This location is the worst Chick-fil-A in Orange County! I've experienced problems with the last two visits and submitted a complaint to management with no response. On the first visit, I ordered a Cobb Salad with the Zesty Apple Vinaigrette. Despite having my order confirmed numerous times, they have me the wrong salad dressing. I already got home so it was too late to do anything. I decided to give this place a second chance yesterday. I ordered the same thing (Cobb Salad) at the drive-thru. When I pulled up and tried to pay, there was no record of my order so they had to call the front window to place a special order. The front window didn't have my order and I felt bad since I was holding up the line and it wasn't even my fault. Thank goodness I had asked for a receipt so I could show them my order. It just goes to show that the Orange location is sloppy and the lack of management really shows. I'll never come back to this location. Next time, I'll go to In-N-Out next door. read more

I love this Chick Fil A location! It doesn't matter how long the drive thru line is because they move you through it quickly and efficiently. Keeping you moving forward so as to not back up the cars and blocking traffic, taking your cc card right then and there, super friendly staff all the way through. Food is always hot and fresh! Stopped by here after after the terrain race to replenish the body with protein. Lots of parking spaces, more available than I had thought. I imagine any parking lot with an In N Out present, is a logistical nightmare when it comes to parking. Employees were wonderful and very courteous. They were super kind and polite. I hardly ever eat at chik-fil-a, therefore, I was uncertain and very indecisive when it came to ordering. Cashier was when I asked for recommendations. If I could give this place one star I would. The manager is a complete dick! No wonder you work at Chick-Fil-A!!! We had Ducks tickets where we were told if we brought in our tickets after the Ducks scored 5 or more goals we would get a free sandwich per ticket. Well we showed up to redeem the same and the manager was not helpful at all. He was extremely rude. Walked in and spent $45. Walked out with two bags full of 2.5 low-grade "meals." My order was taken incorrectly. Asked for the club; got the basic chicken "lettuce wrap." Won't hold it against them; mistakes happen and service is friendly. What I will hold against them is the food quality. Completely unacceptable. I spent $10.00 on a chicken lettuce wrap: a few pieces of lettuce, a tomato slice, and a measly piece of chicken. That's it. Open the box and it didn't look like a wrap--it look like a desperate attempt at a salad. $10 dollars? I could have whipped up something in the microwave for a fraction of the price (sadly, with better quality too). Won't ever return. Steer clear of this location. This Chick-Fil-A is amazing! They always get my order right whether it's through UberEats, the drive-thru or when I'm eating inside. Every employee I've encountered has been so nice, and the food is top quality. I really only order either lunch/dinner menu items which are always great but I recently started ordering the "chicken minis" at breakfast time and those are just as brilliant!! Right off the bat, let just say the service was tops notch. Very pleasant and wonderful so that is appreciated. I always drive pass this place and it's always packed with the drive-thru lane wrapped around the parking lot. Today I finally decided to give them a try. Like I said, the customer service was warm and welcoming. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips with waffle fries and lemonade. The lemonade was ice cold and tasty but a little too heavy on the ice so I'll order "light ice" next time. The waffle fries were plain but I think that's because most people here like to dip their fries. No harm no foul. The chicken strips were hot and the breading was very greasy. Overall, all the hype I always see on social media, co workers and when I drive by this place.....I left a little on the meh side. I did come during "after work rush hour" so I know these guys and gals are working their tails off and this brings me back to the customer service which was A+ and I can see how this will have people coming back over and over again. I was a little confused by the online order process but, once I called, Alexander Kitano helped me every step of the way and reassured me that they would have my order fresh and ready once I arrived. Not only did the entire team accommodate me adding extra items last minute but they helped me to my car AND gave me a brownie on my way out. Drive through line was long but it was pretty quick to get my food. The service was really nice and quick too. The ice cream was ok and it was not creamy and there was not a lot of ice cream in my cup. The waffle fries were fresh, crispy, and delicious. Nice area for this location to thrive in especially because there is a lot of shopping centers in the surrounding area. I think alternating between here an In N Out is fine with me though. read more

I came here with a couple of friends for lunch. The cashier was very friendly and we got our food very quickly. We ate inside and hung out a bit. Our cashier even waved goodbye to us when she left her shift. I have get a monthly free sandwich here with a card that my Mom gave me for Christmas, so I used that to get a chicken sandwich, fries and a soda. So my total turned out to be only about $5. Worse Chick-fil-a experience ever!!! I order a mobile order for dine in so my daughter could play and I could keep an eye on her. My phone told me my order was ready at 1:41 and I looked at the counter and it was there. I did not get my order until 1:46. The lady who brought it to me admitted it had been there for a while. I checked the temperature of the food and while the Mac and cheese was warm the nuggets were barely warm. I said she didn't need to bring me more because my three year old would probably be ok with less than hot nuggets, but she brought me more anyway. This was great. Then I started eating my fruit. The strawberries were fine, but I noticed a bad smell. Nothing looked bad at first glance, but then I started eating. My first bite had an apple stem in it. I took it out and thought how I was happy my daughter hadn't gotten that bite because of the choking hazard. The next bite was RANCID and I mean RANCID. I spit it out into my napkin. Then I looked again and everything seemed ok- the apples were a bit brown, but oftentimes that's how they look when they were previously cut. Took another bite and it was just as bad. I decided I shouldn't have to eat rancid fruit so I brought it up to the counter and asked for my money back. I didn't want to chance it again since I knew the other fruit was probably made when mine was this morning. They offered to give me a replacement, but I said I didn't want a replacement. I had to tell 3 employees/managers this. The last manager told me that it was half gone so they couldn't give me my money back. I explained AGAIN that I had thrown some of it away and their had been core and stem in there. He said they never have a problem with their fruit and it's always fresh. I said I was already unhappy due to the experience earlier but his employee had made it better, but now I was upset again. He ajsked for my card. I explained it was a mobile order so had used PayPal. He litterally rolled his eyes at me and gave me cash. He then told me that I can't expect anywhere to give me money back for something half used (apparently he's never been to costco, lol). He was not polite about it at all and was so rude about it that he upset me so much I was shaking. There was not ONE apology for having given me bad fruit. He kept saying that their fruit is always fresh and they never have complaints. I did say "thank you" when he gave me I went back to my seat and the nice employee came over and I showed her the core and told her that it was in my fruit. I started crying and said I didn't understand why they expected me to eat rotten fruit. The manager heard me and told me I needed to calm down. I immediately stopped talking and crying into my hands. I apologized to the lady profusely as the manager told me I was yelling at his employee. I told her I had no intention of yelling at her and that her service had been wonderful the whole time. She said I was not yelling at her. I then cried silently into my hands and the manager told me I had to stop or he would kick me out.
