Always like Chick-fil-A, but is our first time there for breakfast. I got the egg white grill and hubby got the minis, I like them both.

This is the fanciest and fastest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. By the time we paid for our food it was out and ready for us, they have all of their sauces well organized in the front, and they have fresh flowers at the table. This place is incredible. The staff are always super friendly. The food is good. Prompt and accurate. They are also very welcoming to families. The high chairs have a sticky place mat to use for each kid! Super helpful. Also they have little containers of Cheerios at no cost. read more

I give this location 3 stars due to the lack of customer service. Food is consistent but every time I come to this location the Hispanic worker with short hair who is some type of lead or assistant manager is RUDE and full of attitude. I would give it more stars but for some of the leadership staff. I was there on Saturday and having trouble figuring out my app, i asked the girl at the window (Anahi) for help. She was busy talking to her co-worker and barely gave me the time of day. I am so used to great customer service from most of the staff that i was shocked. My daughter who was with me noted that this girl (who i am sorry to say is actually a lead worker according to her badge) was so busy flirting that she couldn't be bothered by a customer. sounds like some training in customer service is very much needed by the leaders in this store, not the first time i have seen "management" treat others without regard in the last week or so...lets just say that I come often because of the good food otherwise i wouldn't even bother returning. read more

I love Chick-fil-A and I go here a few times a week. But I was disappointed by my experience yesterday morning. I planned to redeem my free 4 ct chicken minis reward per their month long breakfast promotion. When I got to the window, it said the server was down on my app and I wasn't able to redeem the reward. I understand things like this happen but the cashier was quite apathetic about my problem when I explained it to him. He said he would enter my phone number and see if we could redeem it that way. He said he redeemed it and told me my new total would be $5 and some change. It wasn't the price I was expecting but I felt bad for taking a lot of time in the drive thru so I relented. Unfortunately as I pulled out and looked at my receipt, he had charged me full price. Over $6 :( this was disappointing as I've had better experiences with employees before. I once ordered only to find I didn't have my wallet so I planned to just forgo my order and leave but the nice associate said it was on her today. Above and beyond and what I've come to appreciate about Chick-fil-A but not what I experience yesterday. Bummer :( read more

Disappointing since we haven't come in a while. The cashier was so confusing about the kids meal, we thought we were getting fries and a fruit cup but turns out we only got the fruit cup with our chicken. I ordered a large fry that hardly had any fries in it and a bunch of small crumb pieces. So not worth the money. Then I went back to order nuggets for my other son and when I asked about how many you get he thought I wanted one nugget. Why would I order one nugget? I didn't even know you could do that. Idk what it is about this one in particular but the employees always seem to be rude at this location. There have been a couple times where they have messed up on my order where I simply ordered only a chicken salad and a French fry, and tried to place the blame on myself for not ordering it "correctly." However, whenever I order at any other location, it seems to work out just fine. read more

This Chick-Fil-A has absolutely the best customer service and by far the fastest drive thru I've ever gone through. I went through the drive thru today at 12:30pm (right in the middle of the lunch rush) and when I got there the line was wrapped around the building and into the Walmart parking lot. I hardly ever write reviews especially for places that I normally have good experiences at. Went through the drive thru Saturday afternoon and after i got home i discovered no chick fil a sauce. My husband and I go to this Chik Fil A pretty often and the service and food are both consistently wonderful. The employees are so cheerful and helpful and seem happy to be there. I always get the chicken nugget meal with a lemonade. Their lemonade is tart but so delicious! They are fast too. The last time we went our food was out before we could even finish paying for it! I love this place! It is a true pleasure to eat here as the food is consistently great and the people are too!! It is rare to see such a high level of customer service in a fast food place, but it keeps me coming back. The play area awesome. My kids love it. The restaurant is always clean, even the bathrooms! They are a huge supporter of the community by doing regular events to help schools raise money or just to say thank you. There is a wide selection on the menu. There is of course some fried chicken, but also some grilled chicken, salads, and even fruit cups. So I went here the other day with a 2 year old and a 4 year old the other day and when we went inside it wasn't raining. We had our meals and inside was clean like usual with flowers on the tables, typical Chick-fil-a class. But then it started raining pretty hard before we got ready to leave. As we start outside there was an employee waiting at the door with an umbrella. He walked me and the girls to my car and held the umbrella over the door while I buckled the girls in. Definitely a healthier option for chicken from your usual KFC or Popeye's. They have a number of selection fo sauces for your chicken strips or nuggets. A number of chicken sandwiches to choose from. Healthy salads, fruits and things of the sort. Much healthier than the normal spot. The only down side is the price. I usually spend $8 - $10 on myself, which is above normal for a fast food place. They have a playground for kids so they can go run and play when they're done making a mess... I mean, eating with you. One side that many don't like but I do because I'm a Christian is that all Chick-Fil-A's are closed on Sundays because they are a Christian organization. read more
