Contacted the Owner Operator and received the generic apology and they loaded some free rewards. After waiting 15-20 for two entrees and one was missing the CHICKEN FILET, why would I want to come back and show loyalty? A refund would be better than a reward that would never be used. Poor professionalism and disconnect with guests that come through to support a local businessman. I suggest going to another Chic Fil A where they truly place an emphasis on guest service, food quality, and accountability. read more

Staff were friendly and our order was accurate. This location is consistent with other Chick-fil-A locations. In June 2022, they still have their playground and about half their tables walled off and inaccessible. It seems they're using this area for storage. Because of this, there are not many places to sit for dine-in service. They should re-open all tables to guests again. read more

Police were called on me a mother with a 3 year old. This chick fil a isn't family friendly. The playround and inside dinning is closed. My son and I had to wait longer than usual in the corner surrounded by people. It was 88 outside. I still took my son outside to find a place to sit. All tables were taken. We came inside to sit down. In less than 5 minutes the manager asked us to move. I told how we had been traveling since NC and I was vaccinated. Chick-fil-a is known for its exceptional service. At this location, I was extremely impressed. There was a small group of elderly customers in line before me. The cashiers were extremely patient, calm, and understanding with each member of this group. They spoke louder without talking at the customers. A couple members of the group walked off before being handed their drinks and their drinks were brought to them. Kudos to the hiring managers for employing such caring staff members. Horrible experience. Driving from Charlotte to Charleston, stopped for breakfast at this chick fil a because... who doesn't love chicken minis!!! Stayed in the car to go through the drive thru to avoid contact inside the restaurant due to the pandemic. However, drive thru was slammed and we sat in the traffic of the drive thru for 15 mins!!! This caused me to miss the breakfast window by 1 minute! I pulled up to the window at 1031a and was told i couldn't order breakfast because it ended at 1030a. While I understand technically I am "late", some customer service leniency would've been nice given the drive thru was backed up for over 15minutes! read more

This place was crazy on July forth. There was no where to park we circled twice before a spot opened. There was a line twelve plus deep to get into the ladies room the whole time we were there. The staff were all extremely friendly and all of them were helpful and seemed happy. The food was all made fresh and tasted delicious.
