a bad experience with the morning manager on 10/17/2018 who seems to believe that a mobile customer who has already ordered and paid should be made to wait in line behind people who haven't ordered yet just to pick up their food from the mobile pickup counter. This is clearly a training issue. The rest of the staff is wonderful and I will continue to frequent this location. Please correct the gap in this particular manager's training. My nephew turned me on to the new Chik-fil-A and it's my favorite fast food place. The Spicy Chicken sandwich with Polynesian sauce is fantastic. I always make it a meal with their wonderful crinkle/waffle cut fries. Drinks are always refilled. Great customer service. They go out of their way to smile, be happy and of service. I used to really love this chick-fil-a but they have really been letting me down lately. Constantly getting my drink wrong or forgetting my hash browns. Just went this morning and decided to order something different. I usually get the burrito but I was like hey the chicken in the burrito has been mostly breading lately so I will try the bagel. I get home and notice hash browns are missing (AGAIN!) and they gave me a biscuit instead of the bagel. Wow, this is the first time I have been to this location. Very very nice and polite people. The drive-through moved quickly and they were able to take a credit card just walking around while taking our order. I got the number 2 sandwich and it was delicious. I love chick fil a but i feel like they keep hiring young people who arent focused on the customers. Every time i go to the drive thru during busy times the employees are always fast and give me great customer service. But when its slow they take a while to greet me. Once i get to the window i can see the manager Julia always flirting with the guys. I mean come on girl your working. I feel like chick fil a is slacking on training their managers because when i go in the mornings it takes a while for my order to be completed. I was told to wait out in the sun after politely asking manager inside if my order was being made because it was already 10 minutes behind.
